This product seems to be dead. I submitted three support tickets and haven't heard back in over a week.

LOVED this app for quite some time, but it seems somewhat abandoned. The mobile app is significantly lacking to integrate with gmail/mail. For desktop use it is amazing.

installed it. did not work. Asked for group name, but could not edit the field. Looks like no QA testing before release.

Yanado is my favorite task management system, simple yet complex! Hands down love it and would give 6 stars if I could. One question for Ivan, does Yanado have a desktop app or is there a workaround? I don't absolutely need it since you are so nicely integrated into gmail and there are so many viewing options, but it would be nice to have.

Great product MUCH better than the others out there & I have tried them all... Sort'd, Drag, Flow-e... Yanado really is the best of the bunch. The best thing about Yanado is that appears to be very simple and easy to use (which it is), but as you use it more and want to do more with it, there is plenty of functionality under the hood. Like adding custom fields, tags, filtered views...

Absolutely thrilled about this extension! Biggest benefits to me are converting email to task, being able to assign it to someone else, and being able to add emails to my recurring tasks (all within my inbox!). Also love the fact that you only pay for how many users you have (not in increments of 5 or more). Thank you Ivan and team for creating this powerful tool that has hugely increased my productivity!

I've looked forever for a system that helps me visualize the inner workings of my business so that I feel like I can be on top of all things pertinent! Yanado helps me deparmentalize my whole business and keeps my vision and thoughts organized, but more importantly, visible! I can't seize opportunities if I can see my opportunities! I can never see the forest through the trees, now I've got an aerial view of the entire forest. I don't need all the bells and whistles this platform offers. I'm not forgetting or dropping the ball on my project/Client tasks. This tool is helping me scale my business! I'd give it 10 stars if it was allowed!

I've got to echo what Peter said: beautiful, elegant, functional, and the developers are AWESOME! I have tried every task mgmt extension on chrome and this one beats them hands down. Make sure you talk to the developers so you can figure out all of the bells and whistles. The best thing? I can assign tasks to anyone I want, it syncs with Salesforce through the calendar sync, and I can review what tasks have been done. No other software manages "assigned to" as well as this app. And I think the pricing is fantasic.

I really liked it, but never could find a work around for temp or contract assistants. Don't want to purchase a year for temporary help.

This is, in my humble opinion, one of the best pieces of software I have ever encountered. It is beautiful, elegant, functional, and complete. I love this product.

Yanado is absolutely awesome. I'm getting myself and my team more organized by the minute, and that means more deals, and selling, and less fidgeting around with clunky PM software that doesn't mesh well anyway. Love that you can have Daily, Weekly, Monthly, recurring tasks for projects as well as sub-tasks, so you can micro schedule your project tasks! Ivan's customer service has been top notch as well. He feels like a friend. Highly Recommended. A+++

This app is a go-to for project management, task management, email GTD tool, web bookmark tool, and team collaboration. It is so simple to the point you can turn it into any workflow you like. The Android app is really functional and not a dumb web wrapper you see in some apps. Once you read an email it moves it to a different view, no need even to swipe! The Chrome extension is superb. One click and you can send the web page you are viewing into its board in your KanBan. The app also works outside your Gmail (though you still need to log in with your Google account). For the webapp, you can simply go to https://app.yanado.com/. The regular inside your email view is brilliant. It doesn't get in my way and takes a click to show or hide. I have to mention that I like the icon and design, though I think it is going to get a new design really soon :) As an Evernote Community Leader, I tried the integration first and it kind of works. Honestly, I am not a fan of the way it integrates through Zapier. I really hope Ivan can take this super tool to make a mega KanBan monster with direct Evernote integration (insert Note from Evernote the way I can insert a Google Doc / file from the drive). Regarding teams, you can add or remove team members with a click from within your account settings. You can use Yanado with your clients this way by adding them to a team and removing them once the project has finished. I can also use the free version to organize my other accounts and use the paid one to Get Things Done on my main account. Wish Ivan and all in Yanado the very productive best. Rami M. Amazing integration between email and tasks. Takes away so much of hassle to link those two. This is how task management should be. You don't have to worry about something that directly adds value to your task management. Yanado understood it perfectly in this extension. Well done, Yanado team! I first came across Yanado almost a year ago and was immediately impressed. The integration between Yanado and Gmail is stellar and natural to use. I'm a big fan of Kanban tools, and this one does not disappoint. Not to mention, Yanado is a powerful task manager and allows the flexibility of viewing, sorting, and managing tasks in various ways, including a more traditional list format. It works beautifully without issue, is very intuitive, and provides a lot of power and the ability to customize easily, including with Custom Fields, Tags, Task Templates, and Statuses. The mobile app also works great and doesn't skimp on usability. I love the integrations, especially those with Google Calendar and Google Drive. I live and work on my Google Calendar, and the no-hassle integration between my e-mail, task management, and calendar that Yanado creates is a lifesaver. The ability to add tasks directly from web pages using the browser plugin makes it very easy to catch things outside my e-mail and centrally manage them all from one place. I use Yanado day in and day out. Yanado is a killer productivity tool, and I just love it!

Fantastic integration of project planning and email organization. Yanado is the best tool I've found to keep track of all the many things I have to do and the contexts to which they belong. It is easy from the screenshots to think that "it just looks like Trello inside Gmail." But when trying it out, the tight integration with your email really shines. The Kanban boards become not just a repository for tasks, but also a 'Gmail label system on steroids' where you can organize your emails with the tasks they belong to. I just wouldn't have time to bother with that if I had to flip between Gmail and another tool. I particularly like Yanado's 'All Tasks' list, that overlays all cards from all lists + allows a boolean search. This is very powerful and still feels very quick and easy to use. If you are using Gmail, this is a planning tool you really should try!

Yanado is awesome, and there is a great team behind it. After working with Yanado for some time now, I can highly recommend it. It integrates seamlessly with Gmail, looking marvelous. For me, it did replace Streak and Trello. I can't wait for the email tracking feature, which to my understanding is being worked on. This will be the icing on this incredible product.

Thank you for fixing the issue with the very slow task creation from the Chrome Extension! Everything works great now. As said (and got quickly answered) via Email a Pomodoro Timer (like the one in Kanbanflow) would be nice to have but I'll just use a Chrome Extension for now. Thank you again for this great tool!

Let's get this out of the way right from the start - Yanado is the most beautiful and visually effective Kanban board in the world today. Period. Amen. There isn't a task or project management tool on the market that handles email to task better than Yanado. It is built inside of Gmail. You never have to leave Gmail to manage your tasks (web app is also available). With a single click of a button, you can turn an email into a task directly within Gmail and that email(s) remains associated with the task. (Not available in Outlook yet.) Functionality wise, it covers all the basics and does not overwhelm with unnecessary features and ridiculous and useless integrations. Yanado's sub-task feature is a must have and their new Zapier integration adds extraordinary value to an already valuable product. I've been a Yanadoer since early 2016 and this is the most valuable app in my arsenal. Unfortunately for me (and fortunate for them), I've gotten to the point where I am not able to function without it. I've tested every task management tool on the market and Yanado continues to be my #1 choice for work and personal task management. How I use Yanado continues to evolve as they evolve - and they are evolving fast. To top it off, Yanado provides world-class, personalized support and service. The support is so strong they make you feel like they are a department within your organization. Seriously!

So smart!

Loving the simplicity and clarity and integration with Gmail but as a small business I NEED to be able to backup or export my Yanado data, synchronise it, IFTTT or CloudHQ or anything really in case Yanado servers go down. This is currently no use for a business.

Wish there were a few more stars. Like most other users that have posted, we have tried zillions of different system. As an ex corporate software solution architect I would say outstanding user experience and brilliant information architecture. Very good value for money. This is a really amazing product - it's unlike anything else I have seen! I should know... I have tried over 100 task management apps in my quest to locate one that is quick and aesthetically pleasing, while offering robust functionality. I feel like I've finally found a home with Yanado. It's so wonderful to not have to rely on Zapier or forwarded emails in order to turn emails into tasks. My workflow is so simple now that I never have to leave Gmail. Yanado helps me easily stay at inbox zero, keep everything organized, and get work done. I love the flexible use of colors and Kanban boards for a simple and beautiful visual approach to managing tasks. The custom fields (upgrade feature) allow me to sort my boards in useful ways. One of my favorite features is one that I have not seen anywhere else: the ability to assign subtasks to a different list than the parent task. Another great feature is that I can link multiple emails to a single task. Customer support is also impressive! I have reached out to the development team with questions and feature suggestions. They have been extremely responsive and helpful. I was very pleased to hear that many of my suggested improvements are already in their plan.

As many others here, I have used every task manager, crm, etc that you can imagine. Being in a business where almost everything we do starts with an email from a client this is the best program to come along. Many thanks to the developers.

This product is GREAT! I use it every day and it makes my work and my life much easier.

It has potential, I have tried many others. It's fast, and straight forward, Needs features: -Ability to tag or reference a google contact to tasks (not necessarily collaborators) - Detect phone number and email links in fields. - Detect a google contact and bring up contact details if name clicked. - Option to Preview pdf attachments in new window instead of new tab.

I've only just started with but the integration with Google and layout is seamless. Well Done!!

Just upgraded my free trial to the Startup package! Yanado does perfectly fit in my ( business ) workflow. It is well crafted, nicely designed and intuitively to be used. It offers 2 perspectives for approaching tasks and many more features. The Yanado team does respond very timely without exceptions and is open for feedback and enhancement requests — hat off to that.

As a productivity junkie, I've probably tested every task management system that exists. Yanado is one of the best systems I've ever used. Besides its seamless integration with Gmail, perhaps one of its greatest (but not mentioned) features is this: once an email is associated with one or more Yanado tasks, then each time you open that email, you will see those tasks front and center. Why does that matter? Pretty much every other system out there has one-way task tracking. Meaning this: if you open your task system, you can see the email that generated the task. But when you are in email, there is no way of knowing "is this thread already associated with a task?". And so you end up with many duplicated tasks for a given email thread. Yanado makes it so easy to quickly process emails that the bulk of my time can be spent in the “doing” of real work without the baggage of living in email. Plus with its clean integration with Google Docs, having all reference material associated with any given task or project is a breeze.

I've used a ton of top rated task managers that attempt to convert gmail into tasks and make it easier to manage email overload. Most a nice and clever, but Yanado is by far the best. I don't have to login to a separate program to see my tasks. It's integrated into gmail, yet it stays out of the way too. A perfect blend. My only request would be to add a webclipper to save items from the internet and convert them into tasks as well. Great job Ivan and team!

We have tried many apps in productivity category before finding :Yanado, expensive ones, not so expensive ones, .and None came close to what this app offers. if you are looking to improve you company's productivity, Organization, and use Gmail, this app is the must have and stay on top of all your interactions with clients and your team. I recommend "YANADO" very highly. The support they offer for the app is the best of the best, All round I give this app 6 out of 5 Stars. Having tried most Gmail integration apps, settled with this one for its amazing set of features, usability and customer service unseen before. Plus, there's a browser version only, as well as a neat Android app that made Yanado an essential part of organising my daily life. Keep rocking, guys!

Yanado has brought our efficiency to a whole new level. We have been through several task managers and they always fall short in one area or another. Yanado is the first to cover all bases and it's focus is on what truly matters. With the support being top notch and always seeking ways to improve, one would be hard pressed to find another task management app that would compare.

So much better than Sortd, Handle and a variety of other apps that I've tested. The UI is lovely and easy to use. Best of all, it works! It does what it says it does! Other apps with more hype don't even come close. I would love to see ability to add recurring tasks. Highly recommend.

I must say I am in love with Yanado. Your chrome extension just do magic for me. This is something I was really looking for specifically for my personal email ID. I am so much used to use outlook for work email that managing my gmail became nightmare. Now with Yanado, it just simple and beautiful. So again, thanks for wonderful product and wish you best with your plans. I have now my 6000 emails to organise.
