Sad this sucks so bad, unorganized and doesn't show everything that you list in the Zee app. Not sure where all these 5 star reviews came from, but from my experience it's a NO. They also locked me out of my account. They don't send any email updates about anything. I figured I'd give it a try, but there's better out there.

Great to work with, simple, has many fuetures, almost all stores are accepted, and many more are added, new feutures almost every day. Recommended!

My main goal was to find a tool to grab listing info from Amazon and list on FB. This app seemed to fit the bill. My only pending thing was the selection of groups and not so difficult task but time consuming of specifically picking and checkmarking the groups I want my listing posted into. Well I sent their support a message, and they added the ability to check all boxes. I requested if possible that they add an option for specific groups to be picked and not others each time.. They added the memory selection. This was all within 20mins. A+ so far. Excited to see how far I can push this extension.

DO NOT USE ZEEDROP!!! I cancelled my service with them, which they confirmed, but they then continued to charge my credit card the following month and now wont reply to my messages regarding the issue. They're scammers with horrendous customer service. What legit business only corresponds through Facebook?? Again, DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS, you've been warned.

Zeedrop has been a huge help in my move towards dropshipping. I learned about them through YouTube videos and I thought that I would give it a try. I have been very happy with the process and I am learning more each day. Before it used to be tedious, now with Zeedrop, it's just point and paste.

I had a problem using Overstock and Costco as suppliers. It was perfectly and quickly fixed. The only issue I have is how clear customer support communicates. I don't know if it's a language barrier or what (since they're not US based company). I wish the communication would be more clear, but as far as what I wanted them to help me with it was perfectly done. Thank you ZeeDrop!

. SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE OF THIS. ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE, THE PROGRAM DOESNT WORK AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. Absolute SCAMMERS. I ask them to add a simple website to their system, they tell me that they can only do it if I'm a paying customer and it will only take 3-5 days. I agree and patiently wait for them to add it, they keep putting it on without it actually working properly AT ALL and they keep telling me, wait a few more days a few more days. I PATIENTLY waited for THREE MONTHS paying for the service the entire time yet they don't fix the issues that make it useless for me to have. After THREE MONTHS of being told wait a few days they tell me that I will have to pay an additional $60 upfront in order to get access to something they told me they can do from the start. THEY ARE NOW REFUSING TO REFUND ME.

They are one of the pioneer in DS software i am with them from feb 2021 they are keep improving one main function still missing like autods have autopricing and autostock check once they have it they will beat any DS software in the market. Keep it up. Good work

Excellent software for dropshipping

They are very responsive in the Facebook chat, and when I request a feature they implement it almost immediately. I asked for integration with GrooveKart, which was done in less than a week—looking forward to seeing where this software goes.

Excellent software a must for FBMP Dropshipping will save you tons of time. Also probably some of the best customer service I have experienced. Quick replies, quick fixes to my problems. Definitely recommend to give them a try.

They make it literally impossible to cancel. I am going to have to do a chargeback now and request a new credit card ! EDIT: I was able to cancel successfully. It was my fault that I overlooked where to cancel and not their fault. Overall its an amazing tool but I just don't have the funds for it right now

Zeedrop is one of the best investments I made. 1.5 years ago when I decided to purchase their services, I listed about 10-20 products per day. All it took was one lucky product to produce $400 per week in sales on Facebook Marketplace. The one thing that deterred me from drop-shipping was having to download each photo from a listing and upload it to my own marketplace, but this condensed about 3 hours of work into only 30 minutes. Absolutely awesome app, and great customer service!

I was nervous about Zeedrop at first I had never used anything like it but it is AMAZING that is all I can say. I am new to the drop shipping game and have lots to learn but it cannot get any easier with Zeedrop they literally take out all the tedious work I used to put in trying to sell one item at a time on eBay or even when I had a Shopify account it was sooo much work and very expensive and I sold 2 items!! Anyone who is interested in the drop shipping game should invest in Zeedrop, it's a small investment on a bif return and well worth the investment. And the support is there as well, I recommend to join the facebook page where other Zeedroppers can assist as well and watch the youtube videos they are also very helpful. Happy Selling!!!

I was shopping around different ecommerce DS platforms, and I found most of them to be somewhat expensive. Especially when they charge for a full year up front. It is so much better having a low monthly subscription plan, to keep costs down for the little guy like me, that has a very low overhead. So I decided to give ZeeDrop a try. I have to tell you, I may stick with this one for the long haul. Ok, it's not as pretty an interface as the other platforms, but then again, neither am I. ZeeDrop does everything the big guys do. All the import and export qualities you want, as well as, stock and price monitoring. Its all here. It is the best perfect solution for a guy like me, who wants to keep his money in his pocket, for taking item orders from buyers. Sometimes we don't have $200 - $400 to just lay out for a DS platform. Also I needed help from customer service, and they answered me in seconds. Not minutes or days and days of emails. They will log you out and won't let you log in. Their "customer support" is garbage. Won't respond for days and even then they aren't helpful. DON'T BUY THIS BS.

DO NOT TRUST this company! Zeedrop will randomly log you out of your account and prevent you from logging back in. You will get an error message saying that your Login credentials are invalid and you will have no way to get access back into your account. Zeedrop is a scam! This issue will eventually happen to you, I guarantee it. This is the 3rd separate account where I've run into this problem and each time it takes months to resolve. I never even get refunded during the time they take to "fix" my account. No response from the FB customer service. Absolutely terrible company.

I'm convinced most of the positive reviews here are paid. It would be great if it worked like it should, but syncing things to my product list is a nightmare. It signs me out randomly, and my uploads only work properly about 20% of the time with no real rhyme or reason as to why they aren't syncing. Support is understaffed and extremely slow, my average response time from support was about 4 hours. ALSO, the way they bill you is super shady. They say you can cancel in your Paypal recurring payments section, but they never showed up there, and I was suddenly billed $17 after having no way to cancel it the day before. Now I need to contact my bank in order to figure out how to deal with this. I'll remove this review if ZeeDrop can fix these problems.

Looked like a scam. I bought Tracking Numbers but it is not working. I message their support they are just ignoring me didn't hear back from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM.. beware !!!!

I switched over from AutoDS to Zeedrop because I noticed they will integrate with FB Shop, the other platform doesn't. I was having trouble adding items to my shop, I reached out for help and I was taken care of. They updated something, but that update made the buttons I need to show up so I can add items to my shop with ease, so far I'm very happy. I can't wait to see what else Zeedrop adds to the platform in the future. Let me add some more to my review, since I wrote my original post in November, I have asked for assistance with the application and I have had the full support of the whomever is on the other side of our chat. Thanks again guys, keep up the great work.

ZeeDrop is the absolute best add-on in the dropship space. Adding products speeds up the process, so I can use my time efficiently. Their customer support is very fast and they help with everything.

I love being able to post to multiple marketplaces with the click of a button. Only issue I have is Etsy doesn't fill in the description or title but a simple copy and paste is a good work around for this. Other than that, when I have an issue I get fast responses from the team.

Time Saver Money Saver!! I love this software, it has saved me so much time! And time is money! If you want to use it on Facebook, set your interval to 5 minutes and don't blast listings then you won't get banned. Or less likely. I'm super impressed with their willingness to alter the program to suit my needs when I asked for help printing out spreadsheets with info. They keep improving and adding more features all the time. The new MegaSale Boot software included is really helpful, too!

If you are looking for a way to expedite listings on multiple platforms, speed up product research and sourcing, get questions answered quickly, have features added and implemented asap and don't want to spend 69.00-250 bucks a month like with the other guys then this in your app!

Overall I have a great experience with zeedrop. They are only a message away when I needed help with my queries and were able to help resolve my issues. The software is user friendly, newbie friendly and easy to navigate. This software has helped run my business is so many ways. It helped ease and released a lot of pressure of running a business since I started using it. Life is easier and faster. I like the extension works well with FB, however the variation doesn't work that well it takes the previous listing and adds it to current listing, Overall it works fine for me. If I ever have issues they are quick to get back to me.

This app really helps me to speed up my process of posting. I haven't had any technical issues at all. Only problems that I do have is you can only pay through paypal, which I don't keep money on, you can't go in and just update your subscription if you didn't have the money in paypal to cover it, and It is a process to communicate back and forth with support but when they handled my problem it was done quickly once they got my message. The idea is amazing but unfortunately from my experience the app has too many bugs for one to function accordingly. I am unable to paste on etsy and my orders from FBMP and Mercari are not coming in. If it would work at full capacity I would rate it 5 stars!

ZeeDrop has worked perfectly for me since i got it, ive encountered no problems like some of these other reviews say. It makes drop shipping a lot easier and smoother while saving me time on my listings. Its also being updated frequently with more features added all the time. I will keep this tool in my arsenal, it is fantastic!

Worked very well for me and is worth the money!

Has a few bugs but its nothing that will keep you from listing 2x faster. How ever i forget to understand that this software is somewhat new and there are little things they still have to work on.

I was super excited to use this extension but it never allowed me to copy the products.. pretty upset about it..

This app is everything I need when it actually works. The extension has been 100% nonfunctional for over a week now with 0 support, even after daily messages to their support team (facebook, email + live chat on site). Get your stuff together as far as customer service and FIX the buggy app. Until then, it's trash

I wish I could show you guys the screenshot. The customer service was so bootleg and unprofessional. Long story short the extension didn't work, I contacted support to cancel my membership because their is no option to on the website, they literally left me on read days ago and then I was charged today for something that I wanted long gone. So that's not fun. Never would recommend. The energy behind this situation was unnecessary and quite sleazy to be honest.

I signed up for this today, after hearing about it a few days ago. I created my account and linked my paypal. I even got a confirmation email. Afterwards, I was not able to sign in. I attempted to create a profile again, hoping it would redirect me to my now existing account. It did not. Instead, I think I paid again. I got a second email with a different confirmation number. I still cannot log in. I thought maybe it was because I was on a mobile device. I have attempted many times and it is not working. I can send my password to my email when I click forgot password, so I know it must have gone through. Still I cannot get into my account. I have sent an email to their support system and have yet to hear anything back. I don't even know how to cancel this since I cannot access my account. I am extremely disappointed in this site so far. Hopefully someone will get back to me in a timely manner, preferably before I pay for this. If this gets fixed, I will alter my review. Until then, I hope everyone attempting to use this service is extremely cautious when signing up.
