The extension works really well, but isn't compatible with the new 7tv chat
been using it for a year now and loved it! If only you can add the ability to change the font colors, it would be perfect! It will be easier to read on certain backgrounds.
Works well as of April 2021! Only issue is it stops working if you Popout Chat to a different window to occasionally tab to and respond in chat yourself, but that's forgivable.
Great and smooth! Would be nice if you could control the amount of danmaku on screen, while the density is on 4/4. Sometimes it is cluster and overwhelming, that it's difficult to read.

This extension is everything I've wanted in terms of an extension that mocks the real-time scrolling comments of Niconico. I'm mainly just writing a review to say that, as of 8/8/20, this extension doesn't work. I'm not sure why that's the case, and I tried doing a few things to see if it would start working again (disabling it then enabling it again, uninstalling and installing it again). If you could look into it, I'd really appreciate it

When I collapse the chat section in theater mode, it seems like disconnect from the chat and there is no live danmaku chat any more. It's probably because when you close the chat section, twitch disconnect you from the chat and the extension then has now way to get the latest chat. Am I right? Is there any way to fix it?
As of this time (2019-02-08), this extension works perfectly. Pros: + The refresh rate of the comments is at least a continuous 60fps (monitor is only 60hz). No hiccups or other abnormalities at all. + Works with BetterTTV as detailed, with no issues in fullscreen or theater mode. + High readability with default settings. + All the danmaku settings I expected are present (timing, font size, and opacity). Cons: - (FIXED) While there is the ability to select font styles, there is no way to change the actual comment font. This could improve individual readability, as well make the fonts look more similar to other video sites with danmaku, like Niconico (I assume this extension was modeled more on ACFUN/Bilibili). Wow! The developer personally responded and added in the font selection feature. Now I can give my comments a more "Niconico" feel to them (MS PGothic font). Perfect 5/5
