Doesn't work. Only worked once in 2 months and even then it was only on some of the listings.
I am totally disappointed from this tool because there is no instruction clearly which can understand how to use it and how it works..

Great extension when it works. Constantly locks up the webpage while loading results. Needs alot of updating.
The extension consistently gives "Page Unresponsive" error on amazon. When i disable it, the page works perfectly. Would not recommend.
I think the extension has potential. But there are only a handful of pages that it works on to show the details. I stepped through some of the javascript code that makes up the extension and I think some or most of the problem comes from the possibility that Amazon updated their page layout and so the HTML elements that the code is looking for simply don't exist anymore
its the only chrome extension i could actually get to work to show the amazon bsr. works great very happy thank you! highly recommend

Does the job Had some issues with DS quick view, but this one worked well To be honest loads up product details much slower than DS Please get this fixed

For those having issues with this extension: After installing the it, refresh your amazon tab. As soon as you start scrolling down, you will see the information loading. I gave it a bad review because I thought it was not working, but it is working as it should.

Seems like a lot of people including myself is having a hard time getting this product to work. Maybe Amazon did something to block it. But what is even worst is that the developers have said nothing. Plus, clicking on their support site takes you to facebook, which then you have to join in order to get support. Hmmm I guess since it's free what can one expect. Good luck

The plugin is often not loaded, resulting in invisible ranking information.

Im a mac user, redownloaded the extension, and it still does not work, it has been working for me for the past 3 months and it just stopped working. anyone got an idea to fix this?
ATTENTION MAC USERS: My extension stopped working after 2 days and I have learned that most mac users were having the same problem i was with the extension. I found a solution. If you put your Chrome in incognito mode in the settings in the upper right hand side and enable the AMZ extension in incognito mode it should run smoothly.

Not scanning all the items on page. out of 15 items only shows the ranking for only few.
Great Tool! If you have a problem with the tool or its seems before it worked and suddenly stopped, try this out: 1)Go on amazon site with your Seller Chrome down loaded. 2) Click on Secure(Padlock logo) 3)Open Secure connection 4) Go to “Popups” 5) Select “Always allow on this site” 6)Save Now you will be able to see the BSR at all time. It worked for me. Good luck!

I don't want to give it a bad review until I find out what the problem is, but I'm unable to get it to work correctly so I can't say I like it. It worked on the first search and now wont work at all. I did all your normal troubleshooting and nothing is getting it to work. Can you please help? I just added myself to the facebook page. Thanks! ;)

Quite helpful mostly, but doesn't always give rankings and other info. Doesn't work on best-seller lists.
No longer works.
Was quite useful, however now doesn't work at all, hasn't been updated to work with how Amazon now stores its Best Selling Rankings so you don't get any info from the extension :(

Plain just doesn't work. Extension loads and icon is displayed. When icon is clicked it becomes faded and nothing happens. No good telling us it works when a lot of people are saying that it doesn't

Does not show the Quick View information.
Seems to work on most of the site but absolutely not on the best seller pages except for the first on which is 1-20. When you click on 21-40 and so on it doesn't load. I know of at least 3 other users who are experiencing this. Any advice?

Awesome app and will no doubt save me time having to cut and paste URLs from A/z into CamelCamelCamel, which is super time consuming. Very useful and could be gangbusters if this flaw were fixed: it does not correctly display the number of FBA sellers. No matter how many FBA offers there are on a listing, this always displays "1 FBA Seller". Hence the only "Okay" rating. I hope this will be corrected because it's pretty helpful, otherwise.

The CCC pulls the US chart only so is incorrect with international sites. Pretty good though :)
