I'm getting stuck in a constant looping cycle driving me to log in. It's frustrating and used to be a much more useful tool.

DO NOT GET THIS I TELL YOU! WHEN I GOT IT MY WEBCAM WAS ON! AND IT WOULDNT TURN OFF EVEN AFTER I UNINSTALLED IT!!!

Redirects user to create a drift account?!

This is terrible!!! every time i try and screen record, it brings me to the login page. ive logged in mutiple times and it wont let me screen record this is terrible right now.

I am a student need to record lectures , since it is written ""All teachers and students will be upgraded to Drift Video Pro for FREE, to unlock unlimited storage and more sharing options."" so, can i avail it please post my answer as soon as possible... Awaiting for response

It USED TO show up in my gmail as an icon at the bottom of the email but its gone now. What happened? How do I get it back?

Drift.com only allow gmail account sign up, if you use anything other it will not not let use create an account - as you will be promoted this nonsense: ""This email is already being used for another Drift account"" ..So I did a password reset and says" ""Sorry, we don't have that email in our system"" ...LMAO Very disingenuous, I would NOT TRUST any Drift.com application, Reported to google

OMG. This is the best app ever. I used to use loom but then it pulled that Screencastify on us and I couldn't even film my YouTube videos for about a week cause I was searching for a new app and then I stumbled across this and this app is amazing. Love you so much. Merry Christmas. Its November 29,2020.

ok um i want to um that i really enjoyed it but um it needs some improvements like a daily blog etc.

Using in Chrome browser. Sucks Item. When clicking the Drift extension, Then my browser hang without any reason. Then working after few minutes. So uninstalled.

Why can't there be a pause video button to pause recording. Please creator if you're reading this add a pause video button

It is a way to get you to sign up for drift. The extension would not let me record my screen unless I give it permission to webcam and microphone. In extension UI there are at least 2,3 links to drift.com to bring you into the funnel of using their other services. But not help you complete your goal. So annoying.

Very nice format. Was easy to create and upload videos. The BIG downside for me is the quality. A 720p video on a browser game was running at 12 fps. This is not acceptible for my videos.

Worst quality that i've ever seen for a video... Can't even record internal audio!

This has been a great way for me to share my personality along with our product. Sales can be a tricky environment and speaking face to face, or through a video is a great way to get an advantage in the market and make genuine relationships and create a sense of trust around the client relationship. I'm excited to keep using it!

Love this product. Have been using it for a long time now. Makes recording and sharing, the awesome stuff that I do on my screen, so easy. Just one request, can you please allow -> 1. SPACE to pause/start a video and allow arrow keys to move ahead/back in the video. This will save so much of my time as I really don't like using mouse. :)

Best secret weapon for sales teams

I'm a BIG fan of "Conversational Marketing" and rehumanizing business communication - especially email. The ability to put in an animated gif preview in an email is a great feature. Drift's video tool is easy, lighter-client, and less expensive than other "pro" tools out there. I'm in.

Great extension to quickly show someone something on your screen, and include your voice/video if needed to create the personal connection. Also, the created animated GIF and webpage linked from it are great to easily pop into slack, send in an email, or share on social.

Its a great and no nonsense recording tool !! I love the options of choosing recording audio, camera, screen or all at once ! Simple and fuss free for a quick recording. Suggestion: Please allow to move the recording control anywhere on the screen while recording.

Why i cannot use it with my personal account?

Love this app (Drift video). I send Drift videos to my daughter in college. It a quick and easy way to encourage and motivate her to workout; freshman 15 is no joke. She enjoys seeing my silly face first thing in the morning; I think. My only issue is that the video takes quite a while to upload. Outside of that, Drift is a wonderful tool. Thanks Drift.

It seems that you can't load a file video - only record using the device camera, so I did not use it.

THIS APP surprised me. I just wanted some video of me designing assignments for homework. Then I started recording my programming work, independent design projects and sending them to my advisors and mentors and it really helped them see where I needed improvement. I really love the versatility of Drift I can still record one specific window and work on the many other projects I have in another non-recorded window... OR GO NUTS and document everything I do. Even caught my neighbor spying on me while I was working back faced to the office window... SUPER HELPFUL WICKED FUN... AND NO CRAZY LEARNING CURVE. The User Interface is very friendly to the novice and even offers some capabilities for geeks like me who want to go for its full capability.Can't say enough great things about my experience with Drift. Did I mention the option of keeping the snippets to myself or sharing with the world... everyone is getting a Drift Vid from me this holiday season. Cant wait to experience its evolution as I know this fine piece of technology will be gaining a fanbase very soon. Much deserved. Thank you and BRAVO!

Excellent Option for Training Process

Nice tool and offers a different way of reaching my customers! Had a couple of issues with login, but was helped by their help desk very quickly, Can see a couple of improvements needed to navigate the UX but other than that looks a handy little tool!

Such a great extension! I use it all the time - and I'm getting my organization to upgrade to the Pro account because it's proved its value already. Seamless to use. I love the ability to create and download custom GIFs for emails as well. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love it. Been trying to find something similar to this for my clients. Sometimes sending a email and calling them every other day can get really annoying. Sending them a personal video so they can hear and see the emotion i give off to help them. Really can make a difference. Happy i found this and now I'm making the rest of my sales team use it.

Just kept giving me this error: warning We were unable to upload your video Sorry about that! We recommend you save the video to avoid losing it. Then I couldn't download it or do anything

Solid product! Simple enough to use and shows a nice GIF once you paste the video in your email! A couple of bugs I'm sure will get fixed up and are no big deal! Excited to keep using it!

Four stars, because it took a bit of back and forth to get it working - but the team were really helpful and responsive. Now it's working GAME CHANGER - the conversation feature is amazing. We've been using video for sales outreach for a while now and adding the ability to chat with the viewer is taking it to the next level. Easy to use and easy to send the videos, the automatic addition of the gif and link to the clipboard is a really nice timesaver

The copy link + gif feature makes my life so easier. I just love it!!

Great product, what would make it amazing would be if you could switch between camera/screen options mid call. Sometimes the chrome extension freezes after multiple attempts and you gotta restart the browser.

Just like Vidyard, but videos are clearer

I really found it a useful tool for how to web surf videos and now if i have new content (songs, videos websites of mine etc.) i'll hyfy it and share to my friends. 5 stars!!!!

this takes forever ive expirienced lag before but this made the screen pause

Using this app was not too useful for me due to the fact that I tried screen recording and face recording a game, but the face cam wouldn't show up unless the game wasn't in full screen, then anytime I clicked the game, half the face cam would be behind it. I wouldn't use this app again unless there was a way to make the face cam fully presentable while gaming in full screen.

I think that the time limit for free is kinda stupid. I know that they"re just trying to make money, but not every person can pay and for youtubers, when starting out, it can be very hard to get a good filming program.Nice idea, its just not for me. Hope u have a good day!

Its Just Awful And When I Got It My Camera Kept Turning On And Off At Random Times I Dont Wanna Be Stalked So I Removed It Also The Videos Didnt Work

I love this but the issue is that i am not able to get my historical videos which i recorded one year before. I already raise the question but didn't get the answer.

Easy to use and convenient. Cloud storage and sharing is fantastic feature. Service is delayed but the tech team response within 24 hours which is good. Couple issue: - cant swap screens shared. that would be a nice feature - stops recording after 60 min even on Pro version. thats kinda annoying - 60 min videos show as 0 min on the thumbnails so I accidentally deleted them thinking they were random videos. my mistake but it could have been avoided. Overall nice tool.

I love this extension! It works better than Jing, it's easy to share directly, add to slack, download in various formats (audio only, screen only, camera only, or screen/camera). Does everything I need it to do, and is super easy to use. Highly recommend!

Awesome how quick and easy it is to record. The options for including video (or just audio and screen) are super easy and it's nice to be able to decide that after the fact. The export options are sweet too. And the fact that you get an animated preview when pasting into slack/email etc. too - very engaging. I highly recommend.

After going through three different chrome extensions to screen record a video, HYFY finally worked. Thank god because I needed to turn in an assessment for work while screen recording.

I can't leave without it. It is by far the best experience I have had in my entire career on working in front a PC and trying to convey a message to a user or audience that need to see exactly "what you are talking about". HYFY has achieved just that....a video of 10 seconds is worth a thousands words...!

This app was useful for a little while but it started getting worse. Vidyard GoVideo is soooooo much better!

I was able to record for 60 minutes for free using email and now it only lets me record 10 minutes.

AWSOME

I needed to capture quick footage of me navigating through a web-based game my company is currently working for so I could link it in a proposal deck. This took made it very easy to capture and get the Public URL to share. I only wish there was an option to make a link require a set password so it wasn't just "Private" or "Public". And maybe allow visitors to comment. However that feature isn't necessary for my use as we go through multiple revisions and manage communication elsewhere, I can see it being a handle feature for other uses.

When you finish recording it fails to upload the video if you are recording another one. :(

Very usable.

It is amazing! It records the full screen even if it's the free trial! Also if an application goes full screen normally a screen recorder will stop but this keeps going and records what is on the screen in full screen! My only downside is if you download it saves as a .webm file not a .mp4

After using this screen recorder for a few days it appears to do exactly what I wanted.

Needs us to login to gmail......risky. opted out.

Complete garbage, tried it on 3 different machines, does not record, does not do anything, it tells you that its recording then when you are done it fails to upload it to their server and when you try to play the WEBM Video it gave you it doesn't work at all no matter what I did on all 3 laptops. its a recording tool that doesnt record .... notice something about those 5 star reviews ? They all seem super fake ..

Brilliant tool. Before this I used to use Quickplayer to record videos and then upload to YouTube. This has saved me 50minutes per video. HYFY to the developers! Well done, your guys are awesome!
