What an absolute scam!!!!!!!! DO NOT GET THIS CHROME EXTENSION. I signed up for a free trial then cancelled but they still charged me and did so for 3 months even though it said I was on a free plan. Absolute scammers
not working
I paid $1 usd for the app recommended trial plan, but it doesn't work. I tried to contact them continuely for 3days before my trial plan expired, but their chat box is a trick, never respond for my message. I tried to send an email, didn't get any respon too. Don't pay for it even $1 !!!!! It is a trick!!! And I even don't know how to cancelled the trial plan, they don't support anything!!!!
Doesn't work at all
This app doesn't even work after installing and removing it several times. Won't even load on any Shopify store that I try to use it on. Waste of time, shame it sounded great :(
Didn't work for 4/5 sites that I looked at which had a pretty strong presence online. Just like the others say, it doesn't really work
This extension is tracking all pages you load and send it to their backend. Data is encripted, but you can easily see that every page opening will cause network request to the server from background page. If you are good in JS, you can put breakpoint on "_compress" method and look what arguments are coming to it.
It is the worst extension ever! Don't waste your time. It doesn't do anything that is supposed to.

Used to be god but now it's awful and horrible... they've been attempting to log into my facebook account, DO NOT get this extension.
Worst extension, concept is good but not usable. I want refund for my wasted time.
I used this extensively but when it stole my login and started to login to my Facebook I had to uninstall. I've had to change my login 10 times until I found out that Commerce Inspector was logging into my Facebook account without my permission.
i try to login thousand times but it always show..!! login it's a generic extension i don't recommend it's shows fake data
Extension not working. Asking me login but even after login it don't work.
The app recently broke, with it on I'm unable to access banking sites.
Before they updated it, the extension was wayyyy better. Now it doesn't even work and says every site isn't hosted on Shopify when in fact I know that they are. My own store which is 100000% on Shopify, it comes back with an error saying it's not a Shopify hosted site. Please go back to before the recent update, I love this extension then!

I'd like to be as objective as possible and hope others will come across my review of this app. I had paid subscription for a month. The bestsellers it reports are nothing but a shuffled collection you can get yourself by typing collections/all?sort_by=best-selling at the end of the shopify store. Sales volume is extremely vague, and rough estimate. Then, I kept the extension in hopes to at least help me identify which apps people use. I spent a lot of time analyzing the apps of the successfull stores using this extension only to discover that the apps this extension lists are pretty much random and not accurate. In fact I even think this could be how they make money by affiliate marketing of the apps. I've tested those on my own store and non were what this extension is listing.

Checked on my own store - the apps are not accurate and the sales data isn't accurate - bottom line - can't trust the data this app puts out - it's a shame because it's a great concept in theory!

SCAM... avoid. Fake numbers, non-existent customer service. Sadly.... they give entrepreneurs a bad name. Just shut down this service already and stop taking people's hard earned money that want to start a legitimate business

It works! it takes forever to load but when I clicked on another tab and came right back it loaded all the info. Might look into the PRO version.
It installs but won't load on Chrome :(
