omggg, this is exactly what i needed! i already have dark mode forced for every website thru the flag, but i get blinded any time i open a new blank tab. this is perfect!!

Works great, I wish the title was "New Tab" and not "Dark New Tab". Would be also great if other extensions (e.g. Vimium) worked on this empty tab.
