We are a non-profit swim team based in Seattle and have been using the Drag App for keeping track of the various emails we send for incoming swimmers. The app has helped so much in keeping organized, I don't know how we lived without it!

Our non-profit has benefited from the use of this chrome extension and app. It has made communication for different email addresses much easier. We know who is responding now and we don't have to log in to an email address and see who is responding to someone. We are also able to communiate with each other on an email topic.

As a Buddhist forest monk, I never really needed email. Now that I'm starting a monastery (Clear Mountain Monastery in Seattle, WA) however, email has crept into my life in insidious ways. Though the Buddha would certainly have been able to handle his inbox without irritation and with boundless love ... I'm not there yet ?. The DragApp offers myself and our Monastery Board a practical way to decrease our worldly "dukkha" (suffering - the First Noble Truth). By allowing us to rank-order, share, comment on, and organize emails. Drag naturally facilitates the letting go of many unwholesome cravings (the cause of dukkha, and the Second Noble Truth), such as the craving to throw our laptops out the window and the desire to be anywhere else but at this computer. Although the DragApp won't lead us directly to Nirvāna (the complete ending of all dukkha, and the Third Noble Truth), it does facilitate some level of peace of mind and, through making email less unenjoyable, it allows for easier access to feelings of loving-kindness (aspects of the path leading to the end of dukkha - the Fourth Noble Truth). Check it out!

Excited to see how this improves our internal communications systems as we grow.

I've been using DragApp for a couple weeks now, and it has made my job as a co-captain of my swim team a lot easier! We receive about 5-10 emails each week from new swimmers interested in joining the team, and it can take several weeks to get them scheduled for their first practice, send practice confirmation and follow-up emails, etc. The ability to ingest these new swimmer inquiry email threads (i.e., cards) into a board and move them around into different columns that represent different stages of the process has made it way easier to keep track of everyone. I also love the ability to merge email threads since occasionally emails get separated. One feature I would love to see added is the ability to split email threads (or conversations as Google calls them) into separate threads since, on occasion, we have emails from multiple people get grouped together into one thread. Right now, I have to use another extension to do this, and it is a little clunky. I also love how DragApp allows you to create email templates. We have templates saved in a Google Doc, but having it incorporated into Gmail via this extension is pretty handy. I would like to see an expansion of the formatting features for templates, though, since I like to highlight the parts of the email that need to be changed for each recipient. Even better would be to have fields that you could fill out that would get inserted into the template at predefined locations. Another useful DragApp feature is the ability to collaborate with other teammates. The other co-captain of the team and I share the same board for welcoming new swimmers, and we can see changes made by the other. We can also assign cards to each other so we know who is responding to whom. I also quite like some of the other miscellaneous features, such as due dates, which I set for each swimmer after scheduling their first swim. This not only serves as a reminder to send them a confirmation email with practice details the day before practice, but also it can be used to sort cards within a column so I get sort of a schedule of which new swimmers will be joining us at upcoming practices. I haven't explored some of the other features as much (e.g., tags, custom fields), but I envision using these to keep track of some of the action items we give to new swimmers, such as registering with US Masters Swimming or signing pool waivers.

I’m very happy with this app! I’ve been using the Drag App for a few weeks now and I have to say I'm very impressed with the way it helps to organize our team's emails. It's a great tool to keep track of tasks and our team is now more efficient with the Kanban feature. Project management, customer support, help desk... these are my main use cases, and I have not been disappointed. No more context shifting by going into other apps needlessly, I can stay right in my Gmail and get a lot of work done! Give it a try and you won't regret it!

Drag has been a great help in organizing our team's to-do list. The ease of adding tasks, compiling notes, files and tagging each task has truly been a game changer for us.

We were looking for a project management tool that didn't rely on a third party platform outside of Gsuite. Drag is the answer. Our team can now not only work in our existing accounts but do more with our inboxes than we could before Drag. The Kanban feature has also increased our capacity. Allowing us to serve more than ever before.

Drag has made it so much easier for us to organize ourselves. Tasks can easily be created from emails, and I love that the entire email thread stays with the task. This is something that I really wanted in other task-management systems, but most did not offer it. While we just started using Drag, I feel confident that it will enable to consolidate a lot of our communications so that everyone will be aware of the status of all the different tasks. And as a not-for-profit with an all-volunteer board, we greatly appreciate that Drag supports organizations like ours so that more money can be available for our programs.

Great project management, email management and workflow tool with lots of customization. The developers really gave this tool a lot of thought! I first began using Drag at my job and recently started using it in my personal life. Love it! It is a much more intuitive and user friendly version of Trello. In my opinion, after using Trello for three years, Drag is superior than Trello. Drag allows you to decide how much and when to utilize its many features within your email account. Also, it's worth mentioning that their support team is also very prompt whenever I have any questions.

Prior to using Drag, our team used other platforms. Drag was a much more straightforward approach to platforms of this type. This is an excellent app and has really helped me automate workflow. I wish an email could be on several boards at once, but that's a tiny thing to mention, when we've been able to work in so much more structured and fluid a manner. My email inbox was always my to-do list, and now it's an organised one!

The app itself is a bare-bones almost nothing add-on for gmail, that was barely useful. It gives you a page of categories you can put different tasks into. It doesn't have a lot of features, for instance you cant delete or rename the first 3 canned categories that the app creates for you or color code the categories. I deleted the app for our entire organization because Drag decided to import their logo and a hyperlink into our email signature. WE RUN ON DRAG! Not anymore we dont! Keep your hands off my email signatures.

Messy inbox, team confusion, unhappy Membership. I am the president of a local non-profit youth sports program. We facilitate two main seasons Spring and Fall. Leading up to the start of both seasons 300+ parents register their children to play lacrosse. Many of the newer families often have questions and use email as their media to connect with us to get answers. 100% of our staff are volunteers and lead busy professional and personal lives. We have been struggling with emails sitting in a volunteer's inbox for days, if not weeks waiting for an answer. Not the first impression we want to leave with new families. For the last few years, we've been looking for a software product that will give our team of volunteers visibility to all requests. We've found a few products that might be able to help however, they are too involved and complicated. It's also a training issue for new volunteers. The organization simply does not have the bandwidth to train staff on complicated processes and tools. We decided a shared inbox would work. Last season I was the only one who remembered the login credentials therefore, the only one to log in and help members. Another solution failed and more members were upset with our communication. We gave up. Now all emails are coming to me directly again. After the fall season, I decided to look once more for a solution. I came across Drag. At first, I thought, too good to be true. No way this product has been here all along. I was worried about wasting time trying to implement a new solution. To my surprise Drag is super simple and an answer to all of our issues trying to help people as a group. We are kicking off our Spring season. We're hoping to have over 350 players in various programs. Now I can say confidently, with Drag we're ready!

Whilst we have only just begun using this extension, it will provide tremendous functionality and ease to our internal communications and ability to respond to external queries. We are a small but disparate team who join for this one task each year and Drag will eliminate many of the hurdles we've confronted in previous years. Great work!

Good place to organise a to do list within a committee.

When your trial expires, they add a really annoying email signature that you can't remove unless you are a paying customer. Why would I give you my money for inconveniencing me? I'm a brand new user, not someone who would have to exert a lot of effort to change my current workflow. When I asked a customer rep for help, they basically just said that I can uninstall the software. Again, I'm trying to actually use the software and see if it makes my work easier. Why is the answer to tell me to get lost? The signature goes away if you disable the app, and you can then go and re-enable it to continue using it if you want. Seems like an interesting move, we'll see if they are still around in a few years.

Great plugin, easy to use, elegant design. Still figuring out all the features to see what works for my business, BUT project management and inbox management all within gmail is great. Customer service stands out: very quick replies and very helpful solutions.

We are loving the Drag App so much - it is really helping us to streamline our internal communications without the duplication we have had in the past! We are an Equestrian Club in Australia who have a committee of up to 10 volunteers - in order to ensure that we can organize well run events in the shortest amount of time we have been looking at upgrading our communication processes. The Drag App has been a critical integration into how we manage inbound and outbound correspondence with the best feature being the individual boards. The ELT are able to filter only the relevant information to the committee members responsible - saving time, keeping everyone updated yet not swamped with information. Being able to share the workload has made everyone more positive and we hope in future to encourage volunteers to stay longer in their roles. This app has allowed us to easily map our business process and get our inboxes under control. We kissed many frogs before finally choosing Drag. Nothing falls through the cracks anymore. We were looking for a solution to manage our shared inboxes across multiple geographies and people. For what is technically case management. Drag has allow us to organize ourselves and a have visibility of all our work. I can't imagine how we would have coped with our growing volumes without it. I really like the fact that they go out of the way to share the product development roadmap publicly and the regular updates on specific features and honesty about when things are late. We are really looking forward to the merged cards feature next release as this is critical to managing large volumes. Great work Drag!!!

Just getting going with Drag and it has already solved the majority of our issues around shared inboxes and groups in the first week. It was pretty easy for everyone to pick up. Once we remembered to stop forwarding and start assigning things have been great.

Since I have been using Drag, I have found an easier way to manage my tasks and assign/share them with my team. I love that we can name the columns based on our workflow and how easy and simple it is to drag a card from one column to the next. I also find it easier to keep up with my colleagues, especially with the Gmail integration that Drag offers.

My colleagues and I have been using Drag for a couple of weeks now and we are happy to finally have found an app that works for us. Working remotely has its challenges and this app resolves many of them, primarily due to its collaborative features and boards (what I have been making the most use of). I like how I can see where my colleagues are at and they can see where I am at as well.

App does the job well, have had minor issues during a few months' use, but support is always brilliant. I would recommend Drag!

Customer service from Drag has been awesome. As is, the software has been a time saver for our team, helping us streamline project management and provide a level of transparency that we didn't previously had. Most importantly, we didn't have to force people onto new software they were unfamiliar with as this lives in gmail. So it was easy to get buy in. And what's more, there are a lot of new features in the pipleine that customer service has kept us in the loop about, so we can plan out how we will integrate this with operations moving forward. I'm excited to streamline our processes further.

Great support. This is a light and amazing tool if you own an e-mail driven business!

I've really enjoyed using Drag. As a Google Apps admin there are several features that this has really helped our org and myself with. Pros: - sharing inbox only with users - granular folder (board) sharing without delegating the entire account - trello like board function, but also can keep the vertical board feel of original gmail ui - allows sending as another user without the annoying "on behalf of". This is huge for admin assistants or helpdesk that wants to reply in the same chain. Cons: - about the only thing I've found is that if you are logged into multiple accounts it prompts for persmission to use Drag for every one... not the worst problem but still worth a mention.

My team and I are still new to Drag but so far it's been great! It's the perfect way to organize emails/tasks/to-do's when you have a team of people accessing a shared inbox. Using Drag allows us all to be able to see exactly what's been dealt with, what still needs to be done, where a task is in its process, who's dealing with it, etc. Support has been really great too.

The Drag boards resolve most of our collaboration and productivity needs in a way we hadn’t imagined possible. For over a year, we had been looking at how to manage a shared inbox, manage projects remotely, and coordinate a team of volunteers outside of our google workspace, but felt that the email, CRMs, messaging, tasks, files, and calendar apps were operating in silos. This is not the case now: we can easily include and onboard a new colleague into our communications with clients and processes, assign tasks and delegate responsibilities without having to set up or share multiple accounts. The setup was simple and the support timely during the trial period. Our team is ready and excited to integrate it into our operations and we look forward to discovering how much our communication and productivity can be transformed.

Drag Space is a very innovative and well-polished product. If multiple people need to collaborate together around an easy to define workflow such as sales or a helpdesk, then you should consider Drag Space. I thought it was going to be a pain to set up with complex permissions, but it turned out to be very easy. There were a few quirks (or obvious things that I missed in the interface) that I couldn't figure out, but Drag Space's very responsive support team answered all my questions swiftly. With Drag Space my team and I are able to spend less time sending emails to one another, and more time collaborating meeting customer's needs.

Just trying this out and enjoying it so far. I like that I can do everything from within google without having to jump in and out of different applications. I am finding my way round and the onboarding was good and then the support was brilliant when I got stuck on a couple of things. Will continue to use as I like it and have recommended it to my friends.

Does not work at all, I didn't manage to get it working. Seems very buggy, the extensions does not change anything in my Gmail, click on enabling it does nothing. Inkognito doesn't work either. If tried to activate with my Goggle account but a 504 Gateway timeout occurs. Tested with two different Gmail accounts, both the same. Very sorry, we were ready to pay for it.

I was a big fan at first. Several times submitted bugs and functionality ideas. Howeeeeeeeeeever, twice in the last week, all our data has vanished... not cool when you using for project management. It eventually repopulate but only after we inquired and were told we're doing maintenance. Who does software maintenance in the middle of the day across N. America without notifying your user ahead of time. It happened again today, no notice, no access to support - simply unacceptable. Getting ready to have a staff meeting and review projects and have nothing. Un$&#%ing believable.

I could never get Drag to work well despite very close work with Drag support. I felt like I was unintentionally a beta tester. Once a fellow member of a board I'm on told me that my emails were coming through with multiple strange attachments, I finally disabled the extension, which solved the problem. I was then charged **$216.00*** for another year of service recently, with no reminder email ahead of time, like I receive from professional software companies. I emailed Duda Bardavid, who I'd worked with closely to try to get the product to work, to let her know I had enough problems with the app that I did not want to renew, and asked for a refund. She emailed me back that "we couldn't find any cancellation request before the restart of your billing cycle so unfortunately we cannot issue a refund." I told her I was sure she could indeed issue a refund, but she has not. I reenabled the extension today only to write this review. I can't imagine that any reputable company would install this software to run their business, given the problems I had as an individual.

I use Trello a lot so it's an appealing idea to organise my emails in the same way. First impressions are that it needs more work. Good that I can create my own columns and put due dates on cards. But why don't cards show Google's labels? Seems like an obvious mistake to create a duplicate tagging system and force users to adopt that instead. My inbox comes with a long history of labelling so Drag will never win over that. It might seem like a small point but it's a major barrier to my adoption right now.

It worked at first now it only show old emails. New emails don't come in... When I disable the extensions they show.

My Drag is not working?

I liked the app until today when it started adding "sent by drag" to my email signatures even when I was not in board mode. I don't want to have to x off sent by drag every email I send from the chrome browser. Note this just started happening today and it doesn't affect emails sent from my phone or browsers other then chrome.

The app forces you to enter your credit card to use the trial, I tested the app for a few minutes and didn't like the user experience. I requested a refund within a 10 mins and they said they couldn't provide a refund. Customer service was awful, they acknowledged that I signed up and cancelled within 10 mins, but won't provide a refund even though I don't like the software. I do not recommend this app, it was very confusing!

I don't see any difference in my Inbox and there are no instructions except " you already know Gmail so no training is needed".

Good idea but identified two problem within first 5 mins: 1. Can't seem to view emails with images in them with Drag toggled on 2. Can send email to folders in Gmail but can't short cut finding those folders by searching for them, this saves (me) a LOT of time in standard GA view. SUMMARY Some useful productivity added but at the expense of other productivity features in standard Gmail

This app is wonderful and exactly what I am looking for. However, the marketing to get me to upgrade (which I planned on doing) is way too aggressive. They add a link to every outgoing email. If you remove it, it results in a pop up that normally can be closed but doesn't display correctly on my screen so I have to refresh the page to get rid of it. There are other things like that, that annoyed me to the point where I was completely turned off from the app. It gets worse once the trial expires. Now I fear if I upgrade that I will be bombarded again to upgrade to an even higher plan. I understand the need for awareness and I was willing to upgrade but this is way too aggressive, sorry.

Just came on to say that I'd been looking for an organizational app that would allow me to manage to-do lists and projects without having to log in somewhere else, and finding this has been amazing. Love the easy dragging and in-Gmail feature. Excellent!

By far It's the best solution I found! The most exiting thing is the comment and tasks part! Really helpful! It was a little bit tricky to install, it but clearing the browser's cache and restarting chrome, did the job. The only disadvantage I noticed was in Greek mail titles in combination with weird text formats. You cannot read those titles unless you rename them. But still... is by far the best solution.
