AliDropship plugin is quite marvelous after I setup my store and finished all the preparations and started to import my products the option of importing reviews has stopped working I can't import the reviews for any imported product and as you know the reviews are very important tool for buyers. The Alidropship support team said that a new chrome extension update will be available but they can tell the deadline when it will be available.

Bulk import doesn't work.
Stopped working a while ago. Bought the plugin that now is useless without the extension working. The bulk import is not working Georgy, the main function of this extension. Yes, I've contacted the support on your site as well, and they said they're fixing it... a few weeks ago. I somehow have the feeling that the developers decided to make this extension unavailable, so that they can force their customers to buy the imports as explained here https://help.alidropship.com/en/articles/3007380-imports-packages
This extension is not working at all. I tried everything as per video. It just doesnt want to connect to my website
I use this about 2 month, but last 10 days i face issue. i can not import product from aliexpress to wordpress. i can import average 30-40 products. But before that i can import more then 1K per day. Would you please tell me, what is the issue, or someone please help me.

I like the chrome extension, but the problem is when I go to find products on aliexpress, its starts to automatically add all the products on the page, for me just to import. I cant remove the products or choose what products i want to add, the only way of removing them is by importing them, and deleting them on my wordpress, which takes a lot of time. I was hoping for the chrome extension to help me chose products and import the ones I want, not for it to choose all the products in the page, and having me to import them because its the only way for me to remove the items I dont want on my website.

Unfortunately 4th February update broke the plugin for me. Automatic order placement not cleaning the shipping addresses and not adding products to cart anymore.
Suddenly stopped importing images which makes it useless.

Hi, I was using this extention for some time and was pretty satisfied. But sudenly it stopped working for me. I uninstalled and installed it again several times, but there is zero positive results by now. When I add my domain to this extention and try to sigh in into my website, it just takes me to my WP dashboard.

In terms of its user interface, it's probably the nicest compared to others. But you have to pay for import packages. To import 1000 products will cost you $200-- and if you delete products you can't add more. For example, if you have 1000 products and you delete 200, you can't import another 200 products. You will have to pay to import more. A joke, really.

It is stuck on "adding product". Sometimes it is able to add few products from order but then get stuck in between. Before that update everything was blazing fast and brilliant.

Well, i can only import 5 products on average per hour... sometimes 2 in chrome , 3 in opera.. or 5 in opera 0 in chrome etc... come back later and do it again... I really hope the strenght of this plugin is not into his ability to import otherwise it s worthless :/

Yes, plugin does not work any more. It cannot add shipping addresses. Waiting to be fixed by developers :(((

It was ok as far as the last version now ver. 2.7.5.21 has a bug when I try to authorize my website it takes me to the admin-dashboard instead of authorization page.
Sometime can import product but mostly cannot. Something is wrong with these app. I tried clearing cache, logout/login, etc but just don't work

I've only had it 3 days, and since day one, it has been a headache. I've done extensive research, read review, followed troubleshooting instructions suggested by AliDropShip and nothing is working. Whatever AliDropship changed in their new extension, they need to revert to the old, because it worked, and continue to test the "New" one extensively. Everything works as it should and there isn't anything I can think of that should be changed. I have not had any issues yet, and alidropship email team is quite responsive. Additionally, they have an extensive backlog of content in their help forum! Worth to read it
