I love this extension and use it daily to copy tab links for MS Teams as well as copying content for my personal notes in markdown format. The copy image as data:uri is a nice touch aw well.
Perfectly works to highlight formatted text from webpage, right click: Selection -> Markdown, Paste in Trello card and you made me a happy man. Thank you very much!!!!

Finally. Thank you so much for this!!! I am tasked with copy/pasting from web to markdown constantly and this is a godsend. I previously tried using Bear app with it's clipper in Chrome and it works maybe 50% of the time and often times breaks formatting or completely omits entire sections. This works wonders! If you use Boostnote, or any other markdown friendly note taking app, this is a must-have extension to complement your workflow.
