Extension makes you lose out on purchases because it does not show certain retailers (i.e amazon). The search function is also broken, which gives the impression that many retailers do not participate in aeroplan. Consequently, the extension is best described as useless, broken, and a way for aeroplan to prevent you from earning points.

No longer support Amazon and the searching is not working... manually launch amazon through aeroplan estore but the point is not tracked either :(

Can no longer do a quick search for Amazon; have to go through the main Aeroplan store again. Now largely pointless to me... Uninstalling.

doesn't work. they've removed amazon from the list of retailers in the button, but they still exist on the app. it's basically useless.

Login never works. Confirmed password and number were correct on main site.

It has missed adding points to some retailer stores, it also does not always pop up as a reminder.

I really want to be excited about this but I can't seem to get the points to automatically be added to my Aeroplan....i have gone through the Estore several times now and then have to ask for missed purchases. What am i doing wrong??

I want to like this as it is useful but for some unknown reason having this stop me from viewing my National Geographic website, it disables the java.

Bad design. For the people saying they can't login make sure to enter your Aeroplan # and LAST NAME - not password!

The extension rarely works as intended. Sometimes it can't find the retailer, sometimes it can't go to the retailer's website. More often than not, the Aeroplan points will not be credited to your account if you use this extension unless you log in through the Aeroplan E-Store.

Doesn't work. Keeps asking me to login with my aeroplan number instead of my email, so I have to go login to the aeroplan website with my email first (at which point I might as well click on the partner link there), so I can get my aeroplan number to log into the plugin. Then I just get this error from the plugin and have to navigate to the partner website myself anyway. Utter waste of time. "It was not possible to generate the external link, please try again later."

This stopped working in the past few weeks. Any attempt to use the extension or click on a site results in the error "It was not possible to generate the external link, please try again later." Frustrating.

Can't even login. I even tried resetting my password (even though I knew it, and could login to the website and app no problem). Useless extension!

Unfortunately, I cannot seem to log in! I downloaded the extension button, it shows up and everything, but when I go to log in, I keep on getting an error message "Something went wrong when logging in. Please try again.", so I try again and again, still no luck. I have no trouble logging into the regular website with my info. Help please!

Most of the time, it does not really record you points. Shopped on Amazon numerous time, no points added. Went through aeroplan website to shop on amazon and point appeared a few days later. Sadly, old method still the best.

Works really well and like the automation where it detects the website and applies the reward link. I would have given it 5 stars except that it does not autodetect Amazon.ca. You have to manually select the Amazon.ca website from the Extension dropdown when you go to the Amazon.ca website. Every other website I tested, the automation worked, just not with Amazon.

I am loving this shopping button! It pops up to let me know when I can earn some extra points which is great--because sometimes I forget all the brands that Aeroplan works with--and this is a great reminder so I never miss out. And any chance I get to earn some more points, I'm all in for it!
