First of all the name: "Free VPN" seemed sort of a clickbait but on the other hand it can also be interesting to know what this VPN extension really has to offer for free. Also an average review rating of almost four stars (3.7) rated by 656 users and being used by 100,000+ users, can be at least worth to intensify the interest. So my interest explored it a bit but soon became very disappointed. Although Installing was as easy as most other extensions and plenty enough free VPN countries/locations can be chosen from (even non USA and non EU), the settings website from their toolbar icon showed an annoying adblocker warning message saying to disable it. None of all the other VPN extensions that I've tried (which are many) ever warned me about my adblocker. Even without disabling my adblocker it was fortunately possible to connect to their Israel (Tel Aviv) VPN location and so I've tried that one as the first and last one. Besides a slow connection it also didn't connect with YouTube. But even more worse, at dnsleaktest dot com their Israel VPN showed servers and their ip addresses only pointing to Zurich Switserland and Osaka Japan with Google as the ISP. These test results suggest possibly numerous DNS leaks. For me reasons enough to finish this review with a two star dislike rating.

Im so confused... I tried to change my VPN to New york because Im on a buisness trip out of the country. The moment I chan ged it and waited 10 minutes, all the websites (except for your VPN website) that I had access to before were all non accesible and blocked. The moment I disconnected this nonsense ended. Ridiculous!

Fast and reliable, I love it. However, if you are downloading large files (like a movie for instance), you will need to click on the "Resume" button many times (like every 5 min or so) until your file is complete.

Works great for me and allows me to use the sites in Vegas (MGM, Caesars, and other) for sporting events. (purely for entertainment purpose only).
try to connect to UK tv sites only works with BBC and All4. - ITV & My5 no good as does not connect

So far, I like this because of it's ease to operate
You have to turn off your ad blocker to connect to anything. Says it will stay connected for 3 hours, disconnects reliably at 40 minutes. Slow to connect, and needs to buffer a lot. Overall, ok, but not great.
