This extention not useable for Bangladesh. Because you need a vpn or paid ip then you use it

Today I learned of this Gmail extension after googling "how to sent text messages without knowing the carrier". To my SURPRISE this fabulous solution! It has worked with all my testing and actual messages and even the reply text. Let's keep our fingers cross with continued success! Now I will read all the risk I just set myself up with adding this! :-(

Unfortunately did not work for me. Downloaded to use with my Gmail but it was stuck on the "Loading.... (might take a few seconds)" pop-up for several minutes until I clicked out. Tried it several times. Connected via hardline. Cleared cache and cookies. All to no avail. Too bad.

I send a text (via email) to someone and they receive it, they respond to me (via text) and I receive it (via email) I hit "reply" to them in my email (reply to the text that they sent me) and they NEVER receive my reply to their text.

I manage a remote work-from-home team, and I use this to send them a text 10 minutes before our 9am standup meeting to make sure they're on Zoom, and on time. Works like a charm! Tip: You can schedule the email in Gmail, too. So I write the standup meeting email reminder the night before, and schedule it to go out as a text the next morning at 8:50am.

Hi, does anyone actually respond to your customer support email...? I have been trying to get in contact for over a week now about more information on a couple of your paid plans (using the email which is on your site as well as linked to this page). I would hate to think how quickly your respond to an existing customer if you cant even respond to a potential customer who wants to give you money...

Quick download and teh onboarding process wasn't too bad. Great for zipping out quick emails that only need a glance.

Not ever been able to make it work, support could not help, blamed it to fact that it may be disabled (by whom?) abroad.Potential would be great, if it could work as advertised.

I dont dislike it because I havent even used it and that is because anytime I hit the phone button it always show me temporal error. Please, how do I fix this issue?

Tool is working great for me, having no twilio errors or other user issues.

Everyone checks their texts faster than email. This is better than forwarding any email, because you make sure it's SEEN this way.

When I click in TEXT MESSAGE icon in order to forward the email, that's the message I get: "Temporary Error. Please refresh your browser" And also, when I'm composing an email and click in ADD PHONE NUMBERS icon, an empty window is open. I've rebooted Chrome, but the problem still persists.

Having people be able to respond on the other end by just texting back is AWESOME. Nothing to install or anything like that.

Most people I know, including me, don’t even have their notifications on for emails, they just open the app every so often. I get a lot quicker responses when I send emails out as texts. Really useful. 5/5

Not Working

Tried everything possible to get it to work but every time I click on the "phone" icon, all it does is pop up a message saying: "Temporary Error. Please refresh your browser." Can't even use it!!

The application does not show in Gmail. The countries where it works should be indicated so as not to have to make several installation attempts.

This extension and service has worked for me for first 3 to 4 times but since then it has stopped working for me. It does not send email to any mobile number as sms. It gives error message code 21408. Don't know how to resolve this issue. Any suggestion??

as far as I can see,when I open it up no function appears not only that can't download the app on my android. Why advertise it when its impossible to use it or download? I'm tired of playing games!

I love this feature and used it everyday for multiple days, then on 10/9 the emails I send to as texts STOPPED being received. I've sent in a support email with no response. Since this is a paid feature I'm using @ $24.99, I expect better service. This is now 3rd day that each test is, no text received.

I met this tool by chance. I've used it several times, and I was quite satisfied. Unfortunately, the text lenght is limited; in case that your text go farther, so the tool will cut it at its way.

Easy to use, lightweight and works. Takes 3 clicks to add a number and you can import your google contacts. Make sure to whitelist gmail in Ghostery, another good extension, otherwise it blocks this.

I was looking for this feature for long time. The only inconvenience I found is the fact that recipient not seeing email address of a person who sent SMS - only unknown phone number.
