I paid for this previously but now it is requesting for a license key. I don't even know where to find my past purchases receipt from at this point in time. Just going to use some other plugins.

I had been using this extension just great for the last 10 months and now when I needed it the most, it has been crashing and it stopped working altogether in the last few days. I cannot see the categories rank on products on the amazon page. I tried removing and re-installing several times. I even downloaded this new extended version many times.. Nothing works.

Not working on Canada Marketplace. Can anyone help me?

I paid $19.99 so called lifetime fee in 2019, now they charge $25 more for the license key. don't trust this developer!

Product is an asset to my business. We use it every day and it saves us a huge amount of time. Would recommend to anyone who is a seller on Amazon. The creator is extremely responsive and overall we have had a positive experience with this extension.

I'm still learning to use the extension and can't comment on it yet, but customer service is A+. Dmitry always responded within half a day to my multiple emails.

NOT WORKING

I had this extension and loved it! Then yesterday it just stopped working so I uninstalled it. Then I had to repurchase it for $19.99 and it STILL DOESN"T WORK. No one has gotten back to me and I believe Chrome will no longer refund me. Is anyone else experiencing issues?

Always give me this message Keepa: Amazon does not provide any data for this product. This might be temporary and change in a few hours. As for now, Keepa is unable to track it.

I can't view BSR history. It has a tab for Keepa instead and its asking for more subscription fees when I try to look for BSR through that. Is something wrong?

I like the free extension, using it all the time. I wanted to add price and BSR history check by buying the extended version, but... the "BSR history" button is no longer there, it's replaced by "Keepa history" one. What's the need of two buttons with the same functionality? Useless purchase for me since I'm already using the Keepa extension and it doesn't provide the BSR change graph! Upset ((

This app worked for two weeks for me, but now it appears Amazon has changed something? The bracket search only works on key word searches vs previously it worked on category selection. HELP! Will update review when this gets resolved

Does anyone know how to open it? I clicked on the extension and I just get the settings to open not the site itself.

Is there any way to sort by BSR? It's extremely time consuming to look through products where one BSR on the page might be 132,492 and the one next to it is 452.

This has saved me so much time. Seeing so much important data right on the search page is invaluable.
