Quite a powerful extension for extracting and analyzing data from emails, however, it would be more user-friendly if it had a more intuitive interface for selecting and organizing the data to export. Overall I recommend this extension if you use google sheets alot.

I use this system to parse all my online orders. Quite useful - it is smart enough to parse all WalMart, BestBuy, and Target emails. I did not try with others.

I don't want to tell too many people about this app because it's my secret weapon for recruiters, but I have to say that it's way better than all the other applicant tracking systems out there, and it's super affordable too!

REAL UNPROFESSIONAL App has bugs... created lot of issues for us during trial. When raised the concern, they responded that "pay us to fix our bugs". We responded back saying that if your app has that many bugs during trial, it will be same during paid version. Why don't you fix the bugs and we are happy to pay. Their response was simply to DISABLE the account so that no one can expose their problems. Many companies want their customers identifying bugs in their apps and informing them but these guys too focused on DOLLARS that they don't move a finger to fix their own bugs without money in their mouth.

I love it. I setup job to process all our invoices. CloudHQ finds them, gets invoice # and amount due and adds them to our consolidated google spreadsheet. That that allows us to view all invoices within one document.

Quite useful. I use it only to backup a label with support emails to my spreadsheet and they I share share that spreadsheet with my teams... Nothing fancy but very very useful.

Very very powerful parsing email system. Saved me a lot of time in capturing and parsing shipment notifications. Very well done - easy and powerful system. Well worth it.

Response is poor. There is issue in the app that cause data to give unexpected results. We have sent support emails few times for ZERO response.

Way to expensive and it fails half the time don't get this extension

I signed up for the premium plan and tried to export a thousand emails - not only did it take days, but it failed - I was able to instead export via Outlook IMAP in just a few minutes. I then cancelled my subscription - and they took the money via PayPal anyway despite confirming the cancellation and won't refund despite me contacting support!! Be warned, don't trust CloudHQ with ANY of your payment details, and always cancel with your payment provider NOT CloudHQ, despite what they say
