Just perfect. I had a small problem during my first transfer, but the support team was there via Discord to solve my little problem. Solved quickly. It's good to see that we are supported. Concerning the extension, although I am still a novice, I find it very easy to use. Very intuitive. I do not regret my choice to use Xdefi. Congratulations.

Not only is XDEFI one of the most all encompassing wallets I have had the pleasure to use, it also has the fastest, simplest and most efficient support team I've ever come across. I mean literally out of any company I've ever interacted with. The guys on discord are amazing and provide the utmost professional customer service and support. I was one of the early beta testers when XDEFI launched. It is my go to wallet extension (and yes has all the hardware wallet integrations you might need) and one I cannot recommend highly enough. It is perfect for all DeFi/ NFT/ crosschain activities. Their customer support is LEGENDARY and probably the best example of customer service I have EVER used. It is by far the best wallet that I have used...and as they integrate more and more chains I find myself moving from other wallets to XDEFI. Try it - you will not look back. In fact - just use it. Forget all the others.

Wenn Ihr auch das Problem habt, dass sich statt der Wallet, nur ein weißes Fenster zeigt: Deaktiviert AdGuard. In meinem Fall war das AdGuard Home auf meiner QNAP NAS. AdGuard ausgeschaltet, Problem gelöst. Es muss also irgendein DNS-Anfrage Problem sein, was AG unbedingt blocken möchte.

Wallet of the future! Help desk is very helpful too. I was having trouble getting my ledger to work. Turns out it was me (user error). But XDEFI was happy to help me figure it out.

Previously, I was using Metamask but i was always looking for the best alternative extension .... one day, i saw someone mentioning about XDEFI & then i installed it to test it ... at first version, It was not convincing enough to install & use it... But after lot of version's updates.... I am now convinced that XDEFI is better than Metamask ... Its Multi chain Browser wallet .... Quite smooth process of installing, setting up & interacting with it.... Best thing is that they don't log the IPs as well as don't extract data .... complete privacy ...

Best Wallet I've come across to date and the team is constantly making new additions and changes which are upgraded automatically when released. Its been a much nicer experience and display then the several other wallets I currently use. I can see why people are calling it the metamask killer.

GREAT COSTUMER SUPPORT SERVICE!

It was honestly a great wallet, but I had to get rid of it because it makes my Metamask tweak out with all sorts of bugs and errors. It will even lead to me not being able to use Metamask anymore on certain dApps if xDefi is downloaded as an extension. Especially on the Thorchain dApp.

Just recently started using XDEFI wallet and so far it's brilliant. Had to ask a few questions on discord and they answered straight away very efficiently. highly recommended.

In Microsoft Edge, the content of the XDEFI extension doesn't fit the window, double-scrollbar is displayed. The above menu is not reachable. It's unfortunately unusable. It's not the only extension with this problem but some are displaying correctly. Could you please have a look and correct it. It would be much appreciated. Thanks

following closely this project & user myself since beta a while ago, it's only now in March 2022 that after I have needed quick support from XDEFI team I come to write this review. Turns out it was a minor issue during extension update, and uninstalling/reinstalling it was enough to solve it. The product is really just neat! Usability, interface, speed, you name it. And cross chain, of course. Most importantly (for me), it handles both Thorchain & Terra. The future is decentralized and your wallet will be XDEFI.

Fantastic extension !!! First, i was with metamask but now i have completely switched to Xdefi ! Cross Chain, you have lot of blockchain native in the app. I recommend this app !

What I liked at first was the simplicity of the wallet. Easy to install, easy to use! The fact that they support pretty much all the major chain is a gamechanger (eth, BSC, avax, polygon, etc). I had one little issue with swapping, but the team really took it seriously and corrected the problem really fast. I really like the fact that they want everything to work perfectly! Cant wait for the cross-chain swap feature, once this will be there, there wont be any reason to use any other wallet

Support attentive and very efficient

I initially installed this wallet with the sole intention to participate in Thorstarter launches, it has since become my favorite. It's user friendly and the response for support on any issue has been second to none! I submitted a ticket today on Discord and received a call within minutes, and they walked my though the solution. I'm sure we can relate on the horrible feeling of not having access to your funds or having tech issues related to our wallet. Unfortunately, there are way too many projects that will leave you hanging in dread before finding a solution, if ever at all. It's nice to know these guys are not that. You guys are the best, thank you!

Nightmare - takes over ALL operations on all blockchains, cannot be closed, dismissed, or adjusted in any way. It feels like a good idea at first, but it absolutely overwhelms the use of all sites without allowing any user control for other wallets, or even browsing a site without connecting to it.

Can highly recommend this wallet. It is perfect for cross chain transactions, easy to use interface, great for viewing your nfts and just works perfectly. Discord community is highly active and the team responds to your questions/issues promptly and efficiently. This is the new standard for web 3.0 wallets and I feel my funds are safe using this wallet.

I used to use Metamask, but Xdefi wallet is so much more ergonomic and useful. It quickly became my main wallet. Keep the great work!

This extension is a must have in the crypto world. Just do your research and look for information about all opportunities that this project is giving to the community. Support is extremely effective and helpful, with a huge team willing to help every day at all time and with beta testers behind every update the team is about to release. Totally recommended!

Finally there is a great Wallet for Defi not only EVM Compatible like MM with Ethereum but really Multichain ! On top of that you have a great user experience where you can see your NFT as well ! Development team is amazing, delivering month after month new features. What about Ledger compatibility ? Sure it works ...With Bitcoin, Ethereum or Polygon. Avalanche just been added as supported chain. One great specific feature is the support of Thorchain or Terra that you won't find on MM. Other excellent feature like staking are available within the wallet, you can stake you UST directly from the wallet to anchor, yes you can ! I will end with an amazing multichain swap tab within the wallet. Bye MM...

Had an issue trying to restore a wallet but the customer support diligently helped me with the problem and got it sorted. Its a great little wallet to store all your accounts on different chains and works well with the majority of web3 applications. I would recommend trying it out!

The true multi-chain wallet, definitely futureproof! App is super easy to use, i have switched from metamask to XDEFI permanently. Also very helpful devs on discord, had a few basic crypto questions and they helped me out quickly!

migrated from metamask to xdefi several months ago and haven't looked back. so much faster and easier to use, plus *native* support for multiple chains (e.g., btc, doge, eth, polygon). xdefi supports ledger hardware wallets for many of its chains, and has built-i swaps so it's easy to move between tokens/currencies. best of all, their customer support on discord is unbeatable: prompt and knowledgeable.

WOW! This is what I was waiting for months! Multichain (not EVM only) wallet! It even serves LUNA/Terra better than LUNA/Terra official wallet (for example you can add accounts which original wallet cannot). I am waiting for more chains and features!

I have no real complaints about this application, just would be nice to see more that would really set it apart from the rest. Would very much like to see a Desktop Version soon and I'm looking forward to expanded support for Hardware wallets. I'm always weary of any web-based or browser extension wallets and usually avoid them at all cost, for what should be obvious security issues and concerns, however - multichain wallets that support the majority of assets, are for some reason still very hard to come by - especially with multi-signature support. Virtually every 'multi-chain' wallet available is lacking in real, widespread, multi-chain support - so maybe there's just something I don't know about integration. In the scheme of things, so far, the majority of users (of any platform) wanting to engage in cryptocurrency ecosystems have just been left to wait on the sidelines, waste money using swaps, use a multitude of different apps/wallets, trying to circumvent geographic restrictions, forking over extremely sensitive information in the form of invasive and draconian KYC requirements, or going through the process of bridging assets, which can all be a pain trying to the most cost-efficient path, and can be very frustrating to navigate these options - more often than not, ending up putting not only their assets, but also their personal security at risk - particularly with the ever-increasing number of phishing sites and scam bait plaguing the entirety of the 'cryptosphere'. Regardless, it would seem to me that this application has well-executed the features it has included so far, and again, I have no complaints about functionality, so - just some constructive criticism.

This extension has gradually become a top product and with its most excellent customer support I could not recommend it highly enough.

It works so smoothly. The only pain point is trying to connect to hardware wallet, where you have to connect to each chain's account separately. Other than that, it's a great wallet so far with the NFT support!

The best wallet extension app on the market. The best feature is that it is cross chain, all your BTC, erc20s, solana, terra etc in the same wallet. Also very seamless switching between different wallets.

It works most of the time with pancakeswap, but sometimes it just doesn't connect. Very confusing when it doesn't. What should I do?

Had some issues importing my wallet from exodus. ERC20 tokens were all there but my bitcoin did not show up. Discovered I had multiple BTC addresses in my Exodus wallet even though I had not enabled this "advanced settings" security feature. Contacted both Exodus and XDEFI support to figure out what was going and and why it wasn't importing all BTC addresses. Issue is that Exodus is using legacy addresses as well. I have a mixture of P2PKH and Bech32 Segwit addresses. All of this got resolved in a session with XDEFI support, Exodus in this time provided no support, and I will make sure to transfer all my BTC to a Bech32 Segwit address now.

This has huge potential (and existing functionality) that surpasses currently available competition wallets. Multi-chain, cross-chain transfers, incentives for token holders, and more. Eagerly waiting for when mobile app comes out. Very exciting project!

Being able to perform transactions from different chains all from one wallet, speechless! They've been responsive to feedback and the extension no longer gets in the way with Metamask transactions either, looking forward to future features for an even more seamless experience.

I must say I'm not the most advised person to leave a review about a de-fi wallet extension, because I'm basically new to this world. But if you don't mind reading, here's my 2 cents: the app is super intuitive to use, especially after reading the docs, written for being understood even by a noob like me. If this wasn't already enough, top up with a wonderful Discord server, full of enthusiast people, especially moderators who truly struggle to solve any of your problems. Let's give this project some praise, give it a try and you'll see by yourself.

This is the best multi-chain wallet in crypto. I have been using it since initial beta and have seen it grow immensely. Get all the chains you need from one interface. See all your NFTs from the same interface as all your crypto. Try it and you will not be disappointed.

I am newbie in DeFi and trying to learn DeFi. But I learnt one thing testing different projects are the best way to learn DeFi. I tested XDEFI wallet. I really loved the multi-chain features. If XDEFI wallet brings XDEFISwap, I will be the first to test it! As XDEFI supports multi-chain, I would love to see bridge too.

First time I saw the name XDEFI WALLET in THORSwap but I was really scared to import my wallet. Later I heard many more about XDEFI WALLET and wanted to give a try. It was really cool experience. I was looking for an extension wallet where I will be able to use all the chains and XDEFI WALLET is the one. Looking forward to seeing more chains in XDEFI WALLET like Optimism, Arbitrum, Zksync. One thing I did not find an option to export my private key. Hope they will add this option in future.

Xdefi is brilliant! Why? In Crypto-Space you will at some point love to use DEX's. To use them you might want 1 multichain wallet - and not all of them support Thorchain but Xdefi does.(research THORCain guys!) I think overall I never had a better experience at all on the internet than with the Xdefi-support on their discord - so helpful and quick in response!

Love the using the wallet as it is a beta wallet there are some teething issues, or user error, but the discord support are very quick and have solved any issues i have had.

Excellent wallet, way better than metamask. The backup option is one of the best features of this wallet. Multi chain, multi accounts. Just waiting for the update to be able to import a account via private key, it's the only thing missing right now imo. If you're still using metamask, i highly suggest you to securise your private key !

Been using the wallet since the first beta drop and I´m very happy with how it has improved since then. A lot better functionality than its competitor, Metamask. Also supports THORSwap seemlessly.

The level of support of these guys for the software is astounding. The wallet has a ton of features, and I'm altogether very impressed with the features it has and the coming lineup.

In beta and requires a password/referral code to use. Just like Metamask, the option to use hardware wallet is buried in the menus. First you're forced to create a useless (if you already have Trezor or Ledger) and less secure software wallet. So I connected my hardware wallet and... nothing. The accounts/funds don't show up. Still see only the useless software wallet. Will stick with Metamask for now.

So I've been one of the earliest users of XDEFI wallet, been using it for months now. The functionality is top-notch! Their cross-chain support is first-in-class, they've been responsive to user requests by letting users decide whether it should be the "default" browser wallet or not (a lot of users use both MetaMask and XDEFI, although I've pretty much entirely moved to XDEFI). Multi-wallet support, subaccounts. It also appears that they're working on adding fiat onboard support based on a section of their extension that reads "Coming soon"! I also wouldn't be entirely shocked if they eventually roll out iOS and Android versions for the increasingly mobile-first population. For the security minded, they also have settings like 'autolock' and requiring passwords for transactions. Overall, I have grown to love the product. If they deliver a mobile wallet as well, there will be almost no reason for people to use MetaMask. If they integrate something like Thorchain or Thorswap swaps directly in the wallet — it'll be game over. Lastly, I'll just mention their support. Telegram and Discord support has been literally top-notch. Can't get that with MetaMask.

XDEFI is a huge improvement over metamask. It supports multiple chains such as btc, bsc, eth, polygon etc. and, it actually works. All of the bugs from metamask while swapping between eth and layer 2 chains were tiresome so I'm happy that I have a better alternative to use

It's a great wallet, and very functional for cross chain activities, including interacting with Thorchain. What sets them apart most though, in my opinion, is their customer service. If you have an issue, you submit a help ticket, and the response is almost instant, with someone very knowledgeable ready to help. I submitted a fairly complex issue today, and the representative was very accommodative as we worked through the solution. Really was amazed by the level of customer service (a rarity these days in this space), and was truly impressed. Will continue to use the wallet, and feel very comfortable doing so. Great job XDEFI team!

By far the best wallet for multi-chain defi. Works great with Thorswap, Uniswap, Synthetix, etc. Ledger support as well! If you are looking for a MetaMask replacement with more blockchains all in one wallet this one is the best.

This is a very useful portfolio already, but above all it is an ambicious portfolio that has real potential. I recommend it of course especially knowing what is coming soon, look into it, you will not regret it.
