It worked on one website, but I stopped further testing after being met with a "you have 20 free song downloads. " from the extension after installing. The Chrome store title is extremely misleading as well as the entire Description of the extension! The statements: "You can download music free from every website" "МediaSave enables you to download music free from every website on the internet." This misleads the public! , Please remove "Download music free" and also remove all the 'free' statements in the extension description summary and replace it with "Free Trial" and state that continued use requires a subscription: I downloaded this with the impression that it was a free extension that can be used to download files for free! People don't appreciate misleading information with the words "Free" 4 times on your entire product in Chrome Web Store, it's not good business for anyone, I do not support dishonesty or false information of a product, all you did was create a 'small fine text agreement situation' by linking your licence agreement for all to read the details (forcing me and others to read an entire 2 page long essay about all these rules and policies just to find the sentence that explains a subscription is needed to use your software: Why not just be up front and tell us from the very beginning and be straight forward instead of beating around the bush? Why mislead us into downloading your software with the wrong presentation only to be met with a warning on the extension "20 songs" left to download? I would have purchased your subscription 'IF' you were just honest and up front from the very beginning, I will not financially support a developer that is indirect and mildly evasive with critical information.

Detects on play, not on page load. Also, did NOT detect the .ogg files playing. Uninstalled.
No name on files and does not work as well compare to other extensions

Just after I said it did not work for a sub page, it worked on my previous/main page. So maybe it's not perfect for all pages, but it is enough for now.

It's great! However it doesn't work for clips shorter than 24 seconds. I also wish there was an option to stop the popups and have a button in the toolbar to select when you want to download a sound. The popups get annoying sometimes.

This does not work on all sites
It works, but I prefer tools like chrono downloader, which sniff all media files on ALL websites, including youtube, twitter etc Also, it's not working well with slimjet, a chromium based browser that's much faster and better than chrome.
Says you can download from YouTube, no you can't. The extension likes to take you to download more rubbish like this.
Worked well for saving media, but it has the down side of interfering / blocking many (but not all) videos on Twitter. I therefore have to disable this extension whenever I'm not using it (and then re-enable it again as necessary) which is annoying.
This extension worked great for a few weeks back in mid-2018, and I used it often, but its performance and reliability has gotten worse since then.
Better than I expected! loved the fast pace of the download speed and overall quality of the mp3 files!

It claims it's free, then after I installed it, it started looking for me to pay for it. Also, it wouldn't save files to their name, it gave them a random number.

Fantastic! Does exactly what it says and it's quick. No disturbing features, ads or bloated extras. It's simple and perfect. Though I do recognize that it doesn't work on all sites, most of the ones that I have been on have worked perfectly with this extension.
Useless
I can't believe it actually worked. It got me the files I wanted to retrieve, in their exact form and quality. If it finds something, it'll come up as a pop-up on the bottom left of the screen, with a download button for whatever it finds. Surprisingly good!
Doesn't work on youtube so basically pointless i can get music from every other site no problem because they have download buttons already

Um...the reviewers that are "loving it" must not realize that the only sites it actually works on is sites that already have it's own download button. Any other site without download button built in that plays music, this extension doesn't even recognize that music is even being played. This is the most useless app ever. And you guys leaving positive reviews are noobs.

No files founded it keeps saying
"Works on every website!" No it doesn't, it only works on websites that already have a download button. Soundcloud with no download? Nope, can't get it. Soundsnap? Nope, can't get it. Newgrounds? Yeah, MediaSave can get it... and so can I by clicking Newgrounds' "download song" button. This program doesn't do anything to solve my problem, and doesn't even recognize when there's audio playing. All it does is sense if there's already a download button, and if there is, then it goes "LET ME DOWNLOAD IT FOR YOU!". Useless.
