This app makes it easy to access your info in SFDC while you are in the field or just not in front of PC. The outlook plugin does a great job tracking emails and connecting with customers. Developers are making constant improvements and quickly respond to suggestions to fix bugs or make improvements. Highly recommend.

Downloaded this couple of days ago. Totally love it. I can do most of the Salesforce stuff (create Lead or Contact, Log Activity, create task, and create event) without leaving GMail. Pretty cool. Email tracking is so useful. I can send bulk emails from my GMail by selecting list of Leads or Contacts from Salesforce, everything without leaving GMail. Just found this plugin. Great one. I can send emails and get notifications (mobile app as well as in GMail) as soon my emails are opens. I know who is opening my emails, how many times to clearly understand engagement. I can send bulk emails (called Multi-Recipients). I can also schedule emails for future. Best part is - all emails (outgoing and incoming) are logged in Salesforce which saves me more than one hour everyday. Amazing! Customer Support is just too good. I encountered couple of issues and they fixed them immediately.

Yay, CAN-SPAM compliant email templates and email analytics in the regular inbox I use every day. It has always bothered me that I was spamming prospects from my business email account. But the alternative of sending emails, using third party software just isn't practical - 'cos in live in my inbox. It is so helpful knowing who read my email and who didn't. Even for transactional emails. I can make decisions and take actions sooner based on that information. Veloxy Engage works like a charm!

This is by far the Best and Easiest GMail extension for Salesforce! I can pretty much do all your Salesforce operations (create Lead or Contact, add Activity, create Task, create appointment/event and more) without leaving my GMail. Email tracking is awesome. I can track my emails (either single or bulk emails) - I receive notification when the recipient opens my email, forwards me email, etc. I can schedule email for future send. I love their template builder. I can just copy and past content that has images and rich texts to create beautiful templates. They also provide mail-merge capabilities. Best of all - all incoming and outgoing emails gets automatically logged into Salesforce as activities. They also log all email open/reopen/forward notifications into Salesforce too. I can turn these off if I want. It saves me so much time, now that I don't have to manually log all these emails into Salesforce. Customer support is exceptional.
