Não ser pra absolutamente nada.. Já testei em diversas imagens, até mesmo do próprio google e a extensão não acha NADA. Inútil..
Just a little usefulness than nothing, the database is too poor to use.
This is now go to for Reverse Image Searches I don't know what google did, but there reverse image search has become useless
Tin Eye is very helpful. Thank You
These tools are very useful and nice for computer operating. These tools have become a part of parcel in our life. We should use these tools for development of the computer.
when i put a pic where i found in google, it says "TinEye searched over 52.6 billion images but didn't find any matches for your search image." why it cant find it
Just working perfect
doesn't even find even photos ive uploaded publicly
It's the most useless extension I've ever downloaded. Can't reverse search to save its life. Like ever! In about 6 months it stayed in my browser, there literally hasn't been a single time when it performed better than chrome's own reverse image search. what the hell is the point of this thing?! ...and how the hell does it have so many good reviews?! are people unaware of chrome's own thing??
The first time i discovered it (It was a suggested addon by Firefox) it worked well. Not it doesn't work half the time. using Slimjet and Opera.
Very useful program
Alright, I rather use this than Google Reverse Image Search but this just displays the filename that I know of at the moment. Is there a way of getting a description like Google does? I just started using Tineye so I'm not sure of all the options available to me. I'll look around on Tineye's website but if anyone knows, please let me know.
Excellent
Awesome!!!
This extension worked for years as expected. But now all I get is "We aren’t able to connect to Google reCAPTCHA", whatever that actually means: 3rd party cookies? Chat with Google analytics? Not on my box.
It's no longer available in the right click menu on Google Image Search. Please fix.
Won't add the button on right click so useless
right click option isnt avail for me. Tried reinstalling but no go.
Very hepful to find original pics...
Really useful! Saves me the time of going to the TinEye website itself. I can just right-click any image and instantly do a reverse image search!
useless
thank you so much
I'm a designer and I like to see where people got their images so I can go there. Or decide not to use an image because of who's already using it. Keeps clients in a better place competitively. I use Tineye constantly. Love it!
A great investigation tool for determining the legitimacy or origin of images you encounter on the web.
Really help full
works Ok.. I have actually gotten better results with Yandex image searching
I like that it is very accurate and it keeps adding more pics to its vast collection to keep up with the crooks who create fake profiles.
Good tool for finding images re-used years after taken. Useful for fact checking.
I have no criticism on this app, except that it's indexing is far from complete. It does, however, do a better job than Search Image by Google for the ones that are indexed. Where Google gets it wrong, this is spot on, every time, without exception. Nice features are that you can sort by image size. It lets you find source images from memes, for example, and in a larger size. It lets you find images of fake facebook profiles' pictures to report fake spammer profiles and fake posers. (often celebrity pictures used on fake profiles, and FB has a feature where, if you find who it is, you can type it in so they can cross-reference it). This is one area where google fails or has trouble: properly finding similar images of people.
very useful tiny tools!
I use it all the time. It works wonders.
Best of it's kind, but still far from perfect.
not work for me
Best tool.
good extension
love it
Very useful little tool.
it isnt working for me why??
One of the best algorithms for reverse image search, this just adds a right click entry, it'd be great for it to have more features.
Cannot find picture which can be found with google reverse image search.
Awesome tool.
the best
Finally, able to give *so many* artists credit for their meme'd work! THANK YOU
Lovely!
love it
Just awesome...
Thanks
cool
AMAZING 5 STARS
I wanted to give it 3.5 stars but I'm willing to bump it up to 4. Simply put: It manages to retrieve images where your major search engines can't. However, the con is it's vice versa. In other words, it fails to retrieve hard to find images in my tests while major search engines can (and can't).
A good alternative for google extension.
Helpful
ciean
Awesome!!!
good
I don't see an option to disable from right-click context menu.
I get different results when I use Tineye in a browser window versus the actual extension add-on. Browser: two images found. Extension: zero images found. Can't really rely on this extension.
It won't find any images
cool
useful
Instantly you know when someone is using a fake photo that they claim is theirs, you right click on the photo and let TinEye search,Wallah
Quite the awesome app. You'd be surprised at how wide its database is. It must be constantly updating. I've already found a few frauds who have tried to add me on social media.
Unreliable. crashes or disappears. When it works - great.
Nice.
I use it to id people
The app that works the way I like! You need the Original for clarification or before someone has altered it...boom!
hardly ever failed.
garbage
Best application ever
It makes finding easier, but sometimes, it doesn't have the information Google has.
Not usefull all the time, but when it is, its awsome....
This gadget has saved my bacon from the evil Getty Images Monster.
I like that his extension opens the search results in a new tab in the background, as opposed to google's image search that opens the search results in a new tab that comes up front automatically.
A cool useful app. My God what a database!
Very useful tool!
An elegant tool. Makes it easy to do the right thing with copyright and attribution.
useful
Does exactly what it says it does. My beef is with the quality of the results, which is often substandard. But it offers some irrefutable benefits: the ease of the chronological search, especially sort by oldest which Google does not have. Also valuable is the search for Most Changed. Unfortunately I have not needed this option yet, but I can imagine situations where I would have eased my research by tenfold. However I do find when it comes to strictly finding places an image was used, google is still superior. (note, I thought the name was "tiny-eye" for the longest time, I just figured out it was TinEye while writing this response. I kind of like tinyeye better lol)
is it notsupose to appear on my bookmark bar likr the share tab or fackbook notification or my gmail notification on my bookmark bar .. seem i have to go to the website to use it ,,
nice
Great image search extension. I've used it for years.
I have used this excellent app for years, it returns many more results than the often disappointing 'Google Image Search'. Very useful for research; for locating the original artist/photographer/copyright holder & the finest quality version available in the highest resolution. Highly Recommended *****
Lets you find the possible sources of images, as promised. Google now has the same thing, but this still works well when The Big G can't seem to get to the true source picture, due to having their own catalog/collection over time.
This Extension...really amazing and helpful
I could not live without it.
Since Image Search programs and Apps have become available to the general public I've always made it a point to run 3 separate image search programs/apps since it's critical that I obtain the correct image source the first time that I perform a search. TinEye Reverse Image Search I can always count on to provide me with accurate results each & every time that I do perform an image search. If you're not using TinEye Reverse Image Search I highly suggest that you do start using it now. You won't be disappointed!
Love it! It is great for finding the real source of a picture!
TinEye has never worked for me in the past and it most certainly hasn't brought any results for the duration I have used this extension. I'd much rather search through Google Images manually.
For it was a complete waste. It never found any images I was looking for. Perhaps it's better for well known images that can be found anywhere anyway. My recommendation. Download the Search by Image extension from Google. Works much better and actually returns results.
Can identify even the simplest objects.
Any social media professional should have this extension. It's the easiest way to trace the original source of an image. I totally support this project and recommend this extention.
Quite good
Very helpful with most image searches.
This is an absolute must if you work with pictures online. It allows you to find the first version of an image and track the correct copyrighting, as well as check whether it is still 'original'. The integrated right-click context menu entry allows easy access at all time. Definitely use it!
A great way of finding images on the web - although Google does it now, too.
Very helpful and easy to use - right click and "Search Image on TinEye" Very useful for finding business clients, competitors and/or strategic partners using trademarks for standards organizations, industry associations and government certifications. As web designer and photographer, great for copyright and trademark protection. Helps find who scoops your original photos or artwork, if small business website clients are unknowingly using stock images without rights, or if client partners make use of your images beyond agreement. Great when trying to give clients distinction finding rare use creative commons images vs overused or costly protected stock images. Interesting use looking for molecular formulas. Great for curious fun finding funny animal pics.
love it! can compare if an image has been photoshopped
One of the best extensions. Non invasive and does it's job.
Works with some images, though Google Image Search is often more accurate & gives you a keyword to describe the image too, whereas this app does not.
This is hella useful
tinEye installs force bing to be my default browser ! shame on you TinEye
Google works better. I had previously performed a reverse image search using Google. It worked wonderfully. I searched for that same image with TinEye, but TinEye found nothing.
