The app was ok but it would also count the open times even if it was you checking your own email from another device (e.g. your phone)

I liked it because unlike other trackers, it does not share a tracking signature to the receiver. Saves me from directly landing into the spams.

Hi Snovio, When i used your app, my email signature will auto created a url link with imadeia.com, then my email will be blocked/spamed by serve, go to junk box. Please let me know if you can fix it?

Free version is very solid
Snov.io doesn't work well and the after sell services are extremely terrible，it deduct the days you paid as it's workers pleased . I receive an threatening message againthat they are gonna block me because I ask them give the days back to me which was stolen by them intentionally because I paid for next month in advance , the days I paid for last month were nullified. the credits you bought will otherwise be disused if you pay after the the limit. that means you pay before the limit your days left will be canceled. making a claim ? they block you and all the money you paid will be gone. BELOW IS THE CHAT HISTORY: no platform does that does not mean that is the right thing to do . this is not the law. you should modestly improve costumer's shopping experience in stead educating your costumers how your system works . we buy anything in the left over adds up to the new , simplest instance is our charge of electricity , communication and so on . this is the universal law , once you buy it it's yours . don't reply to me again , I don't want any of your excuses , just give me your declaration with signature of those who can take responsibility . I might file a complaint to those official department about this matter , I may help company like snov.io to have better service , Our company operates according to our Terms and Conditions. Great plugin, not annoying like other plugins (like adding stuff to your emails, etc.) I would definitely recommend it, hoping they don't start changing things around to make it more unusable for free plan users.

I haven't used it fully but just for checking if emails have been read or opened etc. it has been very easy to use, weirdly enough I like the colour theme of the extension. That's it. Must Use for students!

Its amazing....
I like knowing if an email is read. This does that. I used another similar tool, but they kept bugging me to sign up for their fancier paid version which might have been useful if I was still in the corporate world, but not now.

Am a Dept Collector- Non of the punks who owe me money can say they never saw my email. I call them immediately 10 seconds after they open the email, when am sure they have read it. Awesome tool.

There is a problem that has been going on for several months, and it seems that the developers are not addressing it or trying to solve it! I've used it with pleasure on several email accounts, but lately it's just not worth the price you pay for marking messages as spam I send people a message and I don't understand why they don't open it and respond to me until it turns out that the message has reached spam Google blocks the messages because it detects in them a link that was used to steal personal information from people, even if the message is empty, which means that Google has "marked" the hidden links sent by the extension for email tracking, and they are defined as phishing

Had a lot of issues with this extension. 1. Right now its causing email threads I've sent to people to be marked as spam, even though we had an ongoing conversation. 2. In addition, it broke links that I sent on mobile so that the people I sent links to got stuck on the pass through website that they use to track clicks. 3. It forced me to log in almost every time I go to my email. I really like the idea behind this extension and it seemed to be working well, but its really hurting my work and relationships.
It can be unreliable. Some of the emails I sent were sent to recipient's spam folder. Some can take a long time (6+ minutes) to hit the recipient's mailbox, compared to when an email is sent without the extension. It's good and insightful when it works, but it's hard to trust especially when I'm sending important, time-sensitive emails.

KEEPS REFRESHING THE PAGE EVERY MINUTE; I used to love this app but now it has got a bunch of problems. First and foremost, it keeps refreshing my inbox page every minute which is really annoying. Secondly, it started tracking my own clicks. The first problem is really annoying so for the time being, I'll stop using it. Please fix it ASAP if possible. Thank you!

It was easy to setup and provides a great email tracking feature.
It was great until it wasn't. When I first began using the extension, an account was not required. Now I'm told that the account is blocked due to some fraudulent payment bandits that once had the same IP address as I "once" had.

Either the extension has been hacked or the company behind it is being shady. I'm also seeing "cws-edi[dot]com/" and "jontina[dot]com" for e-mail forwarding. CWS now FAILS to forward on links that were sent out last week (horrific for emails we sent to potential customers and clients) and "jontina[dot]com" pops up the Chrome hard block for spam sites. It's incredibly shady and we've definitely lost clout with those we've emailed because of it. Made us look horrible. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Edit: Bug - keep asking to login? Kept reminding me to rate this extension. Love how developers nowadays doesn't give the "no" option, only the "remind me later" option.

Although my links (into the body of my emails) on gmail look okay, when I check these links on Thunderbird or on Outlook they redirect to dangerous sites like "cws-edi[dot]com/" or "jontina[dot]com". It seems that I lost some clients for this reason.

If I open the email myself from the Sent list, it counts as the email was opened by the recipient. That bug aside, it works and serves the purpose. Liked it.

Great tool for admin use for the office. Helps to know who has not read your emails and who needs a reminder. Highly recommend for business or personal use for your accountabilitiy and proffessional benefits.
It's tracking my OWN opens...I tested it by sending an email (to a different email address--email #2) and then went to my sent emails & opened it. I never opened it from email #2. It updates the opens as I go to my sent emails and click on it, but the email has NEVER been opened from email #2.

Why is it tracking my own opens?! I tested with another app using my other email, and found that it is recording my own opens. The other app showed 1 time opened (which is completely accurate), and Snovio shows 5 opens! The latest open time was even in future by around +20 seconds from the actual time. Please fix it !!

Does exactly what it says its way better to know when somone has seen your email instead of waiting indefinately. And its so fast too i tested it and as soon is i opened the email on the other device i instanly got the notification on the sending device.
