THE best extension ever!! Will miss this playing every time I start up Chrome T____T Using the desktop app will be a learning curve, but Nook is totally worth it!

love this thing!! to anyone struggling with music not playing, like in my case the first time i installed it, be careful with enabling grandfather mode. this causes it to glitch and not play anything other than rain in my case, so if you've already ticked it you'll need to uninstall and reinstall (WITHOUT enabling grandfather mode again lol) happy listening :))

the thing ever

i really love it, but i'm having a hard time figuring out how to make the music loop. the ui is amazing but since it doesnt loop and the grandfather clock isnt chimming for me it's not incredibly useful

love this extension! it's a great way to be able to listen without having to go onto YouTube and it helps me relax and finish up things I need to get done! it's easy to use and a great way to listen to some of my favorite game music ever <3

The fact that this extension is up and running in 2022 is an absolute miracle. It helps me stay on task and transition into different times of day. As someone who has a disability that messes with my sense of time and planning: this is wonderful. Its such a gentle and efficient way of implementing a schedule. To the people complaining about lags or glitches: this is a free app. if you have problems with the results: maybe bring that up directly with the dev or do your own research! It has the soundscapes for MANY animal crossing games hour by hour. of course theres going to be lag! its an extension! again, its a free and expansive extension. Thanks to the dev for all your hard work <3 High praises all around. It does the job. If you cant handle a few bumps and glitches: stream it!

Doesn't work

I love this extension, but I wish it was a bit more clear when you first use the extension that to hear the hourly music you have to disable the K.K. music, as it took me almost three days to realize it. Besides that, it's really easy to use, and it is exactly the extension I've been looking for. The hourly music sometimes glitches out and loops mid-song, but that has only happened a few times, but the K.K. music seems to glitch every time the song ends, because instead of going straight to the next song, the current song loops back to the start for a second before skipping to the next.

the actual music wont work for me? the rain does but the music doesn't

This is what I wanted, absolutely... but now I wish there was an android version. I currently just use the alarm app and just make an alarm for every hour and play the appropriate hourly song... I hate this process and would love if there was an app like this that did exactly what this extension does.

Really love this! Such a pleasant extension that brings me heeeaaaaps of nostalgia from the earlier games. Great, fun tool, would recommend. I've had no issues with it :)

I used to have another extension like this and it disappeared, the only thing I'm really missing is the town tune option every hour. the grandfather mode seems a bit buggy, as i turned it on and then off and audio would not work and i had to reinstall. other than that I love having animal crossing music play constantly :-)

This is a great extension, I really appreciate the developer making this free. My only feedback is I wish the music would loop for the whole hour. I find that it keeps stopping and I have to click play again so if it is possible to loop it until the hour changes that would be great. Also, I would like the feature to actually pick what hour music I want to listen to so if it is currently 6pm I can still change it to like 3 pm music for example. if that is ever possible to add that would be great!! Thank you so much for providing this!! :D

Lovely extension. user friendly, and wayy more convenient than trying to find a playlist on youtube or something else. honestly really cute and good for studying

This is just amazing! I love everything about this extension but, I think you forgot the K.K. Drivin' song from Animal Crossing: New Horizons (Maybe I cant find it)

Absolutely the best extension I have rn and just my overall favorite. I grew up playing all the AC games so being able to listen to it while just chilling on my laptop is calming. The way that it plays real time...the numerous amount of settings to customize to your liking...and the K.K. music?? Iconic. 100/10

Super cute!!! I heard about this a while ago and finally remembered to search for it here. I love that you can pick from several different AC games and even choose to have rain noises over the music!! Love this extension and totally reccomend it for those who like Animal Crossing!

This is a great extension, but I've been running into some problems. One thing that I do have trouble with is that sometimes when listening to a KK song it doesn't loop properly (i.e. it starts to loop, cuts out, and then starts the next song). On top of that, if I have the rain on, the rain also cuts out instead of playing through the whole time. Another thing that I noticed is that the some of the hourly songs aren't complete (for example NH 7pm kind of loops somewhere in the middle and doesn't finish the whole song out). And one other thing that I've just started noticing that brought it down to 3 stars for me is that if it's working one day, the next day it's completely broken, it doesn't play. I play and pause it, change the volume settings and everything and it still doesn't work. I have to uninstall and reinstall it for it to work again, but then the next day it's broken all over again. Other than these few things though, it's been so nice to listen to WW tunes again over and over while I work or zone out Thank you for even thinking of bringing this project back to life! I'm looking forward to the day it works without a hitch :)

It's great, but grandfather mode isn't working at the moment. Tried reinstalling multiple times. Grandfather mode also seems to be breaking the extension fully, because when I activate it I can't get anything to play anymore, even after unchecking the box. Overall amazing extension, I just hope grandfather mode is fixed soon.

Amazing extension, I'm so impressed that all AC games are included! I've had one issue, as grandfather mode seems to not work for me, as even after unchecking I have an issue getting the music to start again. No harm though, I won't be using that mode. I wonder if there are any plans to add the new KK songs to the lineup? (Drivin', Animal City, Farewell) Overall, this extension is super convenient and I'm sure I'll be using it any time I'm doing homework!

Extension will need to be disabled and re-enabled frequently for it to work, it'll just stop out of nowhere for me for some reason....but cute concept

I downloaded this extension, but I can't seem to get it to play. Whenever I click the play button, I don't hear anything even if I'm already in full volume. Can someone please help?

it keeps on disappearing when i install it it shows up on my chrome bar then it goes away i cant work it because it doesnt show up how do i fix it?

This is such a great extension! I used to have the old music player and although it's been removed, this is an almost perfect substitute, even adding on to the UI! But it's missing a few features that gave the other one such a charm, such as the town tune editor and the option to randomly play songs from all games. Other than that, it would be 5 stars!

I just absolutely loved this! I loved just hearing animal crossing music while I am working on my studies. I do wonder if there could be a loop setting? If there is then I don't see it and if it loops by it's self then It's currently not working for me. Also there is some bugging with the Grandfather mode as it doesn't play sometimes.

I think this is great! Definitely an upgrade, and the added settings do WONDERS for this! My only gripe is that there isnt an option for rain/snow on acnh music, and i wish there could be a bit more Controllability on frequency of kk slider music, but i assume this will be added later. I also think being able to select your favourite songs/make playlists would be a challenge to add, but overall would make the extension a lot better!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS EXTENSION!!! The songs are all so nostalgic and the optional rain noises are definitely a plus. Would 100% recommend.

Pretty cool! One thing i'd like is the ability to have the music sync up with the weather in real life so the snowy music could play when it's snowing or something

I just got it and its so helpful the only thing I would love added is if you could pick what type of rain, i love the sprinkle noise but having a choice to not have the thunder would be great!

Super cute! I stay up late so it's nice to hear the late-night/early morning music when I'm not playing. The rain is such a relaxing addition.

Really love this extension but some of the looping on the music is very choppy and kind of ruins the experience for me. Songs like 5pm ANCL and 5pm ACPG are the ones that are most messed up. On songs where this isn't a problem it's fine though.

I love this extension! So far after I figured out how to use it, It helps me keep track of my time as I tend to space out while I am studying, and gives me something to listen to instead of scrolling though youtube or spotify for the right song. I also realized that I can use it to just pplay rain sounds so its super relaxing!! thank you for this!

overall, an amazing extension! i really like the concept and i'm glad this one is out there now since the old one is no longer available for whatever reason. the only downside is that the music will sometimes lag or stutter a lot, but i fixed this by changing the song and then going back to the one i was listening to. can't wait to see what new updates add to this :)

I like it but for some reason it doesn't let me play the new horizons music. This extension is great and that's the only pet peeve I have about this.

it worked for second and then it stopped working and tried to reinstall it but i still couldn't here anything and it says it was playing something and i couldn't please fix this who ever made this.

After using it for 20 seconds, I love it! been looking for something like it for a while and here it is! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something like this.

i've only had this for 5 seconds but i already adore it, the ui is so cute and i freakin love the rain option and omg k.k sliderr!! this is a huge improvement on the old extension and saved me from heartbreak when i realised the old one didn't work any more. to improve it, the 'now playing' sign sometimes says nothing is playing when the music is playing, so that's a little confusing, but it's such a minor issue and i love this extension so much thank youuuuuuuuu

Awesome extension! I cannot express how much I love "grandfather mode active hours" to know when it's an hour o'clock :) It seems, however, that the New Horizons music is not working (for instance the extension cannot get the new-horizons/full/11pm.ogg file from Cloudfront because of a 403 error).

I love this extension, my only problem is that when my wifi disconnects, i can't get the music to play again and end up removing and re-adding it to my browser.

When I unplug my headphones the music won't play again unless I uninstall and install the extension. Please help!

This is an amazing extension! It's really useful to me. The only problem I have is that the Animal Crossing New Horizons music is a little low. I wish it was a little louder because if people want it louder, it's louder without having to put their volume higher. If you wanted it to be lower, you can still adjust it. Whenever something is playing in another program I have, it's super loud and I don't want to keep changing it back down.

Thanks for adding the soundtrack from New Horizons! Keep working hard! Next step is to add the rain/snow versions. :P

This is a great extention but i was wondering if you're going to add the acnh sound track to it when it releases

Works exactly like you think it should, fits in the address bar, and is super easy to get set up and started. Have had it for a few months and couldn't be happier. Only weirdness is some of the songs don't loop into each other on hour changes, a cross-fade would be nice, but honestly that's me being nitpicky. Hoping we'll get New Horizons music when that becomes available.

Love everything about Nook! I love listening to it in the background while I study, and knowing the new time through the change in music. <3
