Using Squaretalk extension with Pop Up feature enabled will automatically launch a pop up on your screen with the contact information from your CRM or helpdesk.  The Popup feature without any integration can allow you to lookup the phone number within your CRM template. The Contact URL returned by the template is passed on to the Web Client, which will automatically launch the URL generated.
