Highly efficient and useful tool for archiving emails to Google Drive, although it would be even better if it could support other cloud storage platforms as well. Overall its a good extension.

It was clunky but did its job, until Chrome updated to version 110.0.5481.178, and then the UI completely broke. It's unusable and the UI glitches make Gmail itself unusuable, and there's no easy way to report a bug to them. More irritating than it's worth.

Excellent solution for legal e-discovery. I like how they have a system to get emails into spreadsheet and then merge all these emails from spreadsheet into one PDF. Genius....

Super useful. Their real time sync (automatic save of emails in a label) is very powerful.

Probably very useful but I can't get past the fact that a CloudHQ.net account will allow CloudHQ to permanently delete all my email. Is this level of access to my gmail really necessary just to make a few useful Gmail add-ons?

Great add-on to archive my real estate transactions. Fairly robust product. I'm using it regularly.

Wow. This is one seriously nice product. It just did for me quickly and simply something I've needed to do for years. To specify: I just needed a save of an email with it's attachments. Not only did it save, BUT ALSO it returned a link to me I could put with the "Contract A" information page, AND when I opened and downloaded them they were all together in a single PDF. Spectacular product.

It does exactly what it says: save emails in a label to a Google Drive folder. We heavily relay on this app.

It says 50 emails per month but I am getting a notification that I have reached my 25 email quota. What is this??

This would be a killer app for me if, instead of doing an instant backup, it had the option of doing a delayed move - so I can have a rule like "After 1 week, move the attachments from all of my emails with Label "Attachments" (has:attachment and size>1M) and then replace the attachment with a link to the file in google drive and delete the attachment (but not the email) from gmail." Strikes me as something many need, and Apple Mail fails to save attachments if the total size of all attachments in an email is >25MB so it's not usable for this. But as-is it works great, thanks so much!

I like it - but too expensive. I started using it and it works great. But trying to clean up my inbox and folders quickly took me to the 25 email a month limit. I get more than that in an hour. And definitely want to save more than 25 a month. And I would have upgraded but $14.99/mo? That's BS. Waaayyy too expensive.

When you have lots to: email addresses, it screws up the export. They bleed over into the text of the email. Otherwise works great (but this is a show stopper)

None of cloudHQ extensions work. "Oops, you’ve been logged out", even though I try to use from a completely fresh chrome browser with no extensions or cookie blockers.

Saving important emails has always been a hassle, screenshots or Control + P & saving as a PDF. This is SO much better. I'm thankful for it

This extension is awful. First, it requires you to sign in and create an account - and it is far from FREE. It limts your downloads to 50 emails. AND, it doesn't work properly. It doesn't download off of your selected emails, it downloads EVERYTHING. Stay away from this extension. I feel slimy for even giving them any information.

Sounds like a useful app (I have no idea why google doesn't already have this functionality?), but to use we have to grant permissions that allow cloud HQ to: "-Read, compose, send, and permanently delete all your email from Gmail -Manage your basic mail settings -See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files -View and manage its own configuration data in your Google Drive -Add itself to Google Drive" Some of these permissions seem unnecessary to carry out your function. Why do you require all these permissions. Can you explain?

This extension works great to quickly save & file your emails to GDrive. A must-have. The extension does seem to slow Chrome down (I've experimented adding & deleting the extension and there is a noticeable change in Chrome's ability to load documents). Suggestion to Developer: Could we have an option to add the email's meta data (date, sender name) AFTER the email subject? Generally, with email, it's the subject matter that we will sort & search for not the date.

I'm new to cloudHQ, but what's not new is their amazing tools. So happy to have discovered this, it helps with organization among other things.

I really don't know about how to upload emails to Google Drive, I have ADD the extension TO CHROME already... My Outlook 2016 is not working...

Works great. I save all my business emails to my google drive as PDF. I would highly recommend using the tool.

Really helpful extension but really confusing user interface to set up automatic saving of emails to drive. I got an error after I deleted a label in Gmail. The auto email I got from CloudHQ gave me links that did not go where they said they would. So, functionality of app seems really good but only if you navigate through the UI successfully.

Easy to use. Sends my emails to my drive as a PDF. Should be easy to find emails.

Works as announced. Definitively, a game changer!

What a life saver. Working with a non-profit organization, to be able to save online receipts in a common area that come as emails. Awesome! Then the treasurer can go get them at any time and they don't get lost. Great addon.

Worked OK but some emails in Russian were converted to PDF as unreadable symbols.

This is one of those apps/extensions that you don't realize at first how important it is to have... until you really need it. Then you REALLY need it and it works. Great app!

I just discovered the need for this feature and this extension. Works great! I would only request 2 features, which would give this a 5-star for me: 1) Change the filename that is being created, such as if I don't like the subject line. 2) the ability to create a new folder in the destination folder if it doesn't already exist. .. Other than that, works very well! Thank you for making! .. The built in -> Print to cloud -> simply sticks the file in the root, which I don't like. This solves this in a very easy way :)

This just saves emails as a pdf which you can already do in the print dialogue box. It doesn't save the emails as a Google Doc, and is therefore pointless total garbage that doesn't add anything to Google that's not already there.

It's great. One click save email to Drive. There's probably a lot more under the hood to check out when given the time. Recommend.
