Okay so I really do love this app. It gives you a lot of freedom with actually being able to cut out frames and even entire segments of footage. That is invaluable and really makes it worth the money that you pay for premium features. I do have a couple of problems with it. They weren't enough to keep me from giving it a high review, but they are somewhat annoying at times. First of all, the estimated size of the gifs can be wildly inaccurate. If it says the gif is going to be 2.5mb, expect it to be between 5 and 14mb. This does occasionally require that you either cut out segments of footage to make the gif shorter or that you optimize the gif with a separate program after its creation. Also the estimated speed is sometimes off too. The gifs sometime move at a higher rate of speed than the original footage, and you have to set them at .25 speed to get it back into normal range. These aren't deal breakers. Still love the app, but they did cause me to deduct a star from the rating. To be honest I would have only deducted half a star, but I don't think you can do that, so 4 stars it is.

10000/10 would recommend. It keeps the screen recording experience simple.

I paid for the "advanced compression algorithm" but it still gave me a gif that looks grainy and ignores most of the colors. Deeply disappointed.

I use it a lot for B2B SaaS content marketing and it's brilliant. Allows me to easily capture screen and create beautiful GIFs in an optimized size to illustrate my content. Super-easy to use and not buggy at all.

Easy to use.

Would like to have a drag and drop option too since sometimes pasting is not supported on many platforms and saving is a hassle, so just dragging and dropping the picture would save a lot of time and trouble. (Yeah, I'm lazy.)

Super Simple to use and straightforward. The updates make screenshots and selecting sections, the whole tab or screen easier. Editing tools are simple and are great for making tutorials and step by step instructions. Love it!

A very straight forward and useful tool that allows me to copy and paste diagrams or images within the classes that I am studying and put them conveniently in my notes. Highly recommend it for students.

Great tool to capture and report bugs.

Is nothing like Microsoft Edges web capture. Is not worth your time if you have to do multiple web captures. Because you have to go back and edit in a separate editer. Edge i put my box around wat i want and copy. Saves a good 3 to 5 minutes every capture. This extension is garbage in my opinion. Does not work for me

A very useful extension, though I think the time slider could be better. Maybe having the ability to roll to slide across the time slider could be useful (maybe smaller time slider thumbnail too), and have number for each frame to help the user navigate the time slider easier.

Been using this for almost a year now. It's great and comes in handy all the time. It's great for marking up images, quick screengrabs and basic edits. Only thing I wish was that you could export as jpg, not just png - hence 4 stars

This is a game changer and it works with other browsers that us the Chrome base, I use a second browser for all the trackers and the cookies from sites like FB. The window stays open even if you use the free version and that is great but if you do the one time payment you can do 30 second gifs and speed them up to be 15 seconds.

I use this almost daily to show screencaptures or to create personal GiFS. Easy to use and share captures.

Pretty good for making gifs. BIg issue with the notification on Tab record as the notification pops up exactly where I wanted to show!
