how to get m3u8?!

The extension might not work for some videos due to a wild variety of the ways m3u8 manifests are created by video owners. That was my case as well, so I contacted the developer and got quick help from his side. He made some changes to the app so now it works perfectly well for my needs. Five stars without any doubt.

Extremely useful little app for downloading video streams. I often need to download video tutorials for future reference, and I use this extension daily. Worth every cent, kudos to the developer.

I can use this to download the video. it only download one or two part from > 100 part of the videos.

How to kill an app: 1. Make a good app. Because it's good, a lot of people will start using it. 2. Make a "donate" version so people can show their appreciation. 3. KILL the free version, change "donate" to "paid"--with a free trial. 4. Make sure the "free trial" doesn't work. 5. Congratulations--your app is now dead! ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

Does exactly what I need it to do. This product downloads HLS and then you can convert with any conversion software. This has never failed me. I used it when it was free and don't mind the small charge. Other HLS add-ons out there either DO NOT work and one decided to give me some PUPS. Trust this 100% of the time and never trying anything else for HLS again.

Not works on Chromium browser in linux. After purchase it always saying trial is expired. After reinstalling on Chrome works fine.

Does not catch videos on all websites I needed but I suppose that's the problem of the websites. Otherwise, perfect. Catches all the resolutions and is very fast with download. Well worth its price, to my mind.

It was working an hour after that I could not download anything. All streams were red. It is full of bugs. Waste of money. I found another FREE extension, and it works perfectly. Better try Stream Recorder

Said "try it", insinuating there's a free trial before you have to pay. The first video I try to download, it immediately says my free trial has expired. This was only after 1 minute from having installed the extension. Additionally, it asks to access my Google Account or I can't use it. No other extensions I've used have ever done this & it feels very unsafe.

downloade ts file doesn't play with vlc, also tries converting ts to mp4 doesn't work

Doesn't work like it used to. Used to download videos from reddit, also used to offer alternative methods of download. All those features are gone even in the paid version. Cancelled purchase and uninistalled.

I used to love this extension, even was planning on donating. But now the author not only decided to charge for it, but they also neutered the old, free addon by updating it to a new version that has literally no other function other than to link to this page. You think I'm going to pay for this, or even leave a positive rating? Man, whatever you're smoking, I'd like some of it, too.
