Useful for all ID and Passwords, and to use for multiple devices and the best part having a security key never a lost or forgotten anything issue. Must have for all your devices get it!

NordPass has helped me improve my web security and alleviated a lot of memory related issues I was having with passwords recently. I love it's ability to securely hold my information.

I use NordVPN and love it so when I decided to change my Password Manager I imported everything and installed it. But after that it has been one problem after another. The app shows up with a white background and I have to reboot it to start to get it back. Often I have to login twice and sometimes it does not bring up the window at all when I start it from the browser. Now that I have decided to change to another password manager, the app is not in the list, the csv file is impossible to import into my new manager without significant work. I did not get a chance to try it on my iphone because I would not pay for the year. I am glad I did not and I am removing it.

It's really good. Maybe sometimes mistakes happen. New features added, always updating. Fast reaction to mistakes.

What happened to autofil? It used to work but now it is gone.

I have 100s of passwords for work and many apps and services. How can I use 16+ character passwords containing a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols? There's only one way, use a password manager. I've tried LastPass but had so many issues with it, I gave up. I now use NordPass, NordVPN and NordLocker to keep my data safe.

It really shines after the initial inconvenience of organizing and/or changing all your passwords. I had only minor problems using it and can say I find it very helpful.

Autofilling lokes to stop working often. Other times should recognizes but does not. Overall disappointing. Very disappointing. Nice UI

It's been great having NordPass. I went from keeping a word document with all my login info to a convenient solution that logs me in with a couple mouse clicks. The password generator is nice and I feel better knowing everything is secure. Totally worth the $.

I really love NordPass, it works flawlessly across 4 of my devices and in web. It was all the necessary functionality and I never ran into any issues. I will definitely recommend it.

It is very user friendly and straight forward gives me piece of mind with its password generator, identifying past password breaches from old email addresses and website breaches from the past. It has glitched on me a couple of times however the interface was still useable, i just got a little bit irritated with the extension on chrome as it didnt do as i asked one or two times. But with the interfaces on the PC and on the Phone they have never let me down would recommend >

Extremely useful and easy to use. I have both Nordpass and NordVPN. Nordass is very convenient as I can switch from one device to another and use the password. On my iphone I use Nordpass. Its encryption is very good and dependable.

I would say hands down this is a fantastic Password and VPN App.

Nordpass has been everything I expected and exceeded my expectations. I've saved so much time having to reset passwords by keeping all my data in one secure place and it's easy to exchange between my and me.

I use it across multiple platforms and it works extremely well.

Simple, effective, secure. I switched from Kaspersky Password Manager about a year ago. It's worked very well, I love how you can adapt the privacy and security level to suit the intended use as I go from my work computer to personal computer.

It's always risky to make a review of a security tool just in case in a year's time they get their code and backups hacked and fail to communicate properly with their customers. I did a lot of homework before getting NordVPN, which seems to be a rock-solid offering, so when I discovered my previous password manager had had their code hacked the first place I looked was NordPass. It's not quite as slickly integrated into my workflow as the old one, but I expect, in hindsight, that the more you automate access, andf the more shiny featues you add to a security proeuct, the more you open yourself up to compromise, so I am happy for a little more effort, a little less bells and whistles, in return for a trustworthy and solid service..

It is a very good way to streamline where important notes and password are stored. I use it everyday; highly recommend it.

Love this app!! Once you get it set up on everything you are going to use it on, and get MASTER setup (and remembered!) it makes signing into anything easy! Only drawback I've seen is sometimes this app acts like it has 2 instances of it running for some reason? It stutters sometimes when using the browser extension (Chrome) Of course it could be me since I have multiple profiles set up on Chrome and am switching them in/out all day long. (Did I say how much I love NordPass???) Saves me time and headache trying to keep up with all the 42,556,245 passwords that have to change every 90 or 180 days!!

Such a great tool! One thing I wish I could turn off is when NordPass tries to fill out hundreds of fields in a separate popup window that does not have an address bar showing the extensions to where I can "disable on this page". When it tries to populate that many fields, it really slows down the page and it becomes very frustrating to try and use. Switching to incognito resolves this issue because there is no NordPass there.

The Chrome extension has been buggy or cumbersome for too long for me to recommend it. Still can't help me log into NordVPN.

Top 10 apps out there

Love using NordPass. I have it on all of my devices and it makes it so easy to have strong passwrds for all of my accounts and not have to remember them or write them all down somewhere. Very easy to use.

I've been using NordPass since 2020 and love it. It's very secure and very convenient. I'm able to access my passwords from any device I use, either from the app on my own devices, or on the web on public devices. As far as I'm aware, they've never had any sort of security breaches like other services seem to have at least once a year (LastPass), and have even had third-party experts audit their service. If I've ever had any issues, support has always been quick, knowledgeable, and able to get them resolved. I plan on keeping their services for years to come. Thanks, Nord!!

Very secure with all the features I need from a password and secure note app. Only gripe with it is that you have to have the desktop app to use the chrome extension which is daft. Hard to get IT to allow you to install apps on work computers but chrome store is not locked down. The chrome store app should be stand alone like the Android and iOS apps are.

While I understand and appreciate the necessity of passwords for internet security, they get on my nerves, especially when where I work makes me sign in repeatedly and incessantly. Nordpass keeps me safe and alleviates the stress of remembering and re-typing my password all the time. Just click a button, and your stored password populates in. I love it, and am very thankful for having this program. It's easy to use and it works well.

Love NordPass and also use NordVPN in conjunction, NordPass works perfectly, saves time and I feel safe knowing that my passwords are very strong and secure. The app generates much stronger passwords then I would generally use or create myself. Fantastic.

Great value for money. Couple of things that could be improved: - Keeps asking to update personal details when you put in very minor changes. Feels like it could recognize this better - When unlocking, it seems to ask you to put in your password multiple times, once in app then again in web (and sometimes again in the app)

It works pretty well for me. I will say that sometimes it doesn't autopopulate as it's supposed to but honestly, so long as i can just copy/paste from the main app I don't really mind that but if that would annoy you then it might be a deal breaker for you. For me, who only uses it on a desktop it's been great. I love that it will generate long, random passwords that should be much harder to hack. Also love how it tells you how long that password has been in use, if you have it set for any other sites, etc. Keeps my ridiculous number of passwords organized for me.

I use Nordpass and Nord VPN, pretty happy overall with the services, but sometimes to login on the Nordpass account, I have to log in at the NordVPN account, and I didn't want the services to be tied together. Especially because I plan to change the VPN provider, due to a few countries that I need not covered by NordVPN, so eventually Ill have to close the NORDVPN and maybe the password too... since they seem tied together.

Have been using Nord Pass for a few months and no issues, everything runs smoothly.

Nordpass is not updating my new passwords or logins and after many interactions with their help desk It is making thins even more complicated

This was great when I first signed up but lately it's the pits. I sign in when I turn on my PC but when I go to a site it makes me sign in again. A lot of times it won't sign you in on sites that you saved the password in the past. This is not what I signed up for. At times when you signup for something it doesn't even ask do you want to save info. At times it just doesn't come up to use saved passwords when logging in on a site

Ok kinda skechy the part i don't like is that it keeps a list of all userid and password you may have every used on the webite, so you asssume the top one would the latest but no oh no you have to search eacjh one to find out when you used it. then it also displays your device dependendant id when your not on that device. geeez, just give me the latest id and password is that so hard. then useing on the phone well it works for some apps and not for others.

I'm generally pretty happy with it. I love the security it offers and it allows me to quickly secure my logins with large random passwords that are essentially un-hackable. There are still occasional issues with the auto complete function. It struggles to correctly populate the right fields on my banking website so I have to copy and paste my password etc manually. Not a big deal as 99% of auto complete is spot on for other sites I use it with. Overall I'm happy with the service and def trust their security over Google or Microsoft.

This software is not that good. I spend more time entering passwords for Nordpass than I used to with the individual sites. It is even less user friendly with the phone app. I use google chrome. Sometimes it starts sometimes it doesn't. If you use this software be sure to save a copy of your passwords to reference when you can't get the software to run. I will be shopping for something different.

I love how the browser extension is just a shortcut to the app. I also LOVE how I can set the auto-lock for the app itself to a timer, or turn it off completely, and how the browser extension works perfectly with it!

My main dislike is that I have to consistently and continually log back into Nordpass to use the saved passwords, and for that I need to find my piece of paper with the password.

Slow UX for something that is meant to be used in a daily basis. Not as fast nor efficient as the Chrome embedded password manager.

Happy with the app...a bit "clunky". Would prefer if it would fill passwords in everything after signing in., But, it must be open to fill passwords. The add-ons for Edge and Chrome must also be logged into seperately. Bought and I am using anyway.

dose not work all the time

like it for the most part but like others find it annoying when it freezes or hangs and I need to remove and reinstall the extension. also sometimes having to log in multiple times to do things like generate a password can be annoying. I do feel more secure than having google handle my passwords. I also wish that it would remember it's own password

Overall it's fairly seamless but it does a poor job at integrating with multiple devices and crashes quite frequently. I like of regret paying for a 2 year subscription.

3.5 stars: (btw "ok" and "like it") I've been using NordPass for about two months now. Time time it is frustating experince but i don't want google or apple to know all my passwords :) Pros and cons Feels safe and secure. + Weak learning curve, keep offering never, or less, selected options as a first choice, - Same site multiple password issues, - Keep clashing with apple and google password options, - Asking to update for the password on each time a login authentication code is entered for an account - I will continue to use at least a few months more yo ease my frustration with increased learning curve.

Life changing but occasionally annoying and makes you have to restart your laptop

When its working its really good. But i need to uninstall and reinstall the Nordpass Extention multiple times per week, becuase I get a blank screen. Now, even doing the reinstall does not fix it. Each time they ask "can we reach out to you" -- each time I say YES -- does anyone reach out NOPE

Has made managing passwords a breeze. Love the app itself, but I have experienced similar issues others have commented on. Every now and then it just hangs, won't respond or sometimes even open up. I have to re-install to fix. I also use this across a couple devices. (i.e. laptop, phone, etc.) That only happens every so often though in the five months I have used this.

Have used for 18+ months and constantly have to reinstall the plugin as it stalls and isn't able to login/autofill details. I think it struggles with cross-device usage as I use the plugin across 2 different machines.

I like the program but running this on Linux whenever snap has an update it makes me have to remove it all and add it all back. Doesn't normally take long but this is extremely annoying.

I FIND IT EASY TO USE

Right up until the most recent update, I loved NordPass (and all the Nord products.) I don't know what y'all did, but it barely works any more. I moved from LastPass to Nord because of LP's repeated security breaches but I guess I'm going to have to start looking again unless you can roll back this mess and get things working again.

I haven't used this extension enough to give it a real review but based on my experience with Google and Chrome I am sure it deserves at least a 4 star rating. In terms of Nord Pass this aging mind LOVES IT.

It usually works well, but not without some glitches. I always have to sign on twice with my master password and it doesn't reliably recognize sites, so I have to cut and paste my password.

I still haven't figured out how to access my Netbank account with NordPass. it requires a customer number, a security number and a password. the only password manager I have tried so far to manage this is Roboform. Apart from this minor issue I am very happy with Nordpass and use it all the time.

It almost never works to detect a site to fill the username. Password autofill, depends on nord's mood. I have seen all your troubleshoots and it still doesn't work on crome. Mobile app is also not that great. It always annoys with saving email address whenever I am filling any forms etc., but forgets to do the main job of asking to save a whole new username password or autofill. Regret relying on this. Unsubscribing from this as soon as my subscription is over.

Overall good, but I HATE that I cannot tell it which website to ignore or not access (in regards to forms). Yes, I can right-click on a page and tell it to not auto-fill, but I cannot be expected to do that on EVERY page on a website, especially those websites that are dynamic and have an unlimited number of forms on each page. I wish I could manually tell it which websites (full domain, not just specific pages) to ignore or not access, rather than manually telling the extensions which pages it CAN access.

So terrible. It keeps popping up and asking me to log in. On some sites it won't even let me log in. I click on the username field and it asks if the verification code is correct.

I'm giving an honest review about NordPass. The worst thing is when it doesn't recognize websites, so accounts will not be showed to be able to sign in. Sometimes the extension doesn't work and it show as blocked even if the desktop app is working and signed in. Also Nord developers should add the option to add your own logo/image to accounts, instead of only seeing and uppercase letter. For the rest NordPass does his job greatly, if I can give you an advice I don't think it's worth buying the subscription.

Would give it 5 stars if you didn't have to install the Nordpass app to get it to work. It's a major flaw especially when you use computers where you don't have enough privileges to install apps.

Lacking Functionality & Poor Customer Service. After using LastPass for 3 years, I tried to make the switch to NordPass but found it lacking the functionality I've been used to. 1 major flaw is having to install an an accompanying app for the extension to work. It also asks you to authenticate way to much. I couldn't stand to use the extension/app anymore and tried to delete my account but was met with much resistance. To delete your account you have to email their support people and then they ask you a bunch of questions. They really don't want you to delete your account which I find sketchy. TLDR; sub-optimal product with sub-optimal customer service. I'd rather just change all my LastPass passwords rather than switching to this.

Giving this one star out of five... Nothing more annoying that requirement of having the desktop app to manage my passwords. This should be SAS based and open a web-browser manager for any modifications, or at least give me the option. Why would I want a desktop application? That just gives me one more location for breaches and security management. Wish I knew this before I got the two year subscription special.

I had issues with Chrome crashing and blamed NordPass. It turned out it was an issue/conflict with iCloud Password Saving weirdness I had done (works perfectly fine with regular iCloud on both my apple devices, it was just me getting overly "clever"). If you have any issues, it is almost certainly not NordPass but something else not playing well. I *adore* NordPass now, especially after having time to explore the import features, and also look into the timeout settings - the fact you can set a clipboard timeout is next-level! Even if you use Chrome or KeePass and such to save passwords as your primary, this is worth it just to know it can slurp them all as a backup to the cloud.

Good product, although Chrome extension can be painfully slow at times, up to the point that it would be quicker to log in by typing your credentials.

Seems alright to me except I wish it had a larger text option so I don't need to always reach for the magnifying glass. Programmers must have eagle eyes.

Solid product, solid company, solid customer service. I'm now on my 8th year with Nord VPN and started recently with Nord Pass, super good.

I constantly have to disable then re-enable the add-in to get it to work. It could use some improvement.

Nordpass is a excellant product from it's strong encryption to it's excellant customer support team that goes out of their way to make sure your issue is solved. I spoke with a agent named Denzel today from Nordpass Customer Support they were very helpful and solved all my questions within a few minutes of starting the chat. I also had some really nice conversations with a support agent named Andrew who was also very professional and a pleasure to speak with. I also suggest checking out Nords Blog post, it is astonishing the information you can learn from a Nord Blog post honestly. They specalize in their field and good at what they do, it wouldn't surprise me if the people who work at Nord have advanced degrees in Cyber Security either that or Nord is really good at training their employees from top to bottom. One minor suggestion is about the email support if you can make it so it seems more human and not so robotic/copy and paste it would be a nice addition other then that your support is awesome and you should be proud of the work they do. Everything was good until I could not access my bank and several other websites. Had to disable it to regain access

I was using LastPass for years until I switched to NordPass and I love it! It is much easier to use, the interface design is so sleek and the customer support is phenomenal. Most importantly, I feel this app is actually safe to use. LastPass can't go a few months without being breached...

Great program. It is secure, but also simple to use. The support staff are readily available, friendly, and competent. I have used two other well known password managers in the past, but this one is my favorite.

Been using many other top5 password managers, but i decided to stick to this for the second year now. Everything is very smooth the mobile app and desktop app and browser extensions. I'm using the paid version and it's worth every cent.

One of the best password managers that I have try. It works awesome but pay attention to this. Make sure you save your security key or back up key in case you forget your password. If you dont have the recovery key in hand when you perform the forget password you will lose everything that you have saved. So the program works 10 out of 10. The chrome app its awesome but remember the recovery key thing always.

I've noticed the top dog gets attacked, and I hope NordPress stays out of harm's way. I'd used the competition, but when it stopped working, I had WordPress to the rescue. I have far too many passwords, and I like all the additional features paid provides. Keep up the great work.

I have an awful memory and thanks to NordPass I can have very secure passwords that doesnt require me to remember at all. I dont think I could go back to not using NordPass

I have just renewed my premium account and find it extremely useful to be able to use it across several devices. As yet I have not experienced and issues or breaches with the App or the extensions. Keep up the great work team Nord.

I've had NordPass for a couple years now and they seemed to have worked out a few bugs with the extension bc I hardly have issues now. Feature rich and secure. They use XChaCha20 vs the industry standard of AES-256. I wish the browser extension had the same option to create random word combinations like the desktop app has, as those are harder to crack than random character combinations. As of today, you'd want to have about a 7 word combination randomly generated password to ensure not even governments can crack your passwords. Keep it up, Nord!

It does everything that I wanted in a password manager. I also wanted to be sure that this was very secure - it is!

The extension is okay. It's a bit wonky at times where it will think there are some password fields which in reality are not and will end with the "password icons" showing in places taking space and readability. Other than that it works as intended the rest of the times.

I honestly use this extension more than any others. It's so convenient to be able to have NordPass generate complex passwords for me that I would never remember. Then it autofills the login and passwords every time I log into a website, which is countless times everyday for my business.

I have been using paid versions of LastPass (family) and 1Passwrod (work) - and I tried NordPass recently - so far NordPass is significantly better - easier to use, better browser integration. I just switched for my personal use.

I have used various different Password managers, but NordPass for me stands out and continues to improve and add very useful features and extensions, The extension is very quick and easy to use and works very well. Great work NordPass!

Great system. It;s really simple, and so much more than anything built into my browser. It stores so much more useful information than just the password, like PINs and keywords (answers to secret questions). I also like the ability to share passwords with others. And I feel the security to get into the system way surpasses that on my browser. My favourite feature is 'password health' as it's enabled me to rapidly go through all my passwords and update weak or repeated one, and check for breaches too.

There's a lot of potential. I'm so glad theres a free trial so I didn't have to waste my money on this. There is a large need for an extension such as this so it's too bad the functionality and updates just aren't there. You have to sign in so often that it's redundant. Every time you sign in it has to open externally which is a pain. It also stops working where even resetting doesn't help, clicking the icon does nothing and does not auto fill. Useless.

The user experience for browser is poor. I don't understand why there has not been an update to make it easy to log into your account from the browser. Right now, every time I open my browser, in order for the extension to work, I need to launch the desktop application, sign into my Nord account, that will then ask me to sign in again using my master password and finally I need to wait about a minute for the extension to start working or I need to re-launch my browser if I don't want to wait. No reason at all for this, please update this to keep you persistently logged into your account.

I had used the Chat line to ask the technicians a couple of questions about using Nord Pass Password Manager. They quickly (within one minute of waiting) guided me to solve my problem and answer my questions. I love this feature for providing support. I love even more I didn't have to wait a LONG time to get someone to respond. Both times I waited less than a minute. Great Job!!!

I had to reset my account and it was made very easy to do so with their customer support and got everything I needed in less than 10 minutes.

Happy with the features that are provided

This extension was great until whatever update recently was made. It now does not unlock on Chrome or Edge - keeps popping up "open nordpass app" when the app is already open. Reinstalling does not fix it, reboot does not fix it, logging out of Nordpass app and back in, does not fix it. Ticket created but no reply, this comes shortly after the mess they made with the auto lock period. As Premium Customer for VPN, Pass, and Vault, i expect a little more from Customer Support.

This is definitely the best thing, on the internet, that I have ever discovered, and the second best thing in my entire life! (I have a Fiancé, sorry! ?) I multi-year subscribe to almost the whole Nord Suite and recommend you make an Android / iOS Spam Caller + SMS Blocker App next! I would subscribe in a heartbeat. I can't wait to see the next software innovation / improvement the team releases, because it is ALL life changing! Thank you! ?

So much more user-friendly! I used to have LastPass at work and for me it was kind of a mess. NordPass is more convenient. No problem with autofiling passwords, no bugs - very smooth :) Cool to have an extention now too - way easier to use than the app. Also love shared items feature! I am paranoid when I need to give someone my personal info or access to accounts and this feature makes me feel more secure. Overall, pretty pleasant experience

My husband recommended it for me, so it took me time to add all my passwords to this app as I needed some convincing to do to myself that this is a tool I actually need, but now when it's done, I can't imagine a day on my computer without it.

Love it! Of course, there are some bugs but the customer support is very fast with replies and I feel that the product is improving every day.

NordPass is finally an excellent Password manager I can trust. Uses an install password and then a master password as well as 2FA. I have no issues and there is a great note section where you can record the dates of your password changes. Works seamlessly with Chrome and interfaces with the auto-complete website function. Also super easy to copy and paste if the url is exactly matching. I have used OnePass, Roboform and Remembear - this is by far the best.

I don't understand how the rating is so good. For a paid service, this is one of the worst-coded extensions I have ever encountered. Starting a day by being forced to type in the master password 3 (three, like in 1-2-3) times : desktop App, extension and then the f**g website again just makes one passive aggressive over the time. If hadn't paid for 2 freaking years, I would have changed to the free lastpass version simply because, nobody at NordPass as in NO ONE ever tried to use the product, overwise the devs would have fixed it. Its one line of code. @customer support: no, I will not write the same story to the generic email address and wait until I get a bot answer, don't bother answering, just fix it, PLEASE.

My favorite password manager! Works really well, remembers all of my passwords and helps generate passwords that are unique. Super easy to autofill passwords. I've been using the Chrome extension for a couple of years now - it's wonderful to see it improving constantly. Very happy with my experience overall and can wholeheartedly recommend getting NordPass to others.

I'm having to delete it and reinstall it way to many times. **UPDATE**I no longer have to delete and reinstall now days. I would like to see an option where I dont have to go to the tools section to generate a password. I want to be able to generate a password from the icon. I use both Last Pass and NordPass and will most likely drop Last Pass as I find NordPass better user friendly.

Really a handy tool for people, who don't like to think out a difficult password because they always forget it. Though sometimes an app bugs and you have to restart it when entering a website for it to remind you a password.

Not even sure when I love NordPass more - when I use it for work, or for personal matters.. Suuuper easy to use..so easy, that sometimes I even forget I'm using it - it just autofills so nicely, so I don't have to worry about anything else. An honest recommendation - even if you don't care about cybersecurity, a password manager like NordPass makes your life easy by simply saving your precious time.

Unreliable, sometimes the autofill works sometimes it doesn't. Unreliable as their VPN extension. Unreliable is the name of the game when it comes to Nord products.

I never used a password manager before and this one was so easy to set up and start using. How did I live without it before? :D It saves so much time everyday, because I don't need to remember all passwords or worry if they are complex enough. Love autofilling function and data breach scanner. Definitely recommend. Great quality for the price!

NordPass is a must have not only for tech-savvy people, but for everyone working in a team. I could not image how much time will be saved instead of asking, writing down or trying to remember all the logins needed at my work. It's also very helpful in terms of changing your current password habits (using a browser autofill or a spreadsheet with all the logins) and it takes only few minutes to import everything that you want to have in the vault.

I use the Nordpass© application as my default password manager beyond my iPhone and Apple Keychain password management.

Been using NordPass at work and at home for quite a while already and it made my life a lot easier. I have also tried every single other passwords manager but decided to stick with NordPass because of its slick and intuitive interface. It also has many cool extra features like passwords generator, health tracker and breaches monitoring that helps to keep my passwords in good shape - unique, complex and constantly updated! Highly recommend it to any digitally active individual! :)

Have been using it for a while now and it is definitely a great tool. Easy to save and access my logins through the extension and especially love the notes feature! Support is very response whenever I had questions. Would love to be able to customise the logos of logins though.

Made a mistake that cost me access to a really important account. NordPass customer service gave me the information I needed to fix that mistake. Spoke to Kurt and Jonathan and they were both great! Cannot recommend NordPass enough! (And NordVPN for that matter)

Otimiza muito o tempo de logar em diferentes sites. Voce entra no site, e NordPass ja completa pra voce todas as informacoes para se cadastrar e logar em diversos lugares. Salva ate informacoes de cartao de credito. So acho que poderiam aumentar o tempo que voce fica logado no app pra demorar mais pra pedir a master password de novo

Now worth it. I know it is Nord company and Nord makes a lot of good and secure products but in the end, more than security and privacy what comes first is usage and usability which is missing the majority from this password manager. I heard rave reviews but when started using it, it doesn't work. I mean your addon couldn't work, fine. Your web version couldn't work, fine. Your desktop couldn't work, fine. Your app also doesn't work. And that is where all hell breaks loose. I just used this to have my passwords on my phone and use it for easy logins and despite providing all the asked permissions, it didn't show or filled or filled when the credentials showed up. How bad your product would be if this is such a big task to complete? I created my account a month and last week, with premium features all ended without using anything. I feel sad departing but I have gone back to basics because those did work despite knowing they are not secure. If at the end of the day your product is all about looks then don't cry about why users came and left embittered. I didn't use any features including basic ones and you guys then mail me to buy premium for better output. Also before you ask me to go to your support or tickets, I did it all, showed you all images, and talked in detail but then you didn't care. I can't have something unnecessary in my life that doesn't work. The same goes with your VPN which has the slowest speed in the VPN market and some day look at your competitors like adguard VPN or windscribe VPN or mullvad VPN. Plus why your password manager needs a browser to log in all the time when we aren't saving any credentials of Nord pass in that browser? And thanks and sorry.

I wanted to purchase NordVPN and I got misslead by the website and bought NordPass instead by mistake and then I was wondering why NordVPN doesn't work. The website developer should do a better management in regards of how they do they do the marketing of the EXTRA tools. Most users come here to purchase NordVPN subscription. I reached out to support, they refunded me the subscription for NordPass, I really don't need it, I don't doubt It's great. The support was very professional and the key words here would be reliable and kind. It's very important to feel safe and get proper help when you encouter any issues with a product you purchase. 10/10 for the website support

This "extension" requires the full app install. This makes it impossible to use on my work computer where I cannot install software. Neither Lastpass nor Keeper require the full install of software to use their Chrome extensions.

No Support for ChromeOS making this extension useless.

Highly recommend switching to NordPass. After using NordPass Premium for over a year, it has proven to be superior to the TrueKey by McAfee password manager and also has excellent support. so easy to import the passwords and really like the password health feature as well. Keep up the good work with new features.
