Stopped working
Was one of the best extensions. Now it only works with Firefox, but Firefox isn't my primary browser.
Leaks memory like a sieve and I cant remember it ever actually working

It used to work well then it stopped working suddenly.
Not really. Looked nice at first, except of the fonts (almost unreadable, narrow and high: wrong proportions). In the beginning it started perfectly okay on the site of France Musique whenever I started musique. Then, clicking the Download didn't do anything. But I could download the link, Then it stopped popping up whenever musique started. Now it is just gray if I play music or not. "No Audios to Download!"

Seems to be completely incapable of detecting audio on any web pages.
Doesn't work for sirusxm
been using this for years to download podcasts that are otherwise only listenable through their own websites, or dedicated podcast softwares. This allows one to get the very useful raw audio file. Thanks to the developer!

Hello Grephy! Just wondering if you could make a audio player because this is very good! You could make it so you can import audio and play and create a playlist. That would be great for me because I really listen to music. Anyways, really good add-on keep up your awesome work!
Thank you, but it is not working stably on https://dynamic.wakingup.com. I tried another extension (Video & Audio Downloader) and it worked without any issues at all.
Worked with Chromium engine 89 (Slimjet 29), but ceased to work with 92 (Slimjet 32). Sad!

This is great! I used this only for one website but it worked extremely well, the icon of the extension turns blue as soon as I opened the page and the audio is there ready to download. Loved it!

Worked For what I needed
It simply doesn't work. It's very strange. After the first audio I downloaded it now doesn't detect audio on any sites at all. I've tried everything, including with my antivirus, but it doesn't function. Worthless.

This works! The site must not have security installed and you must fix the tags of the song.
Works as intended, go to an audio site, play an audio element, and the URL is automatically added for easy downloading.

Just doesn't work. It only notices an audio file when i am just about to download a single file. Defeats the purpose.

Works inconsistently, even within the same domain/site. EMbedded audio just does not reliably show up in that list. Author uninterested to hear back from users and fix these bugs. Too bad.
Took me a lot of time to find a certain file with different audio downloading websites until I found this. Literally took me two clicks to download the .mp3 file that I wanted.

Insists on converting EVERYTHING to MP3, even if it was in wave format or ogg vorbis format. No easy way to download the original file with one click, or grab all of the original files with their original names with one click.

Most of the time - when I need it, it won't let me download anything.
Used to work for youtube (lets face it, thats the main purpose people were using it for) and now it doesn't. They must have gotten hit with some backlash from people using it specifically for youtube somehow and now its bare bones worth having. Bummer.

The only free extension that worked for me. Note: If you want to download an audio file whose size is less than the default size of 307200 Bytes, you need to go to the options page and change the minimum size from 307200 to 1000 (or even less).
The perfect extension for downloading a cover of your favorite song that's embedded on some german site you stumbled upon. 10/10, would recommend this extension again.

Did what I wanted instantly. I couldn't find a sound file for a page with Inspect Element, so I downloaded this as a last ditch effort. It found the file first try! Definitely holding on to this one.
Did not work for the audio I wanted to download, Removing, no reason to keep

Works great. There are other downloaders for Youtube.
There is no documentation. I couldn't figure out how to stop the download without deleting the whole file.
Sadly, it seems to have stopped working since the last major Chrome's upgrade.
Well, it worked...once. The website I wanted to download from, it detected the file just fine the first time, but when I went to continue using it on a different file, it no longer detected any audio. I let it play the file I wanted, I lowered the file size threshold, but all to no avail.

Does not keep the name of the file. All files have the same name. Doesn't save me any time.
