The wallet interface is clean and fast. I was able to send tokens into the wallet address, and perform cross-chain transfers of BNB coin. But the whole purpose for me to use this wallet was to exchange AWC (BEP2) for anything else useful. So I tried to send it cross-chain to BSC (BEP20) as a cross-chain transfer like EVERY tutorial online says and links to this extension, but it would not cross-chain transfer this token. "Transaction Failed" every time. That exchange is the only reason I gave this extension a chance (especially since the permissions granted from Chrome allow it to read and change all pages you see -too much permission for it to be useful). This extension deserves its low rating. To be clear, I didn't lose any coin (yet), but I can't use it to exchange from the worthless AWC coins Atomic Wallet tricked me into buying, to anything else that's actually useful.

The wallet has been hacked and everything inside it has been stolen. There is no support. The wallet is still hacked. What remains inside cannot be withdrawn because of the fees. I cannot send fees because whenever I send immediately, the amount is stolen. the currency SCAM SCAM SCAM

Can't connect binance account to wallet.

I can't withdraw , swap my crypto. Even i have sufficient fund it will say insufficient fund.

So I wanted to rename an account that I created, and couldn't find a way to do it. All the intuitive and obvious places where you'd expect the option to be, it's not. Then I googled and turns out I had to click on Receive. Yes, receive. There you'll have an option to edit the name of the account. It couldn't be more stupid. Also, *deleting* an account (and by that I mean just remove it from the list of the accounts that I use, tell the application to forget about it) doesn't seem to be possible at all... Or it's even more hidden than renaming.

Never received funds. Each time 'receive' is clicked, a new address is given. Searched these addresses on BSC scan and they all had a lot of BNB deposits being put in. Complete scam.

WARNING: I have ledger nano device and I highly recommend you to get one in the first place. I have been using metamask for a while, but usually I dead with Binance blockchain so I decided to give a chance. FIRST PROBLEM: I use brave browser and this extension sometimes loses control when I need to approve the transaction on ledger device...I mean the bug opens 20-30 Binance wallet extenions just to confirm transaction on ledger device.. SECOND PROBLEM: Smart Contract...DeFi World is full of scams..good luck to revoke your smart contract with that exxtension and ledger device...tried 100 website but failed...so I am going to give 1 star and remove it

At the begining app did what it was supposed to do. I've been mining for half a year on the next address that was given to me by the wallet. I did withdraw some of the funds to my credit card, that worked fine. address used to be 0xD9B87F4432cF274B608D169cEEdf054e030C4fb2 Then I uninstalled chrome and re-installed it (deleted cache) for some specific reason, doesn't rly matter. Then I installed walled add-on again, logged in with my email and password, entered 2 step verification codes (from the phone and email), when I logged in to the acc all I could see is that the app gave me the new adress (and that the old one disappeared). 0x10773D822581d931B32FAD29416A351F602d93be Funds are still on my old adress but I cannot find a way to get back to it. Therefore this 3rd party wallet is a scamm. Also Binance support claims that this Binance Wallet 3rd party app has nothing to do with them, totally different team which obviously u cannot even find to talk to and see what can be done.

I have tried to use the extension with Chrome. Unfortunately the documentation that I found is for Firefox and Edge. I managed to connect Wallet Direct to Binance Wallet Extension. However I could not understand how to open the Binance Wallet Extension to receive mony from BInence account. So I will remove the extension after review. Too complex for me.

I don't understand why people giving the Binance wallet a BAD review. I haven't experiencing any issues with it. I like because I can switch between both chains with ease. I can send BNB OR BUSD between both Binance Chain Network and Binance Smart Chain. I really love it. I use it just for that. Very simple and convenient for me. I use it just to swap between the 2 chains.

I do not hate Binance, I usually trade to there platform. I invested my money, I've loss sometimes I gain. I've reported this incident but no progress till now. This wallet is a scam! I bought a token recently at the lower price, when the price of that token was suddenly going up. The quantity of my stock is reduced. I realized they just steal your profit of your coin and they were just left several amount of coin to your wallet equivalent to your started capital of your investment.

This extension wallet is a pure scam run by Binance. I transferred tokens to this wallet and in 7 seconds they were gone! Do not use this extension wallet or else you will lose your assets and there is no customer support or asset recovery if it gets stolen.

This wallet is awful. It is a pain to use, few sites use it, and now some tokens I transferred there are stuck in the wallet. The tokens were BNB that passed through Wormhole. I didn't realize it when I transferred them in but they are actually "Binance Token (Wormhole)" tokens, not real BNB. I can see the tokens in the wallet but when I try to transfer them out, it says "Insufficient BNB balance" even though I have more than enough "real" BNB (aka, Binance Chain Native Token) to pay for the transaction. It has been a very frustrating experience. I recommend steering clear of this wallet!

This is a big scam. Immediately after you make deposit. the apps will start crashing.

This app will steal your money, you will not get it back. If you don't like your money being stolen, don't use this wallet.

Don't bother to install the extension. At least for me I installed it several times and never opens, it crashes all the time. Trying to connect from Binance, crashes. Opening it on its own, crashes. Luckily I did not have any tokens there, otherwise I would not know if I lost them. My advice, use the Binance's own wallet in the site or app but not this extension. I hope the developers can check and fix it for good. The idea for an extension is good (Like Metamask, for example) but it does not work.

I had my wallet drained while I was away at work, and my home computer (the only one with this wallet on it) was off. I had only connected my wallet to 2 sites; the default binance.org site, and pancakeswap.finance (a well known exchange). I've scanned my computer with both windows defender and malwarebytes; neither finding anything. Physically the laptop lives in my locked house and only myself and my wife have access to it. The two transactions on BSC scan where the wallet was emptied are 0x8abfa447e668d0596414e628c28e1ce6b4e7dac3898438c7d29ebe59fa2015e4 and 0x63aa0cf4ebafe30635425779aa7809053d1680d7f030ed261f60e82169de0ba7. It looks like the wallet that received both of these transactions is continuing to pull from other wallets. I understand that there's nothing I or anyone else can do about this, so just be careful.

I transferred some ETH to this browser extension from the main site to learn the Binance systems, but don't have BNB in the extension to send it back to binance dot com. I can't receive any BNB to the extension either because I have some BNB in my binance dot com, but to transfer some BNB they wanted over $500 BNB (0.1 BNB) on my main, which is ridiculous. So I have ETH on the extension I can't use, move or do anything with.

So hopefully people see this before they make a mistake and then blame the wallet for their loss: Wallets work on different "Chains" - some wallets are multi-chain and automatically store the token properly- this is NOT a multi chain wallet. You must ONLY send to the appropriate chain/network which can be selected at the top of the wallet extension where there is a drop down that says "Binance Smart Chain Network" this is where you can select Ethereum which is where most of your mistakes are made if its an ERC-20 token. As a famous man once said ... "Don't send your ERC-20 tokens to a BEP-2 Wallet"

Binance do not explain things correctly i transferred to Binance block chain so i could exchange currency and yet it does nothing why didnt it default to Binance smart chain

SIDEBAR does not work, not sure why, so I cannot see more than 3 coins, unless I remove them all . BSC wallet keeps on disappearing when trying to do complex transactions where I need to pop onto a website ( for example when receiving email for a code to confirm the transaction). Where is the expansion to a TAB option ?

BE CAREFUL. I have been scammed and lost my funds with this wallet. The moment I sent funds into the wallet they were automatically sent away to unknown addresses. I never touched the SEND function and yet in the activity tab I was left with one deposit and one transfer OUT. I only lost 1BNB but I would never trust those browser extensions again. Support was useless, didn't even get into the problem. I wouldn't give it a second chance.

This wallet by one of the biggest organisations in crypto has got to be one of the worst written code I have ever had the displeasure with dealing with. I am pretty sure if it had to be brought to the attention of CZ he most certainly would fire whomever was involved with it because it is an terrible image for an company who's software otherwise works quite well. No other wallet except scam ones have this bad review score.

I don't know why all this people giving bad rating. Its work perfectly, this binance wallet extension and trust wallet are both good. I use this extension on my browser on PC and Trust wallet on my android phone. People who give bad rating are actually spammer and scammer or just dumb.

Some advise if you are having trouble connecting the wallet: If you are logged into Binance, and trying to connect the wallet that you have now added as a browser extension, REFRESH the page on Binance AFTER you have added the extension, then try again. This should work for both connecting to an existing wallet as well as creating a new one. Your browser may not recognise that the extension has been added unless you refresh the page. Enjoy!

I downloaded the binance smart chain wallet app on my phone here in Thailand, when i opened the app it only asked me to make a password so i opened the app and transferred 700us of etherium now it is in the wallet but i can not transfer it out of the wallet. i already had the binance lite app on my phone. when i try to send to set up a transaction it says oops something wrong please try again later.. has anyone had the same issue and managed to fix it ?? can anyone tell me if i want to transfer i have to have some bnb coin in the wallet to make a etherium transfer on etherium network?

Awesome, there are two chains on this wallet. Binance chain and binance smart chain. This makes it easy to bridge between both and then send to binance so you can withdraw coins in eth form or there native form. Binance smart chain has so many amazing money yielding opportunities. Pancakswap, Apeswap, beefy finance, acryptos, ramp defi. The list goes on and on. I have never had any issues with login into this wallet. Make sure to always have a backup of your seed phrase.

Unable to do a Cross Chain Transfer because of a decimal issue. BNB on the Smart Chain Network is 18 decimals and BNB on the Binance Chain Network is 8 decimals. Every time I try to transfer, I get an error saying "Invalid amount. Maximum 8 decimals.", so my money is stuck because of the conflicting formats!

Don't use this. There is no way to delete your wallet from this extension.

I connected Binance Chain wallet to Binance for easy transfer which is they call Wallet Direct. Verified the binding of wallet to binance. Restart PC and all but still ask to connect my binance account when trying a wallet direct. Wallet address is already bound to binance. Clunky connection. . .

The Wallet is easy to set up, integration with Binance is seamless and overall it's easier to work with than, for example, MetaMask. Reading through some negative comments here it's quite obvious the type of people writing these nonsense are usually the kind that would fall for various scam coins and it stands to reason they wouldn't know how to set up and use anything, let alone something like a crypto wallet.

This worked great at first but if you connect it to you Binance account with your Wallet Connect you cannot use wallet connect to other sites. Also It doesn't have an option to be a default Web3 wallet like liquidity wallet or Metammask. It you have either installed it never even tried to be used even if they aren't active. I am a bit made that I transferred assets to it wanting tp use it on Orion Protocols staking and yield farming platform but I can choose BSC but it will never recognized the wallet even after I disable both the others. This is my major issue with it no I have wasted both time and assets getting my ORN and some USDT there and have nothing to do with it but waste more transferring it else where. This extension needs a complete overhaul.

So i transfered 86 dollars worth of shib tokens into my binance wallet and it says it soes not has the currency but the transaction has been completed. so it has been completed, but i cant see my coins there because it says the currency does not exist in that wallet. So what do i do ?!?!?!?!?!?

This program is super buggy. I set up a login connected to my google account, but when I was creating the password and hit the "Continue" button, it just froze. I tried restarting my computer and restarting the chrome browser, and neither fixed the issue. I finally uninstalled the extension and reinstalled it and it instead was asking me to enter the password instead of create it, so clearly that step worked but it wasn't moving forward from that screen. NOW the issue is that it accepts my password but still doesn't let me log in. When I put in the wrong password it tells me my password is wrong, but when I put in the right password and hit "Continue" it again just sits there not moving forward. What????????

Honestly one of the best wallet extensions I have used... the ability to "wallet connect" between your binance account and wallet extension and then use your wallet to log into Binance DEX, Staking, Pancake Swap, etc. seamlessly is one of the best user experiences in Crypto I have seen to-date. Disclaimer, I haven't tried using the Ethereum-side of this wallet and have only used BNB & CAKE... the multi-chain element may include the bugs that people are mentioning?

This wallet is truly amazing, it just works! Could not do without it. I use it with Pancakeswap multiple times per day and I never had a problem. It makes Metamask look like it was created by a bunch of irresponsible children.

Really regret this decision. Worked fine until i decided to convert everything to BNB and move to Metamask, NOTHING is exchangeable, except CAKE>Bnb and no, your wallet wont even register the transaction to Cake.. Nothing is withdrawable except BNB. You see that problem? The devs don't. Wouldn't recommend this at all, at least not right now.

Constant password prompts even if I am not using it. When I start the browser or open a new tab it keeps popping up with the extension password prompt. But I am not trying to use it. Its like it wants me to be constantly logged in which is extremely suspicions.

Terrible experience so far with this. I installed this wallet because of pancake swap. Initially i saw the bad ratings and thought should give it a go anyways afterall binance cannot be that bad. Alas experience is the best teacher. It's super buggy and takes forever to respond. Today I have not been able to login becuase it keeps saying this extension has crashed please reload. If you have to make a choice go with ETH (Metamask all the way)

In case if you worry about your crypto will disappear like a dust, first time try sending very small amount of crypto to wallet as double confirmation. If it works, then you are good to send large amount. If you are new user... -Default network of this wallet is BSC BEP20, and can be change according where you use. Use Metamask if you are new but with using Ethereum for transaction. -If you bought the coins that not listed in the wallet, add Contract Address via "Custom Asset" tab. -DONT EVEN TRY TO SEND CRYPTO IN DIFFERENT NETWORK, OR ELSE YOU DOOMED. DOUBLE CHECK IMPORTANT. THIS IS DECENTRALIZED NOT A BANK, 100% LOST IF YOU DID A MISTAKE -Always lock your wallet if you are done -If you swap coins in Pancake Bake or any, and you stuck in waiting for wallet confirmation, adjust the slippage tolerance, normally 7%-15% works, if still stuck, tweak again like radio. -Keep a few BNB in wallet as paying the fees, good for you. Depends which network you use. Other network maybe use other crypto for fee. I don't see any problem, this wallet just like card swiper. Check Youtube if you are stuck.

I had this wallet and immediately when I viewed my private key, someone hacked my account. I don't understand how this can happen as I have VPN on. DO NOT USE THIS WALLET AS THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT WALLET GETTING HACKED.

Don't listen to the halfwits leaving bad reviews because they are sending coins to the wrong wallets and losing their money, extension works just fine, take the time to watch the tutorials on youtube and always test your transactions with small amounts first, once you got the hand of it send the larger amounts

I put around £50 worth of BNB Smart Chain tokens into the application and now it's virtually impossible to take it out as I cannot send the BNB due to "Insufficient BNB Balance" despite the fact that I literally have 0.1 BNB in it and moreover it doesn't even provide any support or ANY information as to how I could overcome this problem.

Bad reviews are probably completely clueless on how to use wallets. If you don't know how to select the proper networks for specific tokens this is not the place to learn, you will lose your funds and IT WILL BE YOUR FAULT AND YOUR FAULT ONLY. This is a permanent fixture of wallet reviews on all app stores, people complaining because they lose their ERC20 tokens while trying to send to a SEP20 network, people complaining about the wallet charging fees when using ERC20 networks (hint, ERC20 transactions are extremely slow and expensive, THE WALLET KEEPS NOTHING). I am giving this 4 stars because the functionality is barebones, but what it does it does well - providing basic wallet support for Binance Chain, Binance Smartchain (THIS IS NOT THE SAME THING), and Ethereum. Make a random, secure password. Keep your passphrase encrypted and in several places, where it will be safe in case of any kind of disaster. Do your due dilligence before using these applications. It works as advertised!

This is Binances product and they seem to have abandoned it , there is no support for collectibles , no mobile app for this one . through trust wallet we can only view on mobile no transactions possible , cannot increase or decrease gas fee and so on so many major issues biggest is the lack of support for this wallet maybe just integrate it with trust wallet

CAREFUL WHEN SENDING FUNDS TO THIS EXTENSION. When you send ETC (and probably) other ERC20 Token to this extension you are sending it to an BEP20 address so your fund WILL NEVER SHOW UP. If you have sent coins from a regular ERC20 wallet to this extension and the fund don't show up you can recover them with Metamask and connecting it to the correct chain. To recover your fundsL Download metamask Reuse the 12 words from the extension to recover a wallet in metamask. Connect metamask to the correct ERC20 chain Your funds should appear. Send them back to your original address or an valid ERC20 address. Binance DOES NOT WARN YOU IN ANYWAY that you are sending funds to an BEP20 address. I was able to resend 5000$ worth of ETC to the original ERC20 wallet. This will mostlikely work if you can see the fund on the etherscan explorer but not on the bscscan one. If i could i would rate this in the negative. I can only imagine how much people 'think' they have lost their funds (or actually did) because of this extension.

I transferred about $100 AU from coinspot into this app. It is supposed to link to my standard binance wallet. It never worked. So I went to transfer and I have a gas fee issue. The cost to transfer is more than value of USDT Tether that is in there. These guys are just taking people money
