I hate it!

What happened to the free version? The extension won't work after the trial period has ended.

Unable to use until I sign in, once I clicked sign in page, it doesn't open Google sign in.

Perhaps I am reading the FAQ wrong, or I am not seeing the option to stick with the free version, but after the trial nothing works anymore. "You will have an option to subscribe for our Premium service or you can chose to stay with the Free version that it will automatically switch for you that offers : Manual lock, Locked URL List, Restricted Mode, Beta Premium Indicator."

We subscribed for the premium plan and we are more than happy. Very good for business needs as we have a lot of tabs open and it closes useless tabs for us made chrome much more faster and efficient. At a local shop they recommended us to just buy new computers but it was very expensive for a small business and this is a great solution!

hi.i tried to create an account on chrome but it would nt allow me. i clicked the recaptcha but still each time i click create or sign in with google it didnt allow me.pls give me a solution

Signed up for the paid version today hope it continues to work as before.

Really good product I saw it on Product hunt and decided to try it

Very productive tool for Web developers, at first i looked how to set up everything but than I understood that it works automatically doesn't really have anything to show that it is "on". Only in the main menu of the extension but it works it shows a window when I have lots of tabs open to close some of them and i see it definitely speeds the browser.

It doesn't work, at all. Tried using the auto-lock and manual lock features. First tried it on pinned tabs and found it doesn't work; so I thought "Well, fair... let's unpin then" -- Half the time the extension still did nothing. Other half, it set it to locked but would still let me close it or navigate away from the page. It then gives me the "Do you want to leave this site?" popup when trying to close chrome, and upon opening the browser again, of course all the tabs go back to unlocked.

I am not able to sign-up an account because signup button is not working. I am clicking on it but nothing is happening.

Not as good as they show in the videos but still decent solution for my needs: please return the free option!

Here is the deal I have been a user since 2020 and seen this App grow and become more and more better with improvements that really makes it stand out. The recent update 3.0 is allowing 14 days for free usage afterwards you have to subscribe to monthly or yearly subscription. I am not a big fan of subscriptions but I did do the yearly plan for now as it saves me some money I would like the option to pay one time for license fee and this is the reason I gave it a 4 star. Developers please contact me i sent email in the matter.

I looked for a tool to make Chrome less Ram hungry on my pc, As it was slowing down my pc dramatically I have 50 browser tabs open and not the most advanced pc only 8Gb Ram chrome is the biggest reason for it slowing down but after month of using this tool giving me the option to kill unused tabs in one click its been much better now I don't have to upgrade my pc I was trying to avoid that cost.

Just installed on my new computer I forgot I had it in the past on my old computer. I see this version has alot of new options add to it very helpful features.

On version 2.0 I could not use it anymore it was a major update and lots of issues I decided to uninstall and wait for the developer to fix the issues until It is more stable as it was on version 1.5.0. Today I got a email from Tab Management offering me to try it again after they made big errors fix since version 2.0 and it seems that it works perfect again with new features. I am on the 14 days Free period but they offered my to use it for 1 month for Free. So far everything is good!

Initially I deleted this app right away it kept asking for a review every time I refreshed a page. But the support team got my email and responded that they fixed the issue. And to give it one more try, also included a nice discount for their premium service. Since then I have been using it for a week the review pop up did go again but for one time as they said it will so here is your review keep it up.

This add-on does exactly what it promises to do and more. I've been using it for ages and so far haven't encountered anything that even slightly niggles me. An excellent product, easy to use and restructure my tabs in sub-menus when it came to needing more tabs than the single row could accommodate. Still waiting for that lousy 'reveiw' tab to disappear though!

Very useful, finally fixed the annoying bug that requests for a review. Now please no more changes it works perfect!

Works well, but is prompting for a review on every page refresh, so here it is.

One of my favorite extensions! It does what I would like it to do and it makes browsing much easier and more organized.

It good, lot of fun and well to use

A pop-up begging for reviews ANY TIME YOU LOAD OR REFRESH A PAGE is extremely obtrusive and obnoxious, especially when said pop-up remains after writing a review. Love the extension but I'll be turning it off in the meantime. E: I was having a bad day and flew off the handle a bit. I hate the premium squeeze but the extension is still an outstanding time- and life-saver and I especially appreciate how committed the team is to correcting bugs and other issues.

One of the best productivity tools i found for Chrome. Took a little digging in there website to understand how to use but it was very easy afterwards.

Several hours with this installed and I see myself using. The best thing is that it is all organic and you don't need to invest time for it to work. Just install press on some button and boom baby it works.

auto lock useful enough recommed it for any hard users like me (50+ tabs opened allways)

Fabulous Chrome Add-on we use it for our Pre-school computers to help our teachers!

I was looking for an ADD-on that will close tabs that I don't use. There where a few options the "Tab Suspender" was one of them but they mostly work on a timer if I don't integrate with the tab for 30-60min it will suspend it automatically that wasn't that useful for me as some tabs I don't use all the time but I do need them in the background as I will go back to them and use them if it suspends them i loose my data. When I found "Tab Management" I found one of the tools it came with was the "Tab Terminator" at first I thought it was the same thing but it looks like what it does is different it will prevent tabs that i did use from closing and not count them as unused tabs and still close tabs i barley had interaction with for me so far it never closed tabs I needed and it also gave me a warning before it closed them to see if im sure. I am very happy with this solution over the "Tab suspender" it is great for speeding my web browser as too many tabs open it slows down and also great to prevent a mass in the web browser. Good job Tab Management.

I am now a premium user, I have contacted the developer for a few issues they listened and fixed each and every issue I had for that they deserve my money and 5 star review.

Overall good productive tool got to say it can be usefully for old computers. I'm using old hardware on my laptop and it's really good what he does he recognize tabs that I really won't use and than I can safely ignore tham and they closed automatically and at the same time all my important tabs doesn't closed like some other managment tools that make those tabs restarts/frozen and slowing things up and making all much worse this way. This is life saver for my memory ram.

I am still testing it in my trial 14 days period so far I see it has some nice tools hopefully it works. This is the 5th tab manager tool I tried if it works good i will update to 5 star.

After about 10 minutes of exploring Tab Management I can see why this extension receives consistently high marks. I've been searching for Tab Manager's feature set for a while now (having tried 4 other tab managers) to better manage the 400-odd tabs that I invariably keep open in ~8-10 windows. I especially like the Pin Lock option to set a password for specific tab that helps me prevent data exposure in work and the Tab Terminator that closes tabs that are really unused and I don't need for me it speeds up the computer I did not know how much RAM Chrome takes from the computer when I have so many windows open I love this! Keep the features coming, please!

It works good on google chrome but I use Firefox for privacy and it says you support Firefox but then in the download link it says available soon any date when i can use it on Firefox?

So simple, yet such a useful extension. How many times have you had several browser Tabs open, with many tabs in each and simply can't find the page you need to quickly. This plugin makes it easy to get work done efficient, close tabs and windows from one central place, find the tab that is playing music, etc. Very, very useful extension.

At first I didn't understand how it works I had to go to the website and read since there is so many options. But after a quick look at the tutorial videos I set it up. Tab Management turned my work to be much more efficient! Also my web browser works faster i think its because it closes tabs for me that i don't use very useful program.

At first i really like all the tools they really come in handy and I have been using them since it was updated to version 2.0 but now I see that i have to pay to use all the tools the limited Free version is not what I need and the tool I do need like the Terminator cost. I don't understand why I have to pay pay $5.00 month or $30.00 a year... therefore i gave it a 2 star. The web browser was free so do i have to pay for the extensions?

Tab Management Terminator works absolutely Perfect. I can have 30 tabs open. Even with a 6 core processor and 16 gigs RAM, my computer would get sluggish. Tab Terminator came to the rescue and works miracles. Thanks

Didn't lock, I could click links in the tab and it would go there

We used this to restrict our 10 years old son from some bad websites he was surfing without our knowledge and now we feel more safe letting him use the computer.

Used the Pin Lock option it was very useful to prevent my teenager accessing inappropriate sites! The Only worry I have is he will uninstall the web browser is there anything I can do to prevent that?

I was using this Add-ON for a while now, it was very basic and served its purpose. The new update that came today 2.0 opened a brand new world of options to deal with the web browser. I see that now its a subscription based and im going to test it for this 2 weeks free trial. so far Tab Terminator has really helped me with the many tabs that i have open on my monitors by closing the tabs i don't need i tend to have 40 -50 tabs open as I am a stock trader I was scared it would close tabs that i am using to trade but those ones it locked for me from closing and lets me set a password that was very cool option. I am happy to give it a 5 star keep it up !

This is on of those simple softwares you find out of no where and forgot about it until it activates. When you needed it too!! I was writing a blog post and my computer decided to restart luckily because of the popup that showed basically the lock that the program did to my tab "Are you sure you want to close this tab?" It didn't let the computer to restart and I was able to save my work I worked on the whole day! Yes this is a 5 star program thank you!

Good application, Will it support future chrome browser updates? Other application's I have they don't update to support chrome and I have to uninstall them so far works good.

My most favorite extansion by far. I would love to see an update that will enable me to lock the browser with a password. My kids keep using my computer and even though the tab is locked they close all my tabs at least once a week beacuse they keep clicking on yes close all my tabs :( Just idea:).

New update made it one of my favorite extensions to use, it made it to a point where I forgot i installed it. After the new update was pushed and installed automatically I can see a huge difference from about 6 months ago when i installed tab management keep up the good work!

I love the new Locked Group Tabs option this really fixes the problem I had with so many tabs open and I couldn't find what tabs where locked and what tabs where unlocked then it puts them in a folder for me every time it looks a tab. At first i thought Auto Lock means it lockes all the tabs and it didn't do that. But then they put this new pop up that explained that it only locks tabs that I use more then others and I now understand it better. Mybe you can add a button that you click and it just locks all the tabs?

CAREFUL!! It wiped out all my tab groups. I have to set it up all again, what I can, most is lost. Not cool....

Very useful. One of the greatest features of this extension is the enthusiasm of the developers to answer questions; and, where necessary, add, remove or improve features -- Excellent.

I love this extension. Works exactly as it is intended. Pay attention to the beginning setup as it is integral to its proper function. I admittedly judged it too quickly and thought it did not suite my needs. Very wrong, highly recommend.

The Locked URL List feature will not allow you to add specifically any google sheets link to the list. For example, adding this link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16uaRuAkSVCNXHRgnrs_M7Vsir8iooW0uyEsOdCbvkqI/edit#gid=0 to the Locked URL List doesn't work. It simply won't allow you to add this link into the list.

Works on my Chrome for Mac. However in my Chromebook it gives an error I saw in the description you wrote that it doesn't support Chromebook but do you know when it will? i use my Chromebook more than my Mac.

At this point I am not going to give a 5 star. I have submitted the uninstall survey and hopefully you will address the issues. It does work good and definitely a productivity tool but lacks some options as a web developer those options are necessary to call it a tab manager or tab locker.

Needs some improvements does not always lock the tabs I needed locked. For example Gmail sometimes it locks it sometimes doesn't . My solution was to add Gmail to the saved URL list but I shouldn't be finding my own solutions it should have done it on its own, once it recognizes a website that I locked all ready to keep it locked or relook it all the time. overall it is a good plug in hopefully you will update it soon to get better!

Great tab locker!

Tab management is one of those extensions that sounds too good to be true. Definitely great idea! However to make it a real tab locked I suggest making it lock with a pass code that will be even better specially when my kids or using my computer.

This is a fantastic app. It is super easy to navigate and makes my life so much easier!!

Sent you email about a few errors but overall it is good.

A really nice app - requires a few browser restarts once you install it but then it just works. Improves productivity a lot in the long run - give it a shot, you won't regret it!

Everything seems good but i have one suggestion: Make it also close unused tabs but make it close them as it Auto locks them automatically,. Then you really made a great solution for the tabs problem:) Sent you an email as well.

I was looking for a Tab Locker as my Chrome just restart on me and all my work for the day got deleted even though it was on the cloud it didn't save! i really hope this works if i understand right this automatically locks my tabs? for now it seems to work i will be back if it doesn't.

Extension works seamlessly. On latest version i think text at auto lock toggle is inversed between on and off. Auto lock toggle is ON but the feature is off. Otherwise is great.

Super helpful! the interface is easy very intuitive. My favorite feature is the auto lock i don't have to do anything and it locks my vip tabs for me. Thank you for this great app.

This is really useful i use it for my Dj services great productivity tool.

Doesn't auto lock. Shift-L doesn't work, with chrome or vivaldi. Putting URL in also does nothing. Should not need to use a Shift-L anyway. Simple Right-Click, then Lock....like the Firefox tab locks. Multiple tabs being locked can take all day using this method. Please update! *(I've been looking for a SIMPLE!!!!! tab locker for the past two years THAT WILL WORK...geez....starting over I guess)...

It doesnt really lock the tab, it just only adds a reminder if you close it or not... btw im currently using chromebook right now..
