Works as of August 2022, Does as described. I appreciate the developer setting permission to change *only* contents on imslp.org unlike similar other dubious extensions.

Excellent. The behaviour is: click an IMSLP link and instead of seeing the waiting countdown, the piece loads immediately. This is slightly better than the alternative extension that simply adds a button to click to bypass the waiting.
