It's not free anymore...

I've been using this extension for years, it has been great for my design workflow. However, recently it stopped working entirely. I just get a spinning wheel and the fonts never load. This has been a problem for a couple of months now. Please fix.

in previous version we could find Persian fonts , but in latest version extension can't find them... could you solve this ?

It worked great until midway through December with the update, and now it won't identify fonts in images. Seems to be scaled right back to the point of being useless....

New update is awful! Character preview is pointless (I can see a sample on the frickin page, obvi) and takes up too much space, doesn't include prices, and seems to be "wrong" more often than previous. Loved the old one, please revert back!

After the recent update, the color code cant be highlighted anymore, which is very helpful before.

Okay, hear me out. If you can fix this, then that's great. But when I tried to use this on Grammarly, it deleted my entire book, which I've been working on for MONTHS. So if you can't fix this, then you deserve the one star. I have tried everything. I have nothing left, and it's all because of this extension. I can't believe this.

Downloaded it twice, nothing happens when I add it to my browser. I click the icon and nothing happens. Disappointing.

This extensions is simple and minimal to use. When I need support, they responded to me fast and they were very helpful. I recommend it to any web-developer or web-designer.

Its so slow, takes time to load fonts.

It did not identify the font. It identified the CSS. The CSS called for a font which the browser did not have. This add-in thus provided a font name which was wrong. Hmmm.

For me it's pretty rare to see such a well-made plugin with smooth UX and exactly the features I need. Highly recommended.

it worked great but then it stop working so i removed i re installed it also still stoped working

It would be better if it worked on here. It does work elsewhere, however. Although, all of the fonts I checked so far weren't free and there was only a buy option.

just locks on to 6 fonts most of which you need to buy

It works so well! Love how it provides the hexcode color, type size, as well as weight of the font.

This plugin is 10x better than anything I could have hoped for. As a designer, fonts and font-identification is a part of every-day life, and this makes it incredibly easy. Super impressed!

How did I ever live without this extension?

What happened to this plugin? It used to be super fast and responsive. Now after the latest update, it's extremely slow and often doesn't even work and freezes. I hope it gets fixed. Also font window blocks the screen so it's hard to take screenshots. Old plugin was so much better.

I think it ran better with the older version, would be nice to see the newer version match the speed and reliability of the old UI. Otherwise it's a great app! I use it multiple times a day.

This extension is amazing! I've been using it regularly to help identify a website's fonts to aid me in making more informed decisions as a designer.

This plugin is the literal definition of amazing. Every font you see at your fingertips. Wow.

Often doesn't work. Have to wait for a minute to load. Worst part is it doesn't show any status while loading font.

Honestly, I've used this plugin so many times - it would be a disservice to rate it anything less than 5 stars. This plugin helps me figure out which fonts a website uses a good 90% of the time and I enjoy seeing how font pairing works in different settings. Thanks Fontface ninja.

Slooooooooooooooow as hell.

I really loved the app before the last update. It was quick and simple, and now when I click on the icon appears irritating green screen which not always works but slowing down the process of the font identifying.

Brilliant overall, but a couple small nitpicks, mainly regarding the UI: it seems quite sluggish, with animation on the panels being a bit too slow. And another thing: a link to the page with the free font instead of a straight download link would be really useful, maybe make it a setting? Otherwise awesome extension!

I love Fontface Ninja! I use it all of the time. It helps me to keep my typography cutting edge, and it can even help me to provide better quotes bc I know if I'll need to purchase fonts for a site. Great tool, and great work Fontface team!
