I've been a LONGTIME fan of GMass!!! Initially was intimidated and used some other solutions that appeared to be more hands off but quickly learned after using GMass there's a ton of other things that are super important to ensure your emails hit the inbox!!! They are the BEST!!!

It's quite user-friendly and efficient.
I've been using GMass for the past week. So far, it's been super easy to use. My only feedback would be that the Dashboard takes a longer than usual time to load, especially when I click on the click count to view the list of contacts that clicked on the links.
GMass is super easy to use and organize email communications! I love the follow-up feature and use it daily. The one small issue that comes up is that sometimes the emails don't send at the scheduled time.
GMass has really helped our office be more efficient in sending out mass emails. The whole thing is super user friendly and this is from someone that only gets by with technology. So, it doesn't take much skill to send out your first batch of emails. The add-on to gmail is another timesaver. You can also connect to Sheets which is exactly what we use. Within a few clicks you will be sending out your mass emails in no time.

I am still not sure. I received a lot of emails telling me it was not delivered. I do not know why. I am sure the emails listed are valid, but most are not receiving them. I also noticed that some of the emails that mentioned not being delivered did get the email, so I lost track of who received the emails. I asked for a call from Ajay, hopefully he will be able to reach me soon.
So I have used Gmail and Spreadsheets for mass mailing many times in the past. Now having used GMass to streamline and automate I am sorry I didn't try it before. It worked great!

Looks good. All they need to work on is the sent items list. Each mail sent is shown in the sent list. For example if I send 1000 mails through Gmass. All 1000 mails are shown in the sent list instead of a single mail. This is a big thing they need to work on. @ Ajay hope you are doing it. I am reducing a star for it.

GMass definitely takes the cake with how well it integrates into Google's Gmail API and ensures that emails are delivered. I have tried a number of different add-ons, apps, for emails, but GMass definitely takes the cake. Despite the fact that GMass has the lowest delivery statistics out of all Gmail AddOns, the configurability is amazing as well.
I have been using GMass from last 2 months. The main features I like the most are the easy interface, flexible plans, using own SMTP and getting best deliverability. You can easily customize your email to make it personalize for every recipient of your list.

I've used all sorts of different kinds of mail campaign mass mailers and GMASS does it the most reliable and receivable way as it integrates with GMAIL API a lot better than all the other email tracking add on's for GMAIL.

I was looking for a stable mailing extension for a long time, it's really crucial for me to track what's really happening with my mails & so on. "Thank Goodness", Gmass just did the job extensively! You have my respect!
GMass is great because unlike other tools which connect to Google's SMTP servers, it hooks directly into GMail's interface. What this means practically is that you can send waaaaaaaaay more emails, with higher inbox rate than any other tool. Also the fact that the emails are "raw", without any unsubscribe links makes the email so much more authentic. I used MailShake, but I think I will switch to GMass solely because it's so convenient and efficient at what it does. What other service allows you to send ~1K emails per day with no restriction? Few, and certainly not at this price point. Get this if cold emailing is part of your biz.

Super easy to integrate and use. I like it. For me it's not that cheap since you need to pay for each e-mail adress. But then again i am satisfied.

This extension is amazing. So much better than services like mailchimp because it allows more personalized outreach. I love how Gmass looks like an actual email leading to higher open rates. The auto follow up function is also so helpful and has been a game changer for my business. Only thing that I would say needs to be improved is sometimes it will randomly sign me out and it's kind of difficult to get it to show up again on my email. So that part is kind of annoying. But when it works, it's great!

If only I knew about this tool sooner!!! It's much cheaper than traditional CRM tools and allows you to send bulk personalized messages sourced from a spreadsheet (my favorite). Thank god they don't add a CTA at the end of every email like the competition.

Really worth email campaign tool
Great for sending my wedding invites to large groups with ability to test, verify websites, and make sure it is just right before sending to hundreds of people. Found some great tutorials online for adding background colors in html and other functionality.

its a good platform if you have small lists of emails to deliver, it makes very good use of your gmail sending limits, and the results are very accurate, but if you are looking to send large quantity of emails then i think its not that useful as you will have to buy sendgrid or any other smtp sercvice ,and as most smtp providers have there own native emailing or campaigning platforms why would you even buy the subscription here??? if looking to send more then 500 emails per day then its better go for sendgrid,netcore,amazon ses or any other such service.

I was desparate to find a way to email my clients at the same time whithout letting them know its mass emailing. I shoppd several softwares but this is the best among the ones I have tried. The scheduling, sequencing is the best. Although I wish the minimum email for free account limit would be something like 200 per day, or atleast 100 instead of 50.

Just subscribed so can not comment to much on it, but needed a program to send mass emails not necessariily daily but freguently depending on time of year. This appears to be the most cost effective easy to use option for us to use.
It is an intuitive tool, very easy for use! It has numerous functionalities. For recommendation! Just be careful about the daily limit! I ran into a problem because it was constrained to 500 mails a day. There are options for upgrading to 2000, but carefully read the instructions. Support is great!

Makes mass emailing easy, I'm not the most technical person in the world. But this was easy to set up.
This is a great tool for creating decent mail merge / mass email from your gmail inbox, but I think it's a bit unfair that the free version has an autofollowup feature, while the first paid tier doesn't have this feature. It's also a bit expensive for my taste, but it makes up in ease-of-use/convenience.
gmass is great. i like it, and will use it from time to time.....you know what kicks my butt, everything has a subscription cost these days. they add up. i can't afford to have this subscription on top of every other one. hell i have to pay a subscription fee to get the emails that i end up using this service to send them out on.....

I've done my first few email campaigns through Gmass and it has been extremely helpfull and educational, would 100% recommend. Only thing i would like is for times on notifications/ pop-ups and Billing info to be adjusted to my region (NZ) and not USA.

I send out periodically mass emails of 1,500 - 2,000 that I don't want flagged as spam and GMass does just this! Every time I send a mass email, I get an awesome report that tells me how many emails are sent out, how many people clicked on it and where, and how many responses I received! I love sending these results to clients and its a great measure of efficacy of the campaign!

I used it just for the poll feature and that was really helpful for me. I was able to see how many people opened my email, clicked a poll response, which email address responded, etc. My poll went out to 75 emails, 74 people opened it, 65 people clicked on a poll option.... it was a success.

I like the in-depth analytics of each campaign. The fact you can send hundreds of emails through this is so time saving and pretty insane. To the infrequent 1 star reviews about emails going into spam, be sure to follow the introduction email properly and use your own domain, they have an integrated SPAM CHECKER option also to validate your mailbox before you do campaigns by seeing live inboxes they have on the platform to see if it went into spam or inbox. incredible stuff.
Better off with a mass emailer like mailchimp, octopus, etc. Tried gmass with several of my own domains, and gmail accounts. After a while every single email would end up in spam. I even tried just plain text with one link. Again all in spam. Clean list, valid emails. Clean domains. etc. This is just useless. I get better results with alternative email solutions.

Tried it with my other business for a while before trying my other and it worked great. To be honest if there is any problem it's a G-mail thing and not a Gmass thing. Everything they say they can do, they deliver. I definitely recommend.

I am in Love with the GMass tool. I tried multiple other tools but GMass is so easy with G-Suite that grab my attention to buy the premium solution. My Sales Team is not able to reach out the Key people in our industry but with Gmass our team got so many appointments. Thanks to GMass.

I used several times, it is very easy to use, just with one click and it will manage everything itself. but this time they bring a lot features more which is most helpful and never do worry for reminding or checking just make it and send it then they will manage it their self. i would recommend to try.
I really love GMASS - it is a great tool that allows me to do so much with Email. I rate it only 4 stars for two reasons - possibly neither of which is their fault! 1st - even though I only signed up for one Gmail account, I can't limit the installation to that gmail account - because it's in my browser, every time I open another gmail account, I'm confronted with a request to use it there - and of course I can't, because... its registered to one account! and 2 - Gmail's functionality compared to Outlook means I need a lot more tools to use it as much as I would like, so I never have as much use for the subscription as I could. AND, other products to make Gmail more functional are separate expenses. It might be nice to have a bundled product (like a suite?) to make this work better.

I sent out an email blast and then added follow-up sequences. The plan was to send 1 email only but then happily discovered I can do follow ups so did those as well. I was happy that I was able to include these follow ups based on who opened, replied etc. The software did what I wanted but I think it can definitely be more user friendly or a more modern easy to navigate user interface. There is too much written text giving instructions. So in order to figure out certain things I had a lot of reading to do.

I was surprised at how simple it was to use and setup. I'm used to using Outlook in conjunction with Word to send mass emails and the setup is ridiculously stupid for such a legacy software. Gmass was so simple I thought i was missing something. Big shoutout to Ajay! this has become my favorite Gmail addon.

As an independant artist I can't believe how much easier GMASS has made my life when sending out mass personalised emails. The best features, for me, is that it gets rid of duplicate email addresses, so I never send the same person the same press release twice by mistake and it tracks who has opened the email and even who has clicked the links. The price is well worth the hours saved!

GMass is a great tool for sending mass email communications. I have used GMass multiple times to send mass emails on behalf of a non-profit organization. It is very easy to send a mass email communication using a google sheet. GMass notifies you of emails that bounced back. Also, I enjoy using the analytic tools, the analytics include bounced emails, opened, unopened, replies, timestamps, etc. The first time I used GMass it was a little bit overwhelming, I think the training tools/guides can be made simpler, that is the only reason my rating is 4 stars.

I have just started to use GMASS, as I need a system that could help me send 100's of emails at a time & keep me informed of opens etc.,... Its great for sending 100's of marketing emails at once as the receiver would think it was only them receiving the email. Works very well still trying all the system features but very impressed.
I love gmass because it allows me to contact 300 schools at once to offer my yoga classes regularly every month, time saver and with options to set up follow ups i can just sit at home and have gmass do the job for me.

I've used Gmass on multiple occasions and have always found it to be very easy to use and a fantastic and low-cost way to communicate with my lists directly from Gmail. Sometimes, the big email blast products are the way to go, but oftentimes it's better to send directly from gmail using Gmass.

I heard about Gmass about 1 year ago and I have been constantly using it. It has turned out to be a fantastic tool which has helped me automate my whole email marketing process. I started using it just to warm up my domain previously but looking at the efficiency I decided to give it a try for email marketing automation as well and guess what, it's been a saviour! I highly recommend people to try out their extension, even the free version is so good that I used it for almost a year before buying it since I had to scale otherwise their free version was performing great. There's just one thing which I feel can be improved is the UX which feels a bit confusing in the beginning since it's an extension. Rest works great for me!

I am really excited to give gmass a try. I have spent countless hours on microsoft office 365 mail merge and exchange accounts trying to figure out what the problem is and why its not working to expectations. The things that are interesting about gmass is the automatic click through report, quick support to ask question and email verification tool. Much easier then office 365.
I've used several email automation tools -- both stand alone and chrome extensions -- and Gmass is my favorite. The pricing is very competitive and it has tons of features, most of which are available in the free version if you're not ready to commit. My only gripe is that, because its built on Gmail, the UX isn't very polished.

It saves a lot of time. When I intalled the extension the first time I thought it would be a difficult tool, but just reading a couple of their blog posts I was quickly hooked. It's simple and works with gmail, so it's great to not have to link domains etc with another "new platform" in order to have corportate email. Also the functions are so usefull. I love this tool cause allows really personalized emails if you make an effort on the quality of your recipient list, and automate the tests A/B is really great. Hope you keep improving it!!!

I found this tool and compared it to other email marketing tools and GMASS is an absolute game changer if you're focusing on cold email campaigns. Follow up integration would be great for the first tier of pricing but I've made my workflow so much more efficient with the first tier anyways. I have been using this since founder started branding it. And this founder, the dev, is extraordinary. Gmass before allowed you to regex profile your inbox and to automate any communication with customers, suppliers, girlfriends lol. Now this profiling feature is not available anymore I imagine because of gmails security considerations, but nevertheless, this tool is so powerful it can make you a prime minister of a small country in less than 3 months, if you want. Seriously! Just pure intelligence and automation and some SMTP magic!

I discovered GMass when I was wanting to send multiple emails at once for my husbands small business. I have used it numerous times for him and then I recently realized it would be a perfect was to send out mass emails for our wedding notifications. I have no trouble using it and it is perfectly embedded into gmail so it is even easier to use.

I just started using GMass and so far I'm super impressed and happy with it. It requires a basic level of tech-savviness but nothing crazy and I love that I can write normal emails from my usual account and interface. I especially love the integration with google sheets. I have google forms on my business website the populate google sheets and now I don't have to do any additional steps and they are automatically on our emails list. I did the SMTP integration with SendGrid and I'm curious to see how it works as our contact list grows, but so far so good!

Great application. I used to use other applications for my email marketing, but was always getting blocked few days after use for no reason. But this, application is amazing. It even verifies all your email addresses before sending , wow! This is a game changer .

Great starter mass email tool, I really enjoy using it since its easy to use, and simple.
Extremely feature-rich and powerful for a tool that lives entirely within Gmail. That strength however is also its weakness, as the way you manage campaigns, opt-out lists, etc is very counterintuitive and feels like you're about to accidentally send hundreds of duplicate emails to your leads. If that campaign administration work was moved out of the drafts folder and into the standalone dashboard, the app would be not only powerful but also much easier to use.

I've been using Gmass to send out secret santa assignments for our neighborhood dog gift exchange for four years now and it's great! I use Google forms to collect response, randomize the assignments and then use Gmass to send the emails. I like that it works within the Google suite (I was used to mailmerges in outlook/MS word, but this works very much similarly) There's an occasional glitch (this year it missed sending one email so I had to send one of the 77 emails manually), but otherwise great! The free version only allows 50 emails at a time, so I have to subscribe once a year to get it done. Also beware - if you send the test email, that counts towards your 50 emails for free. That's messed me up in the past in years when our list was shorter!
Been using it for a few years now, this is one of the best tools for gmail out there. no issues with browsers and or platforms.

This was an amazing find after having my email account locked up for 72 hours for sending way too many work emails. It does everything as described and is very user friendly. It has assisted with streamlining my email notices to clients and staff and have a more personable approach. I am using this with a Gmail acct. I did encounter the described issue of hitting the Gmail Max Daily emails as I was distributing documents to well over 550+ personnel every night. While it has a great troubleshoot answer to assist with fixing it, I'm not technologically savvy to be able to set up the SMTP service. If there was an add-on to have someone from GMass set up this service, I would purchase/use it in a heartbeat!

Gmass is the most powerful and productive tool on the market right now. Believe me, it's so damn powerful the only you'll regret about is not finding out about it 6 months ago. Before writing this email, I waited for my auto-follow-up emails to be sent first. And we finally found the perfect email platform for our campaign—the thing I loved the most: The auto-follow-up. I was initially scared with this one because it might not identify all replies. But it worked out, and I double-checked the follow-ups, and everything is correct. The second is that it is straightforward to use. And third, the free account warm-up. I did ask their customer support if I could execute my campaign while warming up the account. And they said that they do recommend it to avoid emails going to the spam folder. I highly recommend Gmass!

I have been using Gmass for 3 weeks already. It's a useful tool for me. I found Gmass by searching warm-up tools on Google. This functions works fine for my corporate mail. But my ordinary gmails started to send spam warmup mails after 5 days from starting. Also, I like Gmass for the opportunity to send personal emails. Before using such tool, I was sending one by one mail with my hands. It's was horrible. Thank you for such a great tool that helps to ease work for people all over the world.
