Downloaded on my Chromebook as an extension to merge my Google Drive company credit card receipts, it does that with ease and has presented me with no problems so far. Unable to fault so will continue to use until there are!
The progress bar showing the merging doesn't show up well and I can't tell anything is happening. It never seems to get "done." Ads are popping up everywhere it is also hard to find the key buttons, like Select, when you are selecting files.
apparently I must have wavebrowser loaded to use this? Uninstalled, did not work out of the gate. And, to have a new browser take over; not cool.

Doesn't work
Download was easy - program did not work, deleted off my system.
Better than the other "free" options (which are NOT free, turns out). The instructions are a little spare but with simple trial and error works just fine. Did I mention it really is free? Very big files and lots of files can make it choke but don't over stuff it and it works like a champ.

This is the app that does exactly what it says it does for exactly the cost they say (free). It is easy and quick. I would actually pay for it now that I see how it works.

Doesn't merge files which is what I was looking for. Merging PDF files is utterly useless.

Utter foulness: They turn every new tab you try to open in Chrome into their page. They add a bunch of other extensions without your permission. I added the extension again just to be able to write this review. I will delete it immediately.

This extension is what I categorize as an essential tool. It is very easy to use, and it does not require a password entry to extract your files from the very computer on which you are currently working. This is soooo much better than another PDF-merge download that touts local pdf processing (on your very own computer) but then requires cookie management and password entry. [Sounds strange!] This is the pdf-merge extension to get.
