purr good asf new tab page + allows you to choose a custom background. theres a lot of customizations you can make so that your home page suits your needs
It would be perfect if I could add a site to the blacklist so that dark mode does not apply specifically on it, I propose that instead of "Apply on all sites" it should be "Add to black list", much more convenient than applying dark mode for each site, especially if it is not applied for all sites. But overall, it's the best Dark Mode I've found on the net. Thanks to Developer.

Had to disable / remove...it kept trying to kill my New Tab page!?...
So good... but need some improvements. Need to set a custom image for a website shortcut in the new tab. ❌ Bug when (Hide) tiles and (Show) tiles them again!!! ??? I absolutely love this extension, the dark mode is almost identical to mobile dark mode! But I really wish I could disable the special new tab, I already had the default new tab in dark mode, chrome let's you do that.

Worked okay at best, but I am uninstalling ONLY because it forces you to use a different search engine. Even when set to Google/Bing/DDG/Etc, you're sent through a sketchy redirect before being shown your search. No thanks.
I loved it, specially for Gmail, Thanks a lot bro, I have a problem in my eyes with white light, this have saved my time from minimizing and maximizing windows the whole day.

another new start page ruined by the dev using site-shot or other website API, they don't work half the time and are garbage, just put a inbuild website preview generator that works.

Works great on Mirosoft Live.com apps like Outlook, OneNote, Word, etc. (I also have Lunar Reader as an alternative.) I use Dark Reader on Evernote. Also on Liquipedia.net.

there are some bug... you should fix it...
So far, I like this extension. I used Fast Dial for many years, and this is the closest replacement I've seen. What I don't like about it is that it seemingly pulled the default sites randomly from stuff I used earlier today, but nothing from my main bookmarks. I would love to see a little more in the management aspects similar to the old Fast Dial. Love the dark theme very much though. ;)
I love the option to speed dial my sites that I visit most often. What would truly make this super is the option to save my speed dial to get it back how it was the last time I left it in case my windows crashed & reinstall speed dial with a login to restore it as I had it. I would give it a 5 ***** Star if it can be done.
Tiles randomly disappear after 10 seconds. Might be a bug
Will change what search engine you use, and not allow you to use any other. Will insist on a dark theme but not change fonts to match. Utterly worthless, and a waste of time. Cannot change settings within the app.
Very classy and clean design, not a lot of extra bloat. However not being able to use whichever search I want is a no go. Add duckduckgo at the very least please.
Good plugin. Cool and neat designs, but WHO IN THE WORLD still uses YAHOO search engine??? Would give 5 stars if there's an option to use Google as the default search engine. That would make this plugin truly great.
I feel like this extension could be great if it didn't change the default search engine and blocked it. It's actually makes researches annoying since I don't have an easy auto-completion from other search engines. It isn't written anywhere that you suddenly has to use 'DarkSearch' of all the thing and it's an actual abuse from the extension to not allow any changes.

I want to love this product, but right now it's constantly giving me pop-ups saying "Hey! The latest version of Dark New Tab is installed. The new tab might load slowly only the first time after update." It does this every time I open Chrome for the first time. It then does it again the first time I search for something using the address bar. The second time I'm able to click the "prevent this page from showing additional dialogs" check box (which isn't available on the first popup when Chrome opens). After that everything seems fine...until I close Chrome and open it again, then it all starts over. I'm willing to wait this out for a couple of days hoping for a fix, and if one comes I'll update my review. But before too long I'll just have to uninstall. :(
