I love crankwheel and the ability to share my screen with 1 click of a link through text message! There's been multiple times that crankwheel has helped me earn business because the client was skeptical about giving private information. Once I did a screenshare and was showing them why I needed their info, they felt comfortable enough to proceed. Their price is beyond reasonable and worth it!

I bought Crankwheel back in 2017, and just recently purchased it again for use with my company. I can honestly say it is one of the best investments I have ever made. It is extremely easy to use, with no software required for the viewer and minimal bandwidth requirements. This means that no matter who I'm sharing my screen with, they don't have to worry about setting up software or having a solid internet connection. The support is also fantastic. Whenever I have a question or problem, the team is always quick to respond and offer assistance. Additionally, the team is constantly adding new features, making it even better than before. I'm so thankful for this product - it's made my job a lot easier. Instead of relying on MS Teams, which requires a lot of setup and can be confusing for users with little computer experience, I can share my screen quickly and easily with Crankwheel. It's a huge time saver, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a screen sharing solution.

CrankWheel is a must for screen sharing data with my clients. It offers security and privacy for users who are uncomfortable with zoom or other platforms, but need to visually see the data firsthand. The operational aspect is very strong with very little to no interruptions in live communication. Love this product! (Be sure to get the annual plan to save money!)

I've used Crankwheel now with two different companies. Most importantly, I know for a fact that this helps with Sales conversion. Using Crankwheel can massively shift the conversation, especially on cold calls. The reliability has been excellent and it's extremely easy to use. We've used Crankwheel to gain a number of new customers that just wouldn't have been able to sign-up without our ability to easily and quickly screenshare. For most people, once you've used it a few times you're good to go, very little training or setup required. Highly recommend especially since you're not tied into a minimum term contract.

Crankwheel is a great option to connect with clients. Gives clients the ability to view products and feel in control of their device still. Clear connection no matter via text or emailed link. Would recommend as a solution to non face to face sales.

Crankwheel has a simple and straightforward UI but the tool is awesome. Most of the other tools in this space are a pain to use, and/or fail at the wrong time. Crank just works. If you ever need to share your screen, especially if you are in sales, then you need to at least try Crankwheel. You won't be disappointed.

This is by far the easiest way to connect with clients when you need to review documents, multiple web pages, provide tutorials, process applications or any screen sharing needs. It is quick, easy for any user to navigate and efficient. In addition, the customer service team is top notch!

I only have limited experience with Crankwheel, as my main use case was to allow remote control of my screen in order to perform a remote usability test, and unfortunately this isn't currently possible on Mac, but the concept of allowing the viewer to have a session with the presenter with no need to open any sort of account or login is great. When it's available for Mac, I shall be a disciple.

I've used this system for almost half a year now and it has truly made the whole process of how I do business a lot easier and consumer friendly. But truly, the customer service is unmatched in the responsiveness category! They're a company that truly works hard to keep their clients happy!

It is a very easy tool to give someone on the other line a visual of what it is that you are trying to show them/explain. Way better than only trying to explain everything over the phone.

Crankwheel was extremely easy to setup and start using right away. I'm using it to display sites like Miro boards because I can limit the interactivity that is a problem sharing a URL. Fantastic for webinars as well...I can show a presentation and an inserted webcam view! I like the extra effort they made to ease the time and effort to launch it. When you're getting ready for a webinar, you're dealing with 100 things and having each of those go smoothly is very valuable.

Nearly Instant Access to Screen Sharing - It's so much easier to quickly set up a screen share, on demand and very flexible, either by email, link, txt message, or giving them the extension. I had one technical problem recently and the help desk provided a solution quickly and I was up and running again in no time.

I have used this service for a while now (over 12 months) I find it simple. I have been using it before the pandemic and stuck with it. The biggest endorsement is with all of the new platforms out there--teams, zoom, I find no reason to switch, and no one I use it with has had an issue when we share.

I needed to share screen to one of my client. I decided to try CrankWheel Screen Sharing (CWSS). The CWSS was working perfectly, and I could install CWSS while talking to the costumer, yes that was so easy, I can recommend this CWSS.

This is a simple, easy to use robust and rock solid application that is the next best thing to being there! While I like doing in-person presentations; with the time I use driving back and forth, I can do two CrankWheel presentations. And on the off chance that I get ghosted on CrankWheel - water off a duck's back! I very highly recommend that at least you try it - what have you got to lose?

CrankWheel is awesome! I use this on a trading floor to occasionally have a live screen sharing session of my positions with other traders I work with -- have never really run into any problems. Easy to setup and get going! Definitely recommend for any screen-sharing use case.

Not only can this extension screen mirror tabs on the chrome browser, but it can also screen mirror other programs that are open on the computer. It works very well.

I've been using Crankwheel for over a month now and am very pleased with it. It is easy to set up and requires no software installation by the other party. This is a big plus over other screen sharing programs. The quality of the video is excellent. My only wish is that it could have an integrated voice capability (not a call in to a fixed line number), although I have worked around this by using WhatsApp voice. Overall a great product and highly recommended!

I'm a website designer and like to train my customers after a site is done on how to edit their site. I was looking for a free way to do this, since I only do this once a month or so. Crankwheel met the challenge. It works great, and it's free! The fact that the customer does not have to download anything, and just has to click a link is a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Crankwheel is awesome. I manage a remote team across multiple time zone in multiple countries. Chat and phone conversations work great, but sometimes you just have to jump on a screen and share it. Crankwheel is perfect for this. I don't have to share a link because we have a custom one set up that works every time. We stay on the phone together and it's seamless. It's a simple install for team members and has very low Chrome resource overhead so it's always ready to go. Give it a try! You won't regret it!
