UI is just.......... what the hell

the UI was so confusing, I expected a slider to use, turn out I have to open the extension popup, then use the arrow key to control the volume. And this extension modify global volume which I don't need, I wish it modify individual tab instead.

i wanted to use it 4 microsoft team but seems not to work...

It stopped working with YouTube

This worked as advertised until the last Chrome update. Now the slider knob is gone, the volume always says it is on 10% and all it can do is mute the tab.

Excellent volume crontrol, exctly what I was looking for with the YouTube, which has this tiny ittle volume indicator and so fussy to adjust. With the progam her it gives a full sized slider that is easy to see and operate. Wish I had found this years ago. Rgds and good luck to dev.

No matter how much I increased or decreased the volume, it didn't change at all. Just seems like an extension only there for looks, doesn't actually do anything.

Working amazingly. I love it. Has a toggle for whether to modify youtube or not, which is super nice.

Works as described - keeps the last set volume on videos. Could not get the keyboard shortcuts working, though.

Didn't change the volume at all for me. I tried restarting Chrome. Am using other extensions if these could be interfering? I have Adblock, Onetab, and a few others but I don't think any of them would do anything.

Interface is nicer than alternative. Doesn't seem to work with the extension DevTab, maybe because Chrome doesn't register that the extension is playing sound (no sound icon on tab). This was what I needed this extension for. Did not extensively test.

It is an excellent extension that does what it says. There is one small problem though, there are sites that play video on mute by default. In those sites this extension causes the silent video to have sound. Can you look into that please?

Works mostly as described. Controls volume level when opening a new tab where the page has audio ... however, the control is not immediate. For a fraction of a second the volume is at full level and then gets lowered to my preset. So get I a loud blast that is immediately squelched; however, it is the blast of loud audio that I was trying to avoid having to dash around the page looking for a volume control. I will keep this extension but will have to go back to using the MuteTab extension. Then I can load a web page without a blast of loud audio (that gets quickly but not instantly squelched).

Does what it says, locks my browser volume to how low I'd like it to be so media on any website I visit wouldn't blast loud noise at me unexpectedly. Has the most simplistic user interface that's easy to use and runs smoothly.

NO VOLUME INCREASE

Works well at first then I have re-install it several times, basically every time I start a new video.

Works great! It prevents Youtube from automatically raising and controlling my volume while I'm watching videos.

Doesn't actually lower the volume of single tabs. The volume is changed for ALL tabs.

Refreshed page. Works right out of the box. Why Google hasn't incorporated this as a default feature is beyond me.

I have searched high and low for anything at all to lower the default volume on facebook. Finally! small and effective, I'll be using this from now on.

Exactly what I need. Clean and easy to use. I use it myself for controlling the volume on the Overcast (podcast) website.
