This works great! I was an AuctionTamer user for almost 20 years, but it's no longer supported, yet you need to pay by the month/year to use it. One of the biggest features I miss about it is my ability to go though the list of purchases. Sometimes I want to know the name of that thing I bought 18 months ago. Ebay doesn't save this, or at least I THOUGHT they didn't. This brought up my tranasctions from 2 years ago! I still miss the integated list of AuctionTamer, but this is an acceptable substitute.
This app saved me sooooooo much time so I donated $10. Keep it up greencoder!!!
Good extension. Could you get it to include order quantity?
LAST YEAR SELECTION DOES NOT WORK!
Getting similar issues to other users when selecting 'last year' I am only seeing six random transactions over 7 months rather than potentially 100 transactions ...
Amazingly simply extension. Allowed me to download all transactions for the last two years to help me with my tax accounting. Nice work!
I used it in the spring of 2022 and it worked great. I just tried to use it today (Jan2023) and it doesn't work. In eBay, I'm on the Purchases page with "See orders from 2022" selected. There should be 80+ items downloaded according to what I can see on eBay. When I select "Last Year" in the extension, all I get is an Excel file with a heading line. If I select "Last 60 Days" or "Current Year" in the extension, I get just two entries and they are items that haven't been delivered yet. When I select "Two Years Ago" in the extension, I get what appears to be the history of 2021 but only from January to mid-September. I'm running version 2.9 of the extension.
Good job, need to use on main ebay page.
Worked great!! I can't believe ebay doesnt have this feature. Saved me a bunch of time!!
Lots of potential, but missing some key features in my opinion. Most importanly, it needs to download all items with there own line items. See how ebay generates it's order reports for a good example, or I can send you a screenshot if you'd like. Also, the Canadian site doesn't work. Also, please optimize for income tax purposes :) Thanks, -Fae
NOT viable... does NOT download individual items from purchases that were COMBINED on one order/ shipment.
This extension looks really useful, but I'm unable to get it to download anything. When I click the Download button, nothing happens. This behaviour is the same in Chrome, Chromium & Opera browsers, all latest versions.
Doesn't work with Ebay AU.
Awesome app. Very happy with it. But it only worked once for me. As of today, I am not able to download any of the selections on any eBay page allowing the extension full access. I will try again later. This is the first extension I've found that is actually well thought out and very useful. Need one for amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
Good extension, Just cant figure out how to download purchase history from the previous year and year before that. I have "2021" selected on the page and "last year" on the extension, yet nothing happens. Anyone find a solution for this?
Hi, I have upgraded the app but for some reason it will only download some of the 2022 transactions. I have tried to go to another page and then download it again but it won't work. Any ideas on how I can fix this.
cant download history if user has too many transactions for some reason. but still a great tool tho
having an issue, will work for current year and last 60 days but getting this: Extension: Ebay Purchase History Downloader: DETECTED DATE VM307:38 date elem VM307:39 LAST_YEAR VM307:120 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '1') at processAllItemsForAPage (<anonymous>:120:113) at downloadListing (<anonymous>:95:17)
Really helpful and it is what it advertises. 100% recommend!
Worked very well make sure when on your ebay page the history tab is set and to pick up a whole year you may need to download the first half then change the page view counter to see more then redownload
good tool but it took me a few minutes to make it work though.
This app isn't working? after clicking purchase history download button, nothing happens?? (Chrome)
you are a legend, downloaded and using it within 5 minutes, works brilliant, LOOK FOR THE PUZZLE PIECE TOP RIGHT OF YOUR SCREEN PEOPLE, ITS EASSSYYYYYYY
Amazing Extension! I tried to download my PayPal transaction history, but it wouldn't show any item details for eBay "Express Checkout" items, which was not an issue in 2020. When I tried to match up my eBay purchase history with Paypal, I discovered that some of my eBay purchases were directly to a credit card, meaning that a PayPal purchase history wouldn't help me at all with those. This extension saved me a LOT of time and misery. THANK YOU!!!
This add-on is a GODSEND. First of all, yes it does work, even with eBay's updated interface (as of this writing, March 2022). It has saved me SO MUCH TIME from having to type out all the info and keep track of my expenditures on eBay. Yes, eBay DOES have a "request your data" feature, but it literally takes DAYS for them to process your request, and it doesn't have as much info as this add-on gives -- and this add-on only takes SECONDS to do its job. Sometimes it doesn't work and nothing happens when I click the app icon in the Chrome toolbar. But that's fixed by simply refreshing the "Your Purchases" page and then setting the filter from "60 days" to a year (such as 2022). Then it works -- with a caveat. This is probably a limitation of eBay, but eBay only shows a few dozen items per page, and splits things up into multiple pages. The add-on can grab things from the first 6 or 7 pages, then stops. Here's a solution that works for me: First I found it best to set the filter to "filter by year" so for example set to 2022. Then on page 1, run the History Downloader app and save the first file and call it "segment 1" or similar. Then go a few pages in, like to page 4. Run it again. Save as "segment 2". Repeat. I found that even though it gets pages 1-7, if I jump to page 7 it misses a lot of stuff. So I go every 4 pages to be safe. There WILL be overlap between segments, but that's okay, and I'll explain how to fix that. You'll now have several "segment" files. Go through each and copy and paste all the data into a single spreadsheet. Then, most spreadsheet software has a feature to remove duplicates. Google Sheets has it under "Data drop down menu" -> Data Cleanup" > "Remove Duplicates". Excel has something similar. Just read up how to do it on your spreadsheet software of choice, and have it analyze the "Item ID" column. All those rows with overlapping duplicates will be wiped out -- usually the first instance of it appearing from top to bottom will be kept, and all the duplicates after it are the ones removed. Congrats, now you have a single file with ALL your stuff together. You can then continue to every so often do another export from Page 1 on eBay, save it as a temp file, and then add the new rows to the bottom of your main file. You can even just paste it all and do another "remove duplicates" so you don't have to check every row to see what's already been saved. I then took it a step further. I added a bunch of formulas and extra cells that do the following: - Makes the Item number a clickable link to the item on eBay - Makes the Order number a clickable link to the order on eBay - Makes the seller's name a clickable link to the seller on eBay - Using the Item cost and the Order Total, I was able to reverse-calculate the following for each item: --- Shipping cost per item (number of items in an order divided by shipping cost for the order) --- Tax charged per item if a domestic order (my state tax rate X item price) --- Tax charged per item if an international order (item price + shipping added together, THEN X state tax rate) --- Each item's subtotal: price + shipping portion + tax - how much shipping total was charged for the whole order - how much tax was charged for the total order (depending on international or domestic) - and some other stuff. Works great for me. I can share how I did this if anyone's curious. Maybe I'll make a template file people can copy. I'll reply to this review if I do that with a link to the Google Sheet template. :) I hope this helps you, and maybe some others who happen to read this! :)
Works perfect to get my 2021 purchase summary.
For those who also had trouble downloading the file, I had the same issue at first. It appears that once you apply a filter the extension does not recognize the new filter and also fails to create the file (the extension always says the "Last 60 Days" even after providing a filter). My solution that seemed to make it work is first navigate to the orders page and make your filter selection. Then do a page refresh. Then when you click on the extension it recognizes the year long filter and when you click on the download it does actually create the file and save it to your downloads folder. Hope this helps someone.
I can only get it to download the first 7 pages, but I have 25 pages of results.
Hi I was using this extension and it was working fine. I just updated my Mac to the next update and it has now stopped working. What are the google chrome settings that I need to fix to get it working again. Thanks so much this is a great tool.
Works great! It seems obvious that this should already be a default feature in Ebay.
Does exactly what I need it to do. Thank you very much!
Thank you for the great extension but please solve the issues... 1.) Download button not working as of 24/08/21 2.) Order total value populates in front of each item if bought from the same seller e.g: ItemName ItemPrice Order Total Sim Tool £4.02 £14.74 Sim Tool £2.68 £14.74 Sim Tool £2.68 £14.74 Sim Tool £2.68 £14.74
Works great gives me the whole year , this is something I've been looking for for years . Had no problems I guess the fix worked , Thanks
Love this but would love to see one that also shows things that have been added to listed pricing. For example, the listed pricing shows $145 but does not show added tax or postage costs - that only is shown when I click Order Details, and the excel export only shows the listed price.
Not working as of 30/3/21
Like others, I could not see the download. I disabled security in Chrome, as well as the antivirus software on my PC (not recommended), but it still didn't work. Hope you get the bugs worked out. Thanks.
Does not work, i hope this not a malware scam.
Dont know where or if it is saving the report to. I click the button and then the dialog box goes away and nothing happens.
This is a very nice extension that creates a nicely formatted tight download of different purchase history pages. Super easy to use and gave me what I need. 5 stars BABY!
Does not work. Click "Download Purchase History for The Last 60 Days" nothing happen. Don't see the export file anywhere.
Does not work. It detects 60 days or 2020 but when I click the button to download the purchase history the extension closes and nothing happens. Can this be fixed?
Worked exactly as designed. Thank you!
This does exactly what I wish eBay had built in. You go to the purchase history page, you select the time frame (last 60 days, 2020, 2019, etc), press the extensions icon and press download. It puts it in a nice and neat excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet includes: OrderDate, ItemID, PrivateNote, Seller, SellerRating%, Title, ShippedDate, QtyPurchased, ShippingCost, ShippingType, TotalPrice, ShipTrackingNums, and TransDetailsURL. I will be using this to do my totals each month. Thank you to the developer for this awesome tool.
