THANK YOU!! I forgot to sent an important fax before I left work, and I was panicking trying to figure out how to get it faxed without having to drive all the way back. Found this extension and took a picture of the paper and uploaded it, and it sent in about 5 min! Called and confirmed that the fax got sent over ok and they received it no problem!

Needed a way to send fax from computer without worrying about fax modem or driver, and Fax.Plus is doing the job for me.

I use this online fax service all the time to send invoices, purchase orders, contracts. However, this tiny Google fax extension helps me accessing my faxes faster and easier.

Same as others, says you get 10 free pages. Could not send my faxes. Sent partial fax - 2 pages, and then said no more free pages. Would not recommend.

Had the same problem as other users around a partial failure error followed by then having insufficient credit to resend the fax. Not sure why failed pages count toward the free total. Seems like a bait and switch maneuver and definitely not paying to use this service if it doesn't work.

Is anyone else put off by the near identical reviews? They are all 'this is the best fax extension". This doesn't make me feel good about this service. Uninstalling it.

Useless. No matter what you pay for you can't send more than 30 pages at a time.

PoS app promised ten free pages, but failed to send (said no fax detected, ) so I double check everything, try it again and now it wants me to pay for credits... it never used my 10 free pages, but still wants me to pay for more. BAIT AND SWITCH POS

My doctor only accepted authorization letters by fax, so I used this extension. It took a bit long (roughly one minute) for my fax to be sent out. But the quality of the sent fax was very good considering the fact that the file uploaded was a large image in PDF format. Overall very happy with the experience, specially that it costed me nothing. I just needed to send like 7 pages to my school over a fax and I saw this extension. I didn't want to spend money or anything so this was perfect for just sending one fax. It is very easy to use but the first time the fax didn't go through but then I hit resend and it went through the second time. Make sure you watch the progress of it to make sure it fully sends.

At first, I wan't too sure about using this fax extension. So, I just signed up and started using the free credit. The service seemed to be working fine and the delivery confirmation helped me know about the status of my fax. My experience was so good that I upgraded my plan and I'm now using FAX.PLUS as my default fax service.

When I tried to send a fax for the first time, I got a message "Insufficient credit", so I had to pay. Then, several attempts to send the fax failed with "No fax detected" message. I am not sure does the fax machine on the other party work or not, but the result is: I lost the money, but did not achieve anything from FAX.PLUS side. My attempt to send the fax was an emergency. I asked them to redeem the fund, they refused, I asked to remove my account from their database and return the rest of the money, no answer. Very sluggish support, you have to write many messages, before you get at least one in response.

Such a handy extension to send fax right from Chrome. I also liked the email notifying me about the status of send faxes.

Works fine, but what is the free limit? It's not 10 pages. I tried to send 4 pages but number busy - does that count? Second attempt the fax went but now I'm told I have no remaining pages. So I've used either 4 or 8 pages - not 10!
