Please check Credentials, Endpoint URL and Token both are required not sure what that message is and didn't find any help any where to fix this issue

Icon to import is not showing up on the product pages anymore. I have contacted them and they haven't been able to help me. Someone else that has this app told me its not working for them either. Please fix it or refund us our money!
