I currently use this extension on Brave browser. I love it Today (a few minutes ago) though, I received a "Privacy Error" (Brave) after clicking on an article from a search engine. Brave Message: "wiki2.org normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Brave tried to connect to wiki2.org this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be wiki2.org, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Brave stopped the connection before any data was exchanged. You cannot visit wiki2.org right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later." Sorry for the lengthy post.
Tbh, the design is far better for reading than the original Wiki page but the navigation is still familiar, which is great!

Haven't anyone heard of WikiWand? I just heard of this extension (WIKI2) today - 14th April 2020. I have been using WikiWand extension since forever. WIKI2 claims that Wikipedia is old-fashioned and sore to the eyes but WikiWand has already handled this problem for quite some time. Sleek and claim itself "Wikipedia Modernized". I think WikiWand is better
Does anyone know how to get Chrome/Brave/Whatever to STOP ASKING TO INSTALL THIS IDJIT EXTENSION? Wiki2.org is a website. I don't need a damned extension to use it. Screw off with your pop-ups, Wiki2, I mean STOP IT.
This is a must needed chrome extension if you read wikipedia. Gives a fresh look.

I can't live without it. Looks great, the theme with beige background is much comfortable for long reading sessions than white background. I've tried other extensions that "redesign" wikipedia, but nothing looks as smooth.

It's a website that feeds Wikipedia content through a nice graphic user interface, with a few different colours and textures to choose from. But the bastardized Vitruvian Man logo is an eyesore! The Wikipedia logo should be left intact. Not sure why extension is called "Advanced" as no advanced features were apparent to me.
Nice new design of Wikipedia. I use it every day and almost forgot how the original Wikipedia looks like. There are some useful features like enhancing of images and link to a relevant Youtube video. I put four because some features are missing. For instance, currently only English Wikipedia is supported, so when I search something in other language original Wikipedia is showed, but I can't switch back to advanc.io after that. Anyway nice plugin.
Not sure what this extension does, except taking you to their web site advanc.io which is copy of real Wikipedia site, but redesigned. One does not extension for that. Positive start is yet for that site that looks nice.
