This tool is amazing! There are so many use cases for it - any task that is tedious, repetitive, and follows some clear logic can be made easier using this tool. Once you understand a little bit about how it works, it is easy to customize and update to your needs. Also, Alex is incredibly helpful and thorough when you ask for support. Highly recommend!!

This is literally a story of a game changing piece of software backed up by world,class customer service and support! I stumbled across Axiom, purely by accident, and ever since have been automating my entire work- life! The time this application is saving me is somewhere in the range of 5-10 hours every week, not a small amount of time at all - literally game changing for me and our team! Yaseer and Matt, the people who have reached and to help and support me have been world class - knowledgeable, interested and very fast to respond and resolve any issues! I cannot recommend Axiom enough - thank you for all of your help and keep up the great work!

Axiom exceeds expectations. The user interface is so well designed, it truely is a comprehensive 'no-code' automation solution. It has a relatively quick learning curve, after which time you can create huge time-saving automations within minutes. Do yourself a favour!

I am in awe at how helpful the Axiom team have been. The man I worked with was named Alex, and for a business owner to be so caring for his clients is truly impressive... For context, I was a completely inexperienced user of bots and code, and I emailed the team for some help. Within a few hours Alex had gotten back to me and provided me everything I needed. He even took the time to create a step by step video for me along with a downloadable version of the axiom I was trying to setup. This team is nothing short of amazing, and the Axiom extension has saved my business.

Too hard to use. Even a simple rule runs on cloud and desktop, and the results are different... Don't waste time with this.

I want to start by saying I have never written code or done any programming. I saw axiom online and had a bottleneck at my company that i though the program could fix. I made one using the free version. I wrote into support asking for some help and Alex the cofounder personally made me a video on how to fix it. We went back and forth and he helped me make the exact automation I needed. I am now an axiom Ultimate subscriber! Thee axiom Team will message you back and help fix your issues lightning fast! I truly believe this company will be a new era of how coding is looked at for automating your business.

This application is so sick. Not only that but the cofounder helped me write the script I needed because I really didn't know what I was doing. I am going to try to figure out many different ways to leverage this product! Awesome!

Works very well for what I am trying to accomplish. Great extension with a wide net of capabilities. Documentation is clear and easy to follow tutorials are available on YouTube. Pulling reports, and automatic emailing, etc. 5/5 would recommend!

Hands down the best automation tool out there that is NOT 20K annually plus their team reall get it, they understand people's requirement and use case.. Support is quick and always trying to go beyond to help even if it means compiling a special version just to help you test something out.

This program was exactly what I was looking for! It is easy to figure out how to use it after an hour or two, even with no coding experience. When I had some questions, I emailed the support staff and they provided solutions promptly. Thanks for your help Alex and Axiom :)

its a great extension and after trying it out i wanted to purchase a subscribtion, but i dont have a credit card, is it possible to pay using paypall or just through my bank?

A must have tool for any business owner. Or anyone that has any repetitive task they want to automate. After trying this tool, so many ideas have come to mind. Even though I do not have any experience in coding, Alex, one of the co-founder has helped me a lot through the process. I have already told my friends, and will continue to keep recommending this product. Thank you very much!

can not reset password !!! so hard to use cant use from first time

I had no idea a tool like this existed until around 1.5 months ago. This tool has solved so many of the loose ends Zapier, Make and Airtable automations couldn't quite solve for me. It integrates with Zapier too which is a huge help for someone like me. There is a bit of a learning curve but their documentation is helpful and one of the founders' Alex is more than happy to assist you if you get stuck. Would recommend this any business owner looking to free up their time and reduce repetitive tasks.

One of the better tools I have found this year. I work a lot with automation but this tool really takes the cake for automating tasks that might not be covered by zapier (and it integrates nicely with zapier, which is a MUST). I truly recommend this tool anyone looking scale their business. In the short time using it, it already has solved many of my problems and is already going to save me tons of money in the future. P.S. Alex the founder is great teacher, and the support I got from him made a seemingly impossible task a "walk in the park". The guy gets it.

I've tried a lot of no code bot tools and by far this is the best I've come across. It's very user friendly and their customer support is phenomenal. I've been able to build bots that I normally can't find software for. Truly incredible product and I absolutely love that you can templatize your bots so that you can send it to other people to implement as well. Love, love, love this product! IF you're on the fence, don't be! Get it right now!

Hi, loved the tool, no other tool were able to do my work but this tool did it very quickly and seamlessly.

The tool for me is very easy to use (easier to understand than a tool like Zapier). I have trust in the company because they're London based and have reputable investors from Y Combinator. Also the support has been top notch.

I've been looking for a tool to help me with all the tasks I have that simply are to boring to complete myself. I was introduced to axiom through a friend and I am so glad he did. I love the fact that when the bot posts to my IG or Facebook it doesn't show any companies name or link and it looks 100% from me. This is so critical in posting on social media to keep it genuine. Also the customer support is spot on even as a free trial I have customer video responses back from Alex, who I can tell that he thought about what my needs were and addressed them in his response. I highly recommend you buying the service since it's beyond the basic and sometimes confusing tools that are online.

Great extension, along with great support, while testing it out we hit a snag and emailed their support with a quick video. As promised they gave a personalized video back with all the right information!

Axiom is an amazing tool that I never knew existed and I never knew I needed. I had a very specific question and support emailed me back with the answer and a video on how to automate the exact task I needed for Instagram which put the 2 +2 together on why my coding was not working. All user error. The fact that Axiom provides 2 hours free of trial run time plus Recipes which are premade templates is simply amazing. Awesome tool, awesome service and it just works. Great prices also. Really happy with Axiom AI.

Incredible application with immense potential. Although it can take a little bit of trial and error to get custom recipes to work, when they do the impact is incredible. Over the course of 2-3 weeks we were able to automate away the vast majority of our repetitive tasks, increasing productivity by orders of magnitude. Allows my team to focus on the more enjoyable problems! The whole team at Axiom have been incredibly helpful from the start, guiding our designs & helping us to troubleshoot issues. Customer support via Slack is also a great feature which has come in handy many times. I couldn't recommend Axiom highly enough!

A very promising tool once you learn how to use it, and a great support team to help you get there.

Give us the opportunity to fully test by opening the time limit from a daily 2 hours to something meaningful. Like 30 days. Or refresh the 2 hours each day for 30 days.

I wanted to use this to make automated tweets, isnt that easy, cant figure out how to do it, dont understand how its not already a thing, unless it is, then if it is make it easier to figure out.

I am not a techie or programmer or anything like that, though I know how to do very like excel countif and similar basic tools stuff and I use email templates a lot. I am a sales person-- and a 1/10 on programmer tools. However, I have a database of customers that I need to regularly check against a public website and that mind-numbing task is the bane of my existence. A friend pointed out that a robot could do the work once but I had no idea how to even start going about finding a robot, let alone programing one. I saw Axiom mentioned on Twitter and I figured I'd try it out. I was SHOCKED to realize that even I could figure out how to use the tool and make some simple bots. But the best part, the part that has me floored is the customer service. Because being a total non-programmer I hit some weird snag with the loops and the elements and the techie stuff that I could NOT figure out for the life of me. I decided to email Axiom my situation and NOT ONLY DID THEY FIX MY BOT THEY MADE A PERSONALIZED little video explaining how they did it and where I went wrong. Now I not only have a working tool that automated something that literally used to take me days to do manually but now I have a much firmer understanding of this programing tool and am considering figuring out how I can apply this to other techie problems I have. Way to go Axiom

Love it. Using axiom for market research and parsing lots of typical pages from a number of websites into google sheets - works perfectly and was easy to set up. Moreover, the team is very supportive. They replied with a complete solution to the challenge I had with one of the websites, so email them if you stuck with your automation.

It works but the trial only has 120 minutes of use. I understand you need to make a buck on your product but a trial that refreshed daily would be nice.Handy for annoying some people by making it click a + to display a clown emoji avatar in forum posts. Really fun to trigger people over something so small.

I have always wanted to automate my tasks but most of the bots I have encountered were never able to perform all the jobs. Axiom is absolutely amazing! First of all Alex has helped me so many times, every single bot I built was because he gave me a hand and it's getting easier and easier. If you don't have a bit of time to invest this is not for you if you do this is the best thing you will ever encounter LEGIT!

Axiom was the only tool I could find that was a) easy enough for a non-coder to use, b) drove real time savings in my work, and c) provided enough customer support that when I was stuck I could get quick help. Thank you Axiom!

Excellent. Much better than other solutions I have tried in the past.

I tried other tools that didn't worked well for some of the tasks I wanted to achieve. Axiom has been the only one so far that has been able to manage those tasks. The UI is super simple to use

Hands down best RPA browser tool I've come across that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Been looking for something like this for years and Axiom really is filling a gap. The other ones (robomotion, UI Path, etc.) are targeted to enterprises and really expensive. This one fills an automation gap for websites where APIs are unavailable. Very useful for social media sites with no public API, and is already generating big returns for my business.

Great tech built by great people driving 10x ROI in specific departments in our org.

Having tried many automation/scraping tools, Axiom.ai is by far the best. If you can train a human to do it, you can probably build an Axiom to replace this human and increase the efficiency of this workflow. If you wish to build something complex, there is a small learning curve because you can choose from a wide array of functionality. If you need simply scrape stuff it works out of the box. Very intuitive selection tool. I´m still learning Axiom and the more I play around with it the more ideas I have about what I can do with it. If you want to automate something without spending thousands to tens of thousands of dollars on developers, give Axiom a try first. Also, itś backed by Y-Combinator so you should probably try it only because of that;-)

Amazing tool and support! In 2021, I churned because of several bugs and poor UI. In 2022, I subscribed because of all the improvements. Even though the tool still has its quirks, you can see the team shipping in the right direction. I'm game for Axiom!

good for tech guy. Is there intuitive way to know the effect of each action in my flow? Also, I do not know how you organize the instructions, and always missing after several round back & forward.

not like a well designed product, but a by-product of projects. UI is terrible. Scraping is poor. cannot scraping complete data even in your own tutorial video(google map) Will come back to revise the rate if any improvements in the future

We are a large nonprofit that works with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and are in the process of moving from one electronic health record to another. However, the new product came with a limited set of import tools, so there’s much critical data that we expected we’d have to add manually. We’ve been able to extract data ourselves from the legacy system and into spreadsheets. But the thought of having to hire temporary staff for hundreds of hours to do data entry from those spreadsheets wasn’t appealing for many reasons, including both the cost and the certainty of many resultant data entry errors. We looked at several options and spoke with many consultants about doing this work for us. Axiom was the only solution that allowed us to “do it ourselves”. For a health care organization, it is important that we keep our data confidential, and Axiom didn’t need our data nor access to our software to do the job. Axiom has already proved its worth by automatically entering thousands of immunization records. The support we received to create the first bot was incredible. We are working on the next one and expect to enter about 5,000 contact records later this week. And now that we realize how well Axiom works, we have identified even more uses for moving data electronically into our new system. Ours is a one-time, short-term project, but we use many other software applications with less-than-ideal interoperability, so we will be keeping our eyes open for more opportunities to use Axiom. It took a little time to get acclimated to the Axiom user interface but, with a few tips from the consultant, things became less complex. And we have continued to receive quick responses whenever we get stuck. One thing interesting is that, when the bot runs, we can watch it move from one field to the next and can actually see it type in the data. It’s a very long process depending on how many fields are getting populated. But it’s all machine time--and the data it enters is 100% accurate. How amazing is that! Axiom’s been a lifesaver for us! In my mind, Axiom is currently a 4-star product—only because it isn’t yet fully developed and has required assistance from consultants. But their customer service has been so good that it more than compensates for the need for handholding. And the product has evolved for the better even during the 4-5 weeks that we’ve been using it. For those reasons, I’m giving back the star and rating it with 5. Good job, Axiom!

Incredibly useful and easy to use!

Loved the program, it's designed very well and it took some getting some use to but once you understand what things really do; you can do a lot. Would love to see some more description in the app itself for building your own bot, just give examples or more description on what exactly you can do with that part alone and how it interacts with one another. Have nothing bad to say :)

Hi fellow Axiom users! Today was my second day using this tool all I can say is...Bottastic!!! This tools is very user friendly and the support team is incredible. If you have a manual task that needs to be automated use Axiom to become more efficient.

Awesome at interacting with browser user interfaces, works better than anything I've tested. Excellent customer support and communication (which is rare with these types of things), relatively pricey for unlimited though. They are rolling out exciting new and improved features all the time and I can see this being an even better product over time. So far works great for our needs. I strongly recommend you try it!

Axiom is one of the most useful tools out there. At first, I was skeptical that we could automate a super-complex workflow navigating multiple sites, files, and more, but Axiom made it really easy. I highly recommend using it as your browser automation tool-of-choice.

Axiom is a wonderful no code solution for automation. When my first axiom worked successfully I was so happy I did a little dance! What I like most besides the fact that it allows me to do less is that the axiom doesn't make mistakes as I am prone to do. I've interacted with the developers and they couldn't be nicer or more helpful. I give axiom 5 Stars, I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is frustrated with Zapier, Integromat, or IFTTT due to their complexity or not having an easy to use custom solution to fit their needs.
