Dubb is my secret weapon! When I can't be in person, and I need to deliver an important message, I Dubb it! Every time I do, my recipient loves it. I personalize the videos by saying the person's name. They love that! Currently I have 308 videos and 6,792 views. I use this platform to send to individuals or groups. My messages range from Happy Birthday, Welcome to EXIT Realty or monthly messages to groups to keep them informed. Communication is key- especially in today's environment. I know I can send an email or text or instant message, but if I want to deliver an experience, I use Dubb!

Easy to use and constantly evolving product. Very Happy so far

Useful and friendly tool, multiple updates since I signed on over a year ago and the platform keeps improving. Customer service is outstanding. I use it as a video platform not as a CRM, thus five stars when a more robust video editing option is included. You can trim videos, that's about it. We don't want to recreate final cut pro, we simply want more rudimentary cut/splice/sound editing options. It is now a vital tool for my business and I'm always finding new ways to use it. My associates feel the same and Dubb is perfect for the virtual environment in which we currently live.

Dubb is really easy to use, I find the many different ways you can use it and systems you can integrate with it very effective, such as the integration with calendly and salesforce. The analytics feature is very insightful and helps me to make decisions.

This is a great tool to enhance the app. I was with another platform for 7 years and switched to Dubb. The ongoing training, support, and customer service is phenomenal! Dubb is THE BEST video platform out there! My favorite part about it is the easy calls to action. I am a lender and when my Realtor partners send out offers, I follow up with a dubb "prequal video" that has calls to action to take them to my reviews. I also love the ability to add things into playlists so if people have a question I can start with an intro and then just add the video I want them to watch. Dubb has revolutionized how I communicate with clients.

Just came across this app recently and love the possibilities it offers. Very user friendly and I am excited to see how many ways I can incorporate this into my business.

The UX on the extension and web app makes it very easy to lose data. A double confirmation on deleting a recording is logical and commonplace today. It is extremely frustrating to lose a video ( in my case 30 minutes of one ) by accidentally clicking the wrong icon when finished.

Previously tried Loom and demo'd a few other video email platforms. Found Dubb and no looking back. Their ever growing features and support are great. I've gotten to know a lot of the folks here with my support, training and billing questions and they are nothing but GREAT! They offer daily trainings online + a huge video training library. If you want additional training they have great partners who can help you with anything you want to accomplish. People love my videos far more than my emails!

Dubb makes it easy to record quick custom videos for prospecting, marketing, and following up. Being able to link multiple videos together takes it up a notch and has allowed me to share very custom content that reuses videos. Great platform and I've only just begun using its capabilities.

We use Dubb to host video we produce outside & within the Dubb platform to keep our clients informed of new solutions. We decided to use Dubb in lieu of our last hosting platform, because of the ability to apply multiple calls to action on a video landing page. Providing multiple ways for our clients to connect with us at their convenience is critical for us; Dubb provided the best options and value in this department. The other stand out feature is the Video Showcases that are essentially dynamic video playlists that we embed on our website. These are fantastic because the products we represent in our market fall into many different categories related to product type and application. With Showcases we are able to segment our videos into different playlist and they also feature a keyword search tool related to the tags we apply to each video and the video names. Dubb has continued innovating for the benefit of their users. As an international real estate broker, I need to be at 2 places at the same time. I contemplated on using other apps such as Loom and Bombomb, but checking on the value... nothing brings it more than Dubb. Dubb makes it possible to connect with my customers based in the Philippines, Canada, California, China... and anywhere as long as they have internet. It is idiot friendly, and you can ask them about anything with their support team. 6 stars for customer service!!! These nerds are the best and has been the mavericks of change.
