Era bastante escéptico con esta extensión (por tener tan poco soporte) y aunque está en beta/preview la verdad es que es increíble el nivel que consigue. Es muy parecida a copiar y pegar el código en ChatGPT pero a menos clicks de distancia

Mind-blowing, super helpful, extremely useful extension. Coming from a non-technical background, ExplainDev has made it easy for me to understand simple to complex code by breaking it down and explaining what the code does and also line by line explanation. Being able to ask the AI my own questions about the code and get replies feels like I'm in the classroom with a teacher ready to answer me every time. No more getting stuck as I can now understand what the code is doing and how to use it. There's a lot of work to be done on this extension to improve it further but right now, in its present stage, ExplainDev is pretty darn good.

Their Application does an excellent job of breaking down the steps of coding into manageable chunks, and then explaining each one in detail. ExplainDev has helped me a lot to better understand some concepts that I had forgotten in Python, specifically in OOP. It helped me with clarity on long and complicated pieces of code, allowing me to select specific parts and then explain them to me. An excellent initiative to explain code snippets. It has helped me learn Scala and even dive deep into frameworks and libraries. There is still work to do with some explanations but it is kicking off very strongly.
