Clarity is a great tool but this plugin will not work for me. I have one admin account and get the following message: Clarity Live failed to launch Things to check Did you install Clarity on this page? Do you have an ad blocker running?

Best behavioral analytics plug-in there is. Love that it is free too.

I have been using Microsoft Clarity for a few months now, and no website should go without it imo. Super simple to install and use. Just sign-in to your Clarity Project and you'll be able to see heatmaps, session recordings, and insights immediately layered on top of your website.

"You do not have permission" ...logged into clarity, brave and updated, no blocking turned on. Only 1 admin account. This thing doesn't work.

doesn't work on edge at least "You don't have permission to view site data." What? Then set it up for me or tell me how to give access. I get it's in beta but someone must have tested this right?

It doesn't work, I keep getting "Clarity Live failed to launch" and there is no information at all about other possible issues (I have no ad blocker and Clarity is installed and running properly). Would love to use it, but...

Easy to setup, and it is nice to view the heatmap on the page. Great addition to Google Analytics.

Hm... This doesn't look like it's working? Press the extension icon on the address bar, loading icon showed up, then it just said "Clarity Live failed to launch. "You don't have permission to view Clarity data for this page". Go to Clarity". Now what am I supposed to do as a user?

It's a useful extension if you use Clarity. I connected it to my website without any problems. I like it for displaying heatmaps on the live website. Also, it allows you to select any area on the website and display the number of clicks. Really cool!
