As a free tool, this is definitely much better than the other paid options I've tried. Awesome gmail extension

it doesn't work when you send to Gmail accounts cause Google opens images on a proxy machine. So NO LOCATION. So good luck if you want to track a gmail account. cause nobody uses those, right? (sigh)

Had a little problem with an annoying popup. Worked on it for over an hour myself. Finally asked Geotrack for help and it was done in about 2 minutes. They sent a very simple instruction email (which I need...simple) on how to stop it and it was a one click fix. No lengthy, wordy explanation just click here. Thank you for helping me and for making it so easy. Love my Geotrack.

I just installed and I'm still testing but so far it's seems to be the solution I've been looking for. Easy to use and no fluff.

I have just started a new business which requires keeping track of correspondence and began using a couple of weeks ago. What I have found very impressive after using another email tracker, is the simplicity of the GeoTrack report layout. At a glance I can see if the emails have been opened and when. The only downside is the geolocator which is very 'hit and miss' which is why I gave the GeoTrack 4 out of 5 stars. However, the location is not as important to me as knowing that the recipient actually received and opened the emails. I will say I was very impressed with the trechnical advice I received via the chatline.

Geotrack rocks! When a scammy door-to-door alarm company lied and claimed they never got a cancellation email from me, GeoTrack clearly showed that I had in fact sent the cancellation email within the three-day cooling-off period, and the company had received it and read it. Without Geotrack, I would have had to hire an attorney to fight for me and get me out of the three-year contract for the disappointingly low-resolution security camera I foolishly let the scammy door-to-door company install. Thanks Geotrack!

Absolutely great extension! I've tried several email tracking systems and this one is the best. It does the job in a very user-friendly way.

For 6 weeks it worked with some prompting. Then, it quit. While it worked, it worked well. Today, they were unable to correct the fact that it doesn't work anymore. I paid ahead for 6 months for the unlimited plan but THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY!!! I have never heard of this! I pay for six months... get over one month of service... it quits working... and I get no money back! BEWARE!!!!!!!

Fantastic App, keep a check on who what why and when. Geotrack lets me keep an eye on my sales staff, contacts, and suppliers to ensure that they are reading what I require reading. I have been trying many of the other apps that offer similar options but when you compare the results Geotrack gives you a lot more for free. I was so impressed I upgraded to the Pro !!

All mail sent to users of Gmail are not geo tracked and I get a reply This email has been opened in Gmail (desktop or mobile) Google used a proxy server to open all images contained in this message, so we received a Google's server geolocation instead of the recipient's one. We are not displaying a map here to avoid any confusion. Is it like mails to Gmail users can't be tracked by this extension?

I'm a huge fan of GeoTrack and was more than glad to become a paid user. Their seamless integration with Chrome and Gmail makes using it a breeze.

The extension is not working as it says. Since google proxy all image request, the extension is not able to detect real location of users.

I think that there's either a glitch on the GeoTrack or my Prof is obsessing on the emails I send her. I often get a read notification from an email that I sent to my prof weeks ago. Is there any reason why I'm getting these multiple notifications? I don't really want to think that my Prof is just obsessing over my emails and reading them constantly.

Geotrack is a great extension and all of its features are currently free! You can enjoy easy scheduling and geotracking with Geotrack!

It does what it says it does, but as of recent, there's been a lot of down time in the service and my messages are not being tracked. Looking at other options.

I've been looking and use a lot of similiar tools and this is absolutly the best one! can't believe it is totally free!

I've tried several other email tracking and this one is the best. It Works great with my gmail account and is easy & efficient. Also is intuitive but with plenty of customizability. And, it's free (thanks!).

I have been using GeoTrack for a while now and find it to be an essential tool! Their response to suggestions to improve the service is EXCELLENT as well! I asked about a feature yesterday (7/10/17) that they said was on their "TO DO" list. They moved the development of the feature up the list and notified me today that the feature is now active and available to use. That is very responsive support! Thank you GeoTrack!

Honestly, GeoTracker is a great service and it is free. It does exactly what is says it does and their customer interactions are admirable.

Great extension. I would have given it a 5 if it does not have a conflict with the Undo Send feature of Gmail. Whenever the extension is active, the Undo Send Gmail feature is not working. When I turned the extension off, the Gmail Undo Send feature came back. Please fix it. I wouldn't mind coming back to give you five stars. Thanks and keep it up. Edit: That was quick. I had the most amazing customer support experience. Geo tracker has been amazing assistance proving a time line against a person for patent infringement, fraud and theft. Without geo tracker we would have been up the swanny. There is def a viable application here for law enforcement etc.

Installed, sent a test message to myself at a separate Yahoo account, opened that email, ALLOWED the tracking image, and then waited...and waited... and waited. 45 minutes later, Geotrack is still telling me that zero emails have been viewed.
