This is a great tool but i have to redownload it ALL the time. Please sort it out.
Have to reinstall this extension at leas once away. Works great when it works, but only works 50% of all time. Not quite happy.
Works when it feels like it... I will say, when it works it's great! Which is about 15% of the time.
Wastes hours on end to get the extension work on Sales Force, which is a requirement for me to add accounts from it to Sales Loft dashboard. I have to ritually do so many steps to get it work. Today it has completely failed me and I am well into my shift. Ridiculous!
If I could give zero stars I would. This program is great for sending emails and does help to keep outgoing content to customers organized, otherwise overall it adds more clicks to a process that never really required it before. Their support team has talked to myself and my colleagues twice in the last two years of having it with our company but nothing has been done to fix the issues. It is extremely difficult for customers to hear me speak. The extension button from Salesforce needs to be re-downloaded on the daily, as soon as I shut off my computer and come back the next day its not there. The concept behind this program is great and I think it would be great to use if it actually functioned but it does not. on the rare occasion it does work the user mechanics are very clunky and it is not a good layout. I wish the people responsible for this program read the reviews but they probably never will.
Frustrated with SalesLoft won't show up in Vector?? Here's 6, easy steps that'll only take you 30 seconds to make it work again > (1) I click on the extension icon (looks like a puzzle piece) (2) scroll down to 'SalesLoft Connect,' (3) click on the three dots to the right, (4) click on 'Manage extension,' and at the top, you'll find this blue slider. (5) Click on it twice to turn off then on again. (6) Go back to the page you were trying to add the contact to SalesLoft on and refresh the page. Now you should be good to import contacts into SalesLoft! "Did you try turning it off/on?" really works a lot of the time!
I haven't needed to uninstall/reinstall as many others have noted they've needed to do here. I feel the app and plugin work well for what they are designed to do, I haven't personally had issues using either for my work over the past 6 months but will update this review if I do.
Absolutely worthless! Doesn't let me make a call 100% of the time through the extension. Frustrating af.
Honestly - I hope they get this fixed. It's a lovely extension, but the time spent in uninstalling, refreshing, and reinstalling is a huge time sink.
I am starting to question why companies subscribe to salesloft if the import to salesloft button disappear from my salesforce EVERY DAY. This is unbelievable

This review is for everything salesloft related, INCLUDING the plug in. - Your activity monitor is not providing accurate data. Instead of tracking when the receiver of the email opens/clicks an email, it is tracking ANYTIME someone opens the email, including the sender (myself). This renders the activity tracker almost useless. - The plugin for chrome is every sales persons nightmare. There is a daily/weekly need to uninstall / reinstall the plug in. - The UI Layout of the Salesloft website is horrendous. There is no clear way to navigate and its causes a headache of unnecessary additional steps.

It's fine...when it's working. It randomly stops working & I have to uninstall & reinstall for it to be working again. SL only tests their extension on Chrome so users on any other browsers, even other Chromium-based browsers, will consistently have issues.

I am forced to use Salesloft Connect for Salesforce as an integral part of my work. This means that I must visit this page Every. Single. Day to uninstall and re-install this extension. If you have any choice in your use of this application, or if you are responsible for finding such a platform for your organization, put this one in the "Hell NO" pile.
Going on about 7 months with the Salesloft chrome extension, not once have I had to uninstall-reinstall it. Has been great for me and the people on my team. There is an occasional update about 1 a month, but seriously that's about it.
Useful to optimize my workflow despite where I'm working out of (email, Salesforce, or app) saving a lot of time and clicks

This extension with Salesloft has advanced over the years, I use it daily. Every now and again theres an extension update required but certainly reliable.

I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall this extension periodically which is super frustrating. You also can't use it to send emails/make phone calls like you can with the Outreach extension.
If you love extensions you have to completely uninstall and reinstall at least once a week, then boy you are going to love this one! Pretty terrible user experience, works about 50% of the time, super finicky. I would not use it if I didn't have to for work. Stay away if you can.
I've been using this extension for two years, and I don't understand why it hasn't been optimised by now. I regularly need to reinstall it and it slows down my browser. The Gmail interface is not very useful, wish I could disable some elements, e.g. prevent the banner on the right from opening automatically.
Do Salesloft ever read reviews? It's kinda frustrating that my extension keep dissapearing from my Salesforce connection.

As admins, we spend an incredible amount of time per week trying to troubleshoot why the extension isn't working.
Using it with SalesForce. Have to de- and re-install once a week as it keeps stop working.
This extension requires my users enable and disable it all the time to get it to work right. It also causes issues when rendering record pages in Salesforce.
Import to Saleloft buttom is Salesforce is not there many times. I have to keep reinstalling the app.

Absolutely awful. Terrible connection, constantly have to reinstall, barely even works. Call distortion and sudden dropping, issues even connecting, and slows down your computer.

Distorts my Chrome Audio when installed. It's been so hard because I need this extension to sync my SalesLoft and Salesforce. I started experiencing choppy audio across all videos and SalesLoft calls. I uninstalled all my browser extensions and found SalesLoft to be the culprit. I reinstalled it again only to have choppy calls and videos again. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

Reps are consistently having to uninstall and reinstall the extension. We have escalated through their support on a regular basis without any true resolution and are continually told by our "Sr. Customer Success Managers" that this is odd and they have never seen it before. Clearly based on reviews you can see this is not a unique experience. This along with some other overall issues with Salesloft makes it difficult to find true ROI- these types of inefficiencies counteract the gains we do see and quite frankly there are other tools out there that do it better.

Instead of implementing their rebrand, Salesloft should have first invested in creating a product that I don't have to uninstall and reinstall every week just for basic functionality.
So, so, so buggy. I understand if this were a new extension, but it's been buggy since its inception. I can't wait until we choose another sales automation tool.
SalesLoft is quite bad. I think I will make the recommendation that we should not be using it any longer. Sure, it's "nice to have" since it automatically sends emails, but the frustration it brings is not worth it. Not to mention, no account manager? I have so many questions that are not answered. How do I link my LinkedIn to send messages through the platform? How do I respond from an original email without creating a new one with new subject? SalesLoft is a good concept executed horrendously.
Constantly have the remove the extension every 2 weeks (if not, opening up Salesloft causes all Google apps to hard reload - absolutely annoying especially mid-email)

This extension is really helpful when it works. But it crashes constantly and needs to be reinstalled constantly. Also, the dialer is too big for the screen, and this is after they just recently made it smaller. The easy solution (and devs, if you read these things, please for the love of god do this) would be to remove the little window at the top of the dialer asking me to rate the call. If there is a problem with the call quality, I'll tell you. And just do a quick calculation for how many calls get made and how many ratings you get. I'll bet its less than .001%....

Easy and allows you to use SL nicely in Gmail and SF.
Constantly errors, disconnects, or just plainly doesn't work causing the website and the extension to be unclickable.

Great tool, but really frequently stops functioning/working. Have to then reset, open a new chrome tab, etc. which only works half the time. Super buggy in terms of loading the plugin.
Very buggy software. Our team has frequent issues with logging calls, saving notes, and working cadences. Support team is very slow to respond and there are outages that last for hours to days on end. Not impressed.

There were many instances where activity failed to log back to SalesLoft when lofting emails or clicking to call within salesforce, even after importing a list of contacts to SalesLoft. Dealing with timeouts from SSO on top of the fact that you're relying on a buggy extension to communicate log data from SFDC doesn't exactly inspire confidence...forced to work within SalesLoft to ensure all activity is logged, which is frustrating because all SFDC fields do not come over and filtering within SalesLoft based on SFDC fields is very limited at best.
When it works, it's great! The problem is that it never does, unless I uninstall and then reinstall it. Then it breaks again within 30 minutes.

This is a terrible extension. I;'ve removed and re added it 20 times in one week before. Its useful when working, but barely works. Can you get it together SalesLoft? You're a software company, how hard is it to make a functioning extension?

Love the Chrome extension! So helpful to be able to schedule emails/set a reminder directly in my inbox. Being able to log the emails in the cadence platform through the extension means my emails are automatically logged in Salesforce as well. HUGE time saver for me :)
The system is garbage, plain and simple. I've voiced my concerns extensively with the Salesloft team. They have made incremental improvements to certain features, but they almost always compromise other features in the process. It's maddening. The only reason my organization still uses it is that we haven't had the time or manpower to switch over to an alternative. Gets two stars instead of one because at the very least (most of the time) it successfully sends my emails.
