Simply didn't work. Websites weren't fooled for a moment.

This seems to perhaps be the most flexible of the User Agent switcher extensions available, thanks for building it. It does need some work to make it have more up-to-date agents available, or make the user interface more clear to show how to define a new user agent very easily. For example, pasting one into the current extension dropdown is not clear whether it will work properly or overwrite an existing one, or so forth. There should be a "Custom UA String:" label or such to make it clear for readily defining one.

Easy to use interface with Every option I could ever need. Was the second one I tried with the most downloaded one having one of the worst user experiences I've seen in years.

Hands down the best spoofer out there. I have used multiple spoofers all this time, only this one works! Plus it has the best UI! The Whitelist/Blacklist option is an amazing feature and extremely useful. Well Done.

Got this to watch prime streaming in HD on chromebook, tried one other user-agent extention that didn't work after lots of messing around. This worked first time, and I prefer the UI. It is a bit confusing for a second or two, so can understand the other reviews saying they didn't like the UI but I thought it was great, as I said, takes a moment to work it out, but once I had, applied the first windows pre-set, refreshed tab through the UI, HD immediately. Thank you!!

Trying this on standard Google Chrome. It's good but here are the current issues i have encountered so far... 1. KissTVShow(.)to does not let me play HydraX (HX) videos if I use a Firefox/Linux user-agent 2. Netflix refuses to play videos if I use a user-agent other than default chrome 3. Zoro(.)to refuses to load any anime if I use a Firefox/Linux user-agent 4. accounts.firefox.com does not load the sign-in page if I use a Firefox/Linux user-agent I use user-agents from this website https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/the-latest-user-agent/

I used it to change user agent on my Android phone using the Kiwi browser. It worked perfectly. I changed the android version to 3 in order for the Facebook website to be displayed correctly.

This is a very good extension, and it supports almost any browser and OS I can imagine! The only thing which I noticed that it doesn't have is the Nintendo 3DS browser.

Works as it intended to, you have a huge variety of os's you can pick.

BIG WARNING - "CUSTOM" MODE **ALWAYS** APPLIES! If you switch in options to Blacklist or Whitelist mode, ***anything*** you have entered into "Custom" mode will ***STILL APPLY***. That's not documented, or obvious. So if you change the user agent and want it to apply to sites you have in the "Custom" mode box, you will have to DELETE EVERYTHING you have in there (i.e., replace with {}). I paste it into Notepad/text file, then paste it back when I want custom mode re-enabled.

Extensions doesn't actually work. browser information is being leaked. attempted to watch tv on linux and got a "Linux not supported.." switched the "agent" to all variations of "supported OS's and browsers" but it still reports it doesnt support linux... So I installed extension on windows, chose a linux version of a browser and it loaded just fine.. extension doesn't work completely.

It might work with some sites, but my company's website still always loads its tablet version on my Pixelbook, no matter what I set the agent to (but of course it works without a hitch on my Windows PC). I also deleted all cookies and other temp files, still to no avail.

How do you get new agent strings for it, as of March 2021 the Win 10 user strings (which I use to spoof Win 7), the Chrome version number is now 3 version behind.

Worked on a site that doesn't support Opera.

UPDATE - Now most user agents are outdated and sites recommend switching to latest browser despite using latest user agent. Sites like google, google docs, nimbusweb, evernote, simplenote, amazon prime video shows this. i request dev to update actually if he has updated it only in numbers not in actuality. Also many user agents are not detected as such when you search online and visit sites that does "user agent test" or "what is my user agent" "my user agent". I went to many sites and only dev recommended site works, others dont. Also add option of adding our own user agent. Please update. Probably the effective but only at times by large it doesnt work if you are using other chromium browsers apart from Chrome like kinza, cent, edge, brave, opera, vivaldi, or any other. If you have set a particular user agent as default, chances are it wont be same if you open or restart the browser after some time or whenever you are opening your device. I set firefox on macos but after I restarted the browser, it showed my real agent. Also while browsing, some sites know of your real user agent irrespective of what you have set via this extension. I request dev to check the extension by himself and then re-release it as it is not stable or reliable enough. Also the extension icon is not visible in the extension bar. Plus, a lot of user agents are missing or outdated looking at many new versions of software and OS are coming up recently. Also I used it on my mobile browser like kiwi browser, iceraven browser and firefox fennec browser but doesnt help to hide or get to the site that doesnt work through real user agent. Plus there is no easy way to contact the dev or vice versa.

The most switcher with the least holes I've found... it does have one hole, but it's not frequently exploited.

Looks good, but does not work with the browser brave it always says connection failed when trying to download it.

Allows you to set a user agent for specific sites only, which is exactly what I wanted and couldn't find in another extension. You can set custom user agents by editing the userAgent box in the extension window with the user agent string of your choice (googlebot, ect). 4 stars because this function is not clear and would be better if this was a default option.

This is the only user-agent switcher that is not made by a team of idiots! If you are using another Chromium-based browser but are disappointed by what Google is doing to make you use Chrome, stop wasting your time and download this ASAP!

Works on chromium browsers, so you can fix some sites that think that you use non-chrome browser.

Contains modern user-agent strings (I do not have time to figure it out and build them myself). Solved my problem with Yahoo Mail and Chrome 49 and Mac OS X 10.6.8. YAY!

Slow loadwhile selecting UA

This extension is the root cause of blocking access to any and all sites that use spam filter know as Google's "Recaptcha" powered by Google services. As a result I have been blocked out of a number of websites I frequently visit. The developer needs to fix this and make UAmanager compatible with Google's recaptcha, until this is fixed I have no choice but to uninstall this.

It does what is supposed to do, but is the annoying User-Agent selection tab that pop-ups when the browser is opened, what decided me to uninstall it. The tab pop-ups every single time the browser is opened, even if the extension is disabled. It's a pitty.

BEST USER-AGENT!!.. ALL THE BROWSERS THEY HAVE AVAILBALE ARE UP TO DATE AND THEY ARE ALL VERY RESPONSIVE I HAVENT HAD NO ISSUES AT ALL.
