Awesome extension .. Helped me a lot! I Love it!

I've been trying to use this thing for the past hour. Here are my current frustrations. it has 3 pro tiers. Monthly at $7.90, lifetime (per account) at $79, and Infinite at $240 (one time pay for unlimited accounts.) I post the prices here because it doesn't say that anywhere until you download the extension and log in. (that's a red flag! Make your prices public before people download the app!) Reels are paid, Video stories are paid, scheduling posts is paid. In order to schedule posts, you have to log into what seems like a 3rd party client called "Post Assist". Post assist only works with accounts that are connected to a facebook page. So! If you want to schedule posts, your account must have an associated facebook page. The Reel and story features are incredibly limited and do not offer almost any of the features that the normal app does. As far as I can tell, you CANNOT schedule Reels. (which is the entire reason I downloaded the extension.) The scheduling really only works for scheduling photo, video feed posts and carousels. I'm posting all of this here because it doesn't tell you anywhere else. It's pretty bare bones, and the FREE APP on your phone has way more features other than scheduling posts.

this extension is the best with it i was able to start posting again from my computer after the standard upload way on the destop version kept malfuntioning after a week of uploading and i had a week and a half were i was not able to figure out why and then i learned about innsist on youtube video and downloaded it was able to start uploading again

Updating my review and lowering the score to a 1 star. When working this app was incredibly useful, I could browse and msg at the same tab. But lately first it forced Instagram for security clearances, then today it forced me to change my password, twice. I mean, enough is enough, you either really try to steal our passwords and data, or you can't prevent this from happening. Really sad, because I loved this app but I have to uninstall, because I had enough. Farewell...

Violates Instagram TOS for security and gets your account suspended This program will get your account on Instagram suspended for a violation of security. I have a professional account with 2 step verification added. When I tried to connect to the API that doesn't even work I receive a popup from Instagram stating my account was suspended. It took me 2 hours to get back in and I had to prove it was me the owner of the account through 3 different methods. Instagram assumed my account was hacked. This company stated that it does not offer refunds and that is illegal. This company is a fraud.

Its good but you can only post like 3 video story then you have to pay for it, instead of that you can make people watch add instead of paying just to post video story

just really great. uploading videos on my story using my laptop has always been a pain, and this extension does the job. No special effects, nothing fancy, but gets the job done.

My new badass almighty computer (windows 11, chrome browser) would not EVER fully load Instagram, nor play instagram videos. Insanely frustrating!! My IT guy at work told me to add this extension to at least have something to experience Instagram with until we could figure out the problem with my "badass" computer. I installed it and it would not load, so after several minutes of starting and restarting, I gave up. My IT guy told me to try once more, so I did. BAM! Works like a charm! Love this. Might just stick with this and ignore the desktop struggle for now. Thank you INSSIST!

I agree with Arjay. Every time I use it Instagram won't reopen - says suspicious activity. I could ignore the flag, but I then have to change my password. Changed my password four times in the last two months. Not worth the hassle. Can Inssist fix this?

As much as this is a good app, I think inssist is the reason why my private/personal Instagram account was flagged as "with suspicious activities". I merely explore, like posts, and post my own photos from time to time. It happened twice within the span of a month.

Have used Inssist for a year to upload multiple images on a Mac laptop. Now it's stopped working. Get locked out repeatedly and have to disable the extension to get back in. What is going on? Can anyone help?

It is a nice design, I giveit that, it has many limitation with the video resolutions, when without Inssist we don't have that limitation, I have to sign in every 10 minutes again in the desktop and my mobile devices, when Inssist is installed

I like this one because it's so flexible, and easy to use; it is exactly the same as the mobile phone instagram.

This extension is great for IG. Allows posting and usage that keeps me productive without the distraction of my phone.

It works great on desktop for my Mac. Great design. Very user friendly.

*Had to delete this 2 year old review and update it. Being their early user and checking their ChangeLogs shows how far they have achieved! It offers literally everything. But hoping to see for better IGTV viewing and Sharing Posts to Story(this option helps me alot) in future!! 2 years later : • Couldn't just Play IGTV/reels but Blocks IGTV/Reels on original site(messenger). Only way for it to view is to disable Inssist. And there hasnt been a fix for this since v1.6.0, now the app updated to V20 with other useless features but they keep failing to care to fix the most basic feature. Now this app became completely useless, Yes worse than the App from Microsoft store which is actually more stable than this. The only reason i still open this app is to popup videos to download, But there are better alternatives for that too. The Sole reason this app existed is to make non mobile users use Instagram with basic features but this app suppresses many default features from the original site than improving anything!! Soon Instagram will give you an option to Post photos and stories, So then this app becomes officially useless. Hope Admins see this comment. Please upvote. Im extremely disappointed Had to reduce 5 stars to 1 Update (June 07.22) Completly removed extracting of Images and videos to download feature which is The only reason I still stick to this app. Now its Regular Instagram with Dark Theme and useless fancy side messenger. Update (Nov 15/22) Stopped working Update (Nov 30/22) My account got booted out 7times in 2 days for "Suspicious activity detected" and had to change Password everytime. At this Point im not even sure Why Im using this. Reported the App for Harmful Content.

I installed this plug-in ONLY to be able to post IG Stories from the browser, because the IG web site does not allow me to do that. While the Inssist web client for Instagram does let me post Stories, - there is no way to adjust text size when adding text, - one can’t add a link to a Story, - and, worst, while IG posts I share do show in text the IG @-handle of the user whose stories I share, those stories are not clickable; a reader would have to exit the story and type the username of that person to see the post I shared. So this has been a disappointing experience.

Very helpful, the one I really love is the way we can create Templates and put keywords that will make the template easily customizable

Never has this app been able to help me. Uploads don't work, they keep signing me out of accounts unexpectedly and the reels feature isn't free. Had I known it I wouldn't have downloaded it in the first place.

Some times it works, some others is just frozen, specially trying to upload reels, there is no Customer service available anywhere to contact or ask for some help with troubleshooting. Easy way to try to upload some extra content from your computer but you have to have patience, it wont work properly a lot of times.

Its A great one i loved it the problem is we cant see reels and , we cant post video on story , if we post a reel on story its shows only a picture

this extension if pretty good, ihv been using it since the past 1 1/2 years. but there r some issues coming up, for example not being able to tag sm1 in a video story, recently even posting video stories needs pro version, its really annoying as u could post video stories without any issue, also it would be nice if removing specific slides off feature comes out or re-sharing sm1's story in which we were tagged. otherwise i prefer this extension than any other extension out there as its easy to use, yes sometimes even annoying, would recommend u to use it but i would like if these probs would be fixed, and also sending videos in dms, this should also get available kindly

Its trash Can't connect with my facebook account to schedule posts and Instagram is constantly kicking me out of my session cause it thinks the app is phising. Even got me a 30 day suspension. I almost bought the life time price but got the monthly subscription instead. Dodged a damn bullet there

Allows you to post reels to Instagram from your web browser. Gives you access to royalty free music to post with your reel. The hashtag assistant is a great feature and lets you save groups of hash tags for easy posting! Worth the money!

it was great... until it stops working. now the extension doesn't work, and I keep getting these errors: "www.instagram.com refused to connect" "The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed. Go back to Instagram." and my instagram keeps getting locked out temporarily

I really like this app. I don't like having socials on my phone, so it is helpful having a way to use it on my PC. However, there is one thing that bugs me. When sharing posts to your story, it does make them accessible to be clicked as a post by your viewers. It post it as a photo. And it also wont let you choose which photo is ur cover photo

For someone who hates using my phone for anything other than watching, or, you know, phoning, this is a great thing! I wish I could edit titles, but it's still a great value! Thanks!
