Not good enough! It does not work. A lot of code to copy and paste. Very poor support and even they do not update their guide. Sorry! I do not like when an app does not perform well.

Honestlyyyy, I love this app, it's so convenient for me. I haven't had any problems yet. I paid for the 9 dollar subscription and this makes building my shop so much more easier. I love i get to customize what the feedback rating images look like, like instead of stars I go with hearts. I still have to do a little work here and there but it's definitely worth it!!!
I'm disappointed I didn't like it, was really looking forward to seeing what it could do. I don't do well with apps that don't completely intergrate and you have to add codes too so it just doesn't work for me. Ended up finding another awesome app that was super easy to use.
Works, sometimes. Very careful to use the correct URL, however the app will either import none, or a small portion of the image reviews available. Works sporadically, very frustrating. I am using the paid version. The shopify app is a 4 or 5 star otherwise, importing is a mess and needs to be fixed.
Have tried 4 times now and so far the app doesn't work. I'm on the free version and i cant even populate 5 reviews. I'm doing everything right it just doesn't work..smh

It works well for me the only issue I have is trying to add the code so that the review stars would show under product. im not good with the code thing
Absolutely terrible app. Doesn't work, doesn't populate any reviews and the "support" staff do not want to help you. Incredibly poor when you are paying for this. I wonder if I will be given a refund...more than likely not. The "FREE version will only allow you to use it for ONE product and you are told that it will only work on ONE theme...but they won't tell you what theme it will work on. INCREDIBLY POOR!!!!! Worst experience so far with Shopify and addons for it.
