Single handedly one of the most powerful tools I use. Makes data analysis much more efficient and is so simply designed. Every admin/developer should utilize this tool!

I am not someone who writes reviews often but this tool is a lifesaver!! It has probably saved me thousands of clicks and works seamlessly. I was looking for a way to buy the developers a coffee or donate some $$ but couldn't find one. I'd love to contribute in someway!

-1 star: Loved it until I couldn't complete a client implementation because SF core Contact field Gender Identity is not recognized by Inspector. Emails and posts for an update on when this field will be recognized by Inspector have gone unanswered, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Makes work in SF a lot easier

An excellent tool for all Salesforce users. But please STOP authenticating by using the browser cookie and use the OAuth mechanism to authenticate to Salesforce. Because of how it is authenticating it poses a security risk.

One of the BEST extension for Salesforce

Been using this extension for years, but it looks like enhanced domains are not supported. Salesforce require moving to the use of enhanced domains, so currently this extension is not usable.

I would love to use this, but it always shows "No record to display". I tried to reinstall it, tried to use in different browsers. Nothing.

This extension is EXACTLY what I was looking for; just a simple tool to see all field values and API names; especially those not on the page layout. As a Salesforce Architect, I'm constantly adding utility fields behind the scenes that support various automations, but that will never be on a page layout. Previously, I had to fire up developer console and write out a query, which is such a pain when this need literally arises multiple times a day. I was planning on building this extension if it didn't already exist. Thank you!

Works great. If you are having problems because of the move to Enhanced Domains in your org, make sure you clear your browser cache. On Chrome, go to Settings > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data. I have removed cookies and cache for All Time and that has resolved the issues for me.

For those having issues with the extension is because the recent update of enhance domain. What you need to do is just get your new enhance domain from Setup > Company Settings > My Domain > Copy Current My Domain URL and replace the query parameter from the extension. Example. extension://aodjmnfhjibkcdimpodiifdjnnncaafh/data-export.html?host=mydomain.sandbox.my.salesforce.com

Very useful extension. However, I don't understand the meaning of an italicized entry in the table that shows the Field API name, label and type. Is it that this field has a formula?

It has stopped working after we have enabled enhanced domains.

A must have tool for admins!

I use the tool every day and it's fantastic. Only complaint is that it seems to re-trigger lead assignments (and probably case assignments, but I haven't tried) when editing within the tool. So just be aware of that when working on leads and cases.

Absolutely essential and a must-have for admins. Has worked well for several years. However, Salesforce update for Enable Enhanced Domains (Security Update) has broken this functionality in Sandboxes due to URL changes. Unsure how this will look when released to production, but should be ok.

This has saved me many many hours by quickly allowing me to data export in the browser and read field data. Invaluable tool for SF.

So helpful, that a customer agreed to use it instead of Dataloader! The only annoying option is all the views are be opened in the same tab while I wanted to remain the active sf page. Anyway it's an awesome tool!

In my opinion this chrome extension is a MUST-HAVE for any Salesforce professional (from admins to devs to consultants). As an admin, I personally love that I can quickly sign-in as users, find record data, and meta data in just a few clicks. Additionally, this app is a mini data loader which makes most data manipulation tasks super fast. This app is a no brainer. Completely essential. I can't remember a workday that I didn't use it. Underrated functionality - Data Export and Data Import for quick moving of data, say from Production to Sandbox, etc.

Awesome tool! Thanks so much for making it available for Chrome and Mozilla (firefox). Just 1 request, to access the tool one have to click on the icon on the right which sometimes gets tricky to click, due to the scroll bar. If we can perhaps get an option to select where and how we have to display the launch icon/button that will be awesome.

We enabled "API client whitelisting" in our Salesforce. The Inspector is not able to access the APIs.

Feature request: please make the API version configurable in the "Options" of the extension. Some features are not available, such as the current "select field(all) from.." as the inspector extension is on 48 while sfdc is already on 51. Nonetheless, the most useful extension out there!

excellent chrome extension for salesforce , its a MUST great tool, its working the autocomplete record type in macos (ctrl+command + space is in macos !!! please write down in the tips !!!). great tool in everything

great tool, just must have. one note if You using custom domain import and export won't work, there is a workaround: update the url on top and replace the salesforce url after the ?host= with your custom domain url

So easy to use and so useful to be able to see values on records quickly without having to cut over to a query tool.

pop up coming 2 times and also if we use any HTML templates,it comes 1 more time extra. So getting defects on this .so we removed from chrome to resolve this issue.but its very useful and installing again when we needed.

By far my favorite SFDC extension. All of the features are easy to use and I often prefer using the tool features over the SFDC provided options. It is often the fastest/easiest tool for SOQL & Tooling API queries, Data Imports/Exports, viewing all fields and (updating) their values for a record, fetching object details. Context: Salesforce Architect Consultant at Slalom w/ 16x SFDC certs and ~7 yrs of Salesforce experience, working in Silicon Valley w/ the top tech companies in the world. Note: for some reason the plugin has had problems fetching my Session Id. Not sure if it is due to the client org I'm in, but it was working within the last week. I've tried to quit and restart Chrome, but still not working. Hopefully the issue goes away next week. Still a great tool and warrants a 5-star review, my only review I've ever given for a Chrome extension as I use it that much!

Anyone facing Session expired issue on Summer sandboxes try deleting all cookies. It worked for me.

The best way to do everything related to data! I love how easy it makes life to view all the data of a record. A must have for every salesforce developer, admin and tester.

Rapidly becoming one of my favourite Salesforce browser extensions. I love that you can edit fields, even those not on your page layout, and also traverse between related records. I've also just discovered you can use it to log in as one of your Users while looking at a specific record - BRILLIANT! I wish, though, that you could set it to automatically open "show all data" in a new browser tab.

This is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Salesforce should hire/sponsor this guy. They should give him the keys and replace workbench with this.

Inspector is a great tool but the SIDECART NEEDS TO BE BIGGER! In Chrome the drag bar on the right side of the screen is bigger and I can't access the sidecart.

Extremely friendly allows direct copy to excel / csv / json. Allows you to quick check data that is not on layout.
